Night falls in Jellystone. Just like every night it was peaceful after a day of chaos. However the town is busy late at night, the town that never sleeps if you will. But the town does get to sleep sometimes.
Like today in particular.
Kabong had just gotten home from a long day of grading his students' papers. It was their exam today and Kabong wanted to make sure everyone studied hard and passed. They did, except for Shag who just barely passed. But that was normal.
Shag wasn't always the brightest student in his class but El Kabong has never given up on teaching a child, no matter how much of a troublemaker they were.
Kabong hangs his hat and cape at the rack next to the door and does his normal night routine: he showers, makes dinner (tonight it's leftover pasta from last night), then he turns on the TV to watch the news and then Looney Tunes cartoons they air late at night when all the kids are asleep for some reason.
However when Kabong arrived at the couch, dinner in his hand, he saw another body already on the couch. It was his girlfriend Bobbie Louie and she wasn't dead, she was asleep on the couch. Louie always came home late so it was a surprise to see her home so early. The two have been dating for 2 months and they decided to move in together.
Kabong sits down on the couch and puts his tray of dinner on the rack. He then turns to Bobbie Louie. She was quietly snoring, her head resting on the arm chair. She had fallen asleep sitting up. Her glasses were still on and she seemed to be drooling.
"Oh Louise," Kabong said to himself. "You always looked so cute when you're asleep"
Kabong finishes his dinner and puts away his plate. He'll clean it in the morning. Then an idea struck Kabong.
He goes into their bedroom and comes out with a blanket. He puts the blanket on and sits back down. He pulls Bobbie closer to him and wraps the blanket around the both of them. He also removed Bobbie glasses so they are preserved.
After Porky Pig does his famous "That's All Folks!" Kabong turns off the tv. He lays down, Bobbie in arms and falls asleep on the couch. Bobbie was now latched on Kabong's chest, aware of the situation in her sleep. Just a peaceful night in Jellystone.
