"Thanks for getting Josie back.", Lizzie said to Hope as they sat in Hope's room.
"You don't have to thank me for that. We all love Josie, we all needed her back.", Hope said to Lizzie with a small smile on her face.
"Still, it could have been one of us to save her. But you made the plan and you ultimately got her back. Means a lot to us, and to me.", Lizzie said to Hope.
"You're welcome.", Hope said to Lizzie.
"I know we've gotten closer to each other lately and it's actually nice to know you don't hate me. Can we talk about something serious?", Lizzie said to Hope.
"Sure, you can tell me anything.", Hope said as Lizzie started to cry. "Don't cry, what's going on?", Hope said as she pulled Lizzie into her arms.
"After the whole thing with Sebastian, I had a one night stand with someone. I don't even know who he was. I think I'm pregnant. I've never had regular periods because of my mood swings. But I'm really late, and I'm scared out of my mind.", Lizzie said to Hope as she started to cry more.
"Shit Liz, have you told anyone else?", Hope asked Lizzie.
"No, everyone's been focused on Josie, I wanted it to stay that way. Everyone's always focused on me for once I wanted them to focus on Jo.", Lizzie said to Hope.
"That's noble of you, but at the same time I think having Josie on your side might help. I think we should talk to her then go from there.", Hope said to Lizzie.
"For tonight can you just hold me?", Lizzie asked Hope.
"Yeah come on, let's get comfy.", Hope said as they got into her bed and Hope wrapped her arms around Lizzie as Lizzie laid on Hope's chest.
"Are you comfy because you're a third wolf?", Lizzie sleepily asked Hope, which got Hope to giggle.
"No one has ever said that to me. Just sleep Liz.", Hope said as she kissed Lizzie's forehead as Lizzie started to fall asleep.
"Hope?", Josie said as she knocked on Hope's door.
"Come in.", Hope said in a quiet voice so that she didn't wake Lizzie.
"Have you seen, nevermind. Is she okay?", Josie asked in a quiet voice as to not wake her sister.
"She's got something to work through. But we'll talk in the morning, you can stay if you want.", Hope said to Josie with a small smile on her face.
"No it's okay, I just wanted to make sure she was okay. Keep her safe for me?", Josie asked her friend.
"Always, we'll talk tomorrow. Goodnight Jo.", Hope said to her friend.
"Goodnight Hope.", Josie said before she left Hope's room.
"What time is it?", Lizzie asked as she stretched and slowly opened her eyes.
"Just past nine, I figured you needed sleep.", Hope said to Lizzie.
"Were you watching me the whole time? A bit creepy don't you think?", Lizzie asked Hope with a laugh to her voice.
"You looked so calm and peaceful. I don't think I've ever seen you like that. It was nice to see.", Hope said to Lizzie with a smirk on her face as she started to blush.
"Hope are you flirting with me?", Lizzie said with a smirk of her own.
"Maybe, I'm not blind you're gorgeous.", Hope said to Lizzie.
"But you like my sister or well used too. And I'm not Bi.", Lizzie said to Hope.
"I can like more than one person. Like you, your sister is also gorgeous. And I know you're not Bi. I honestly think you're a lesbian but you don't want anyone to know so you fuck guys.", Hope said in a matter of fact voice.
"Hope Andrea Mikaelson figured out Elizabeth Jenna Saltzman's deepest darkest secret.", Lizzie said in a sarcastic voice.
"See deflecting, I know you better than you think I do. I used to hide the fact that I was Bi. Even though my Aunt Freya is a lesbian I didn't think my family would be open to the idea of me bringing home a guy or girl. So I know the self hatred you are experiencing. Though your family doesn't have a problem with Josie being Bi so I don't think they'd have an issue with you being gay.", Hope said to Lizzie.
"It's not them I'm worried about. Everyone here already thinks I'm a freak because I'm bipolar. Now add on the fact that I like girls but I fuck guys to be normal. They'll think I'm an even bigger freak. If in fact I'm pregnant forget it I'll be the laughingstock of the school.", Lizzie said to Hope.
"I'll kick the crap out of anyone that has the guts to even say something to your face. I'm sure Josie and the rest of the gang will too. You're my family and I protect family. But one step at a time. Let's talk to Josie and then we'll get a pregnancy test and go from there.", Hope said to Lizzie.
"Thanks.", Lizzie said to Hope.
"What did I say about thanking me? Now let's go get ready for a very long day.", Hope said to Lizzie with a small smile on her face.
"Can I borrow clothes from you? I don't want to see Josie alone.", Lizzie said to Hope.
"You are taller than me, but I think I have a shirt and pants from my Aunt Freya that she leaves here. You can wear them.", Hope said as she got up and headed to her closet to get the clothes for Lizzie.
"Great.", Lizzie said to Hope.
"Are you going to take a shower or just change?", Hope asked Lizzie.
"Just going to change. I like to take showers at night.", Lizzie said to Hope as she took the clothes from her.
"I'm going to go shower. So make yourself at home I'll be back shortly.", Hope said as she grabbed her bathroom stuff and headed to the student's bathroom. After Hope took a shower and changed for the day she went back to her room. When she got there she noticed that Lizzie was looking at a photo album of hers.
"My Aunt Freya made that for me. It has all the pictures they had of my family.", Hope said as she startled Lizzie who didn't hear her come into the room. "Sorry I didn't mean to scare you.", Hope said to Lizzie.
"No it's okay I just didn't hear you come in. Must be that wolf in you.", Lizzie said to Hope with a smirk on her face.
