Chapter One: That Fateful Night
The still night that lay over Konohagakure, is once again disturbed by the sound of arguing in a fairly big room that had two masses of people on either side, though one side less than the other. On the left sat the bigger mass of people know as the civilian council. On the right sat the Jonin council. The arguing was coming from the civilian council if you listened closely though you could hear a soft sigh coming from the front of the room. 'I am too old for this' though the elderly man sitting right in the front of the desk that was placed there.
To his right there was two elderly looking men, one of these men was called Homura and another called Danzo. Both these men were the leaders of the civilian council along with the women sitting on the left of elderly man know by the name Koharu. The elderly also know as the Third Hokage of the village decided he had enough "WILL EVERYONE STOP BICKERING AND TELL ME WHY WAS THIS MEETING CALLED" he shouted.
The Civilian council immediately calmed down and took their seats. One of the stood though a middle-aged woman with pink hair "we called this meeting to talk about that Uzumaki boy entering the academy."
She then started to shake as the Hokage had made his annoyance know but remained calm, "and what is the problem with it" the Hokage stated in a sickly sweet voice that shivers down the shinobi councils spine at his sudden anger.
They knew he cared for the boy like he was his own grandson but kept quiet wondering how this would turn out. The pink-haired woman started to talk "well why should we allow him to enter the academy, he is a danger to the students there. He could attack them at any time."
The Hokage looked at her and raised an eyebrow. "we simply cannot allow that demon into the ac.." the Hokage had enough as he slammed his fist down on the table but before he could say anything else a large charka pulse was felt.
"DOG" he shouted as a familiar white-haired Anbu member came out "Take a team and go to the source of that charka pulse" he nodded and disappeared out of the room.
The Hokage look towards the civilian council and said this "Naruto Uzumaki will enter the academy next year whether you like it or not as he is an asset to this village, so anyone who has a problem with it can go shove a stick up their arse."
The Shinobi council hummed in agreement along with two of the civilian council members. "This meeting is now adjourned as I have other matters to attend to." And with that, he walked out of the council chambers.
**Meanwhile**
The Anbu looked on with disbelief as they looked on at the scene in front of them, a small boy at the age of 5 was standing there over several dead bodies, it was a gruesome sight. The boy standing there was covered in an orange chakra, with another orange chakra cloak that flowed over his body along with thick black marks on his cheek that replaced his usual whiskers.
The boy standing there then collapsed the charka dissipating, 'dog' jumped down and caught him signalling to the Anbu to get some medics. He then removed his mask "Minato-sensei, I am so sorry. I have failed you" he whispered as a tear fell down from his eye. He got up looked towards the rest of the Anbu "secure the area" he said and they did just that, he put his mask on and jumped off with Naruto in his arms heading towards the Hokage tower.
**Time Skip to Tower**
The Hokage looked at the pile of work he had to do and sighed 'i wonder how naruto is doing' he thought and as if the kami heard him, Kakashi appeared in the room holding naruto in his arms. Hiruzen instantly stood up and moved over "What happened, dog"
Kakashi took off his mask and told the Hokage everything, from the deaths of all the civilians to naruto awakening some kind of tailed beast power. "I never excepted for him to unlock the power of the nine-tails this fast" Hiruzen said worry evident in his eyes.
"Neither did I, though what are we going to about the dead bodies. We can't tell them it was Naruto.
Hiruzen nodded, If the Civilian council find out about this Nauto will never get into the academy. "We will say the Anbu killed them due to them attacking Naruto."
Kakashi nodded "Hokage-sama, May I ask something of you?" Hiruzen raised an eyebrow but nodded "Go on."
Kakashi looked over at Naruto "I wish to leave the Anbu and become a normal Jonin, I want to look after Naruto. Whether that be to just hang out or train him, I want to be in his life as he grows up."
Hiruzen looked at him and pondered for a moment 'This could help him get over his depression'.
He Smiled "Alright, Kakashi you are now relieved of your position as Anbu Captain and will be reinstated into the standard ninja program as an elite Jonin... Anbu!" Four Anbu members jumped down, each drawing their blades and holding the hilt of the blade facing upwards. They all faced Kakashi and bowed signifying his leave from Anbu.
Kakashi took off his Anbu armour and placed it on the Hokage's desk, along with his mask, as Hiruzen gave him the standard Jonin Outfit. Kakashi sat down next to Naruto to wait for him to wake up, taking one of his icha icha books and started to read.
Holy shit finally finished, not sure when I will update this but I will try to complete my plans and the actual story. Have fun :)
