How long does it take to fall in love? Two years? One? A month? A day?
An instant?
For Moon, it was about three hours. Three hours of Ali not minding resting after his first official training next to her and her multiple question about his I.R.I.S and her stuttering, due to how fast she talking and her inability to say the right thing at the right time. Three hours of listening to - and enjoying - Ali's story. Three hours of that special feeling of being just sleep-deprived and hungry enough to know what to say, advantage of being too talkative.
Three hours of learning bits and pieces about him that her never would have known otherwise.
Three hours of him giving her more than she deserved.
Three hours of realizing that maybe she might be over the other person, even though hardly anybody knew that she liked him in the first place.
And during those three hours, they had a conversation about the "proper" way of telling someone you like them. Ali were of the opinion that it's more genuine in person; Moon disagreed.
He didn't know that she was thinking about him.
Is this genuine enough?