"That's the second time you mentioned my wolf.", Hope said to her friend with a smile.
"Well I've never seen you in your wolf form before.", Lizzie said with a smirk on her face.
"I'll show you one day. It's a little hard to control myself when I'm in wolf form. I was never taught how to control my wild side or my wolf side just doesn't give a fuck. I usually just run in the woods when everyones sleeping so I don't accidentally hurt someone. But for you I think I can control myself. Or we can have Josie with us and if something happens you two can just blast my ass with magic.", Hope said to Lizzie with a smile on her face.
"I trust you to not hurt me. Is this your mom? You look just like her.", Lizzie asked as she showed a picture to Hope.
"Yeah that's Hayley my mom. I look more like my dad. His picture is after hers.", Hope said as Lizzie flipped the page and saw Hope's father Klaus.
"Wow you do. I remember him, he asked my mom if we could help get rid of the darkness that was inside you.", Lizzie said with a smile on her face.
"You know I completely forgot about that.I was raised by my Aunt for a little while after I was born.", Hope said to Lizzie.
"Freya?", Lizzie asked her friend.
"No Aunt Freya and her wife Aunt Keelin looked after me when my father died. My Aunt Rebekah raised me for about four months after I was born. Then my mom raised me by herself for about seven years. Remember when we were fifteen and I was gone for almost a year?", Hope said then asked Lizzie.
"Yeah weren't you with your family that year?", Lizzie asked Hope.
"I was, they were teaching me all that I could about my powers. That's when my mother died and then a few weeks after that my father and uncle died. My Aunts thought it was best if I stayed with them for the rest of the year. But I wanted to come back, I needed to come back. To get away from New Orleans and the bad memories of my parents and uncle dying.", Hope said to Lizzie.
"I didn't realize you went through so much that year.", Lizzie said to Hope.
"I hid it very well. I didn't want anyone knowing. Your parents knew but that's about it. I didn't want people to pity me.", Hope said to Lizzie.
"I'm sure you could have used a friend though. You could have told Josie and I, we would have been there for you.", Lizzie said to Hope.
"Yeah I don't doubt that. But much like my father I don't do well with emotions so I tend to shut them out and just deal with them on my own.", Hope said to Lizzie.
"That's not very healthy. Trust me I do the same but I'm starting to learn to lean on people. It makes it easier to deal with.", Lizzie said to Hope.
"I'm trying, it's going to take time. But I'll get there.", Hope said as Lizzie closed the photo album and put it back where she got it from.
"I guess we should go talk to Jo.", Lizzie said to Hope.
"We should.", Hope said as she offered her hand to Lizzie who took the offered hand for comfort.
"Jo, can we talk?", Lizzie asked as her and Hope walked into her and Josie's room.
"Of course, is everything okay?", Josie asked her twin as they all sat down on Josie's bed.
"Yes and no. After the prison world to get over Sebastian I slept with a random dude. I think I might be pregnant and also gay. Well not think I'm gay I know I am.", Lizzie said to Josie.
"That's a lot to take in. First off I knew you were gay. We're twins you can't keep stuff like that from me we've shared a room together since we were born. As far as the whole pregnancy thing did you take a test?", Josie said to her twin sister.
"No, Hope suggested we tell you first and then the three of us can do the test.", Lizzie said to Josie with a small smile on her face.
"Okay, we can do that. Though if you are pregnant have you thought about if you are going to keep the baby or not? Also what if it's twins since you know Gemini coven witches here.", Josie said in a panic which was making Lizzie panic as well.
"Uh, Jo take it down a notch. One step at a time, no need to freak Lizzie out before we even know if she's pregnant or not.", Hope said to Josie with a smile on her face.
"Good point, sorry Liz.", Josie said to her sister.
"It's okay, can we go get the test now? Fuck how are we going to explain this to the nurse? It'll get back to Dad.", Lizzie said to her twin and to Hope.
"We'll say it's for me. Just until we know if you are pregnant or not.", Hope said to the twins.
"You'd do that for me?", Lizzie asked Hope.
"Yes, just like I know you two would do it for me as well.", Hope said to the twins.
"Of course, right let's go.", Josie said as they headed to the nurses office. After explaining to the nurse that it was for Hope they headed to the bathroom so Lizzie could take the test.
"Let's take it back to my room. We don't want someone accidently walking in here.", Hope said to the girls after Lizzie peed on the stick.
"Good idea, let's go.", Josie said as they hurried back to Hope's room.
"How long does it say we have to wait for?", Lizzie asked her sister and best friend.
"Fifteen minutes.", Hope said to her.
"That's too long.", Lizzie said as she placed the stick on Hope's nightstand and threw herself onto Hope's bed.
"Dramatic much.", Hope said which got Josie to giggle.
"I've always been the dramatic one. Where have you been all these years Mikaelson.", Lizzie said to Hope which got Hope and Josie to start laughing.
"Good point.", Hope said after their laughter died down. After the fifteen minutes were up Josie's phone went off signaling that the timer was up.
"Time to check.", Josie said to her sister.
"I can't look, one of you do it.", Lizzie said to her sister and best friend as Josie took her hand for support.
"Let's see what this says.", Hope said as she took the test off her nightstand and read that it said pregnant.
"Well what does it say?", Josie asked for her and her twin.
"You're pregnant.", Hope said as she looked at Lizzie right in the eyes.
"Shit.", Lizzie said as she started to cry.
"Hey, we are here for you. One step at a time right.", Hope said as her and Josie hugged Lizzie.
"Yeah.", Lizzie said before she broke down in their arms.
