Lily Evans, 16, has 1 older sister and lives in Paris, London. She is 5'5 with Auburn Red hair, the colour of dark blood. She has emerald green eyes, shinier than any emerald jewellery. She is a gem herself. She always stood out. She hated it, but according to one, that's what makes him love her even more.

Lily Evans woke up that morning, 10:30 am with the bright yellow sun shimmering through her window. She awoke and sat up, stretching her hands up and yawning. She stood up and walked over to the window where thin white curtains hang, and she pushed them away looking up at the glory of Paris. She could see the Eiffel Tower, as she lives close to it.

She opened her window slightly so that the fresh air can run inside. She smiled at the beauty outside and walked to the loo to wash her face. She brushed her teeth and made it to her closet to find what clothes she should where that day.

It was a sunny, gloomy day and she decided to take a walk. She got some black leggings, a tank top so she could wear a coat and some trainers. Her parents usually woke up at 11, since it was the weekend that day, so she got a little cash and decided to just find a small bread store nearby.

Lily walked for about 30mins and bought bread on the way. She jogged back to her house and opened the door to see her parents wide awake crying. She just looked confused about what was happening.

Her parents were looking at a letter. Her sister Petunia was beside her Mother comforting her. Her father, on the other hand, had a blank face. He was staring at another letter addressed to them.

Lily was just standing there confused. "What's going on?"

They all looked at Lily. She made her way to where her sister and mother sat, while her mother picked up a tissue. Lily picked up the letter from her mother's lap.

Dear Mr and Mrs Evans,

I am Benedict, Anastasia assistant, from her business, A.D.C Corporation of Financial and Investment Management. Sadly to say, Anastasia Evans has passed away yesterday, due to lack of sleeping especially at her age. According to Ms Evans before she passed, was to see her son take over the company.

She told us specifically that Mr Evans left the country to spend more time with his family but as one of her wishes, we hope you could consider this. If you do, however, you may contact me, number below, on what you considered. If you however agree, The Company will send over people to accompany you to New York.

Please take this is Consideration.

Thank you and sorry for your loss.

She read it all over again. Her Grandmother was always special to her. She would visit New York with her family to meet her again, Anastasia likes to spoil her and bring her all around New York. She baked the best cookies ever, she would call her every time she had a bad day at school, and now she was gone.
