Halloween has arrived and excited everyone. The girls have been invited to a party being held at Savannah's. However, a month prior, word has spread that an infamous serial killer known as the 'Nasty Man' was lurking around, in search of prey. The moment the parents heard about the news about this serial killer, they started to doubt if they should let their daughters go.
"What do you mean I'm not allowed to go?!" Kimi groaned, enraged at her parents.
"Kimi, I know you and the girls are invited to Savannah's party," her mother Kira reasoned with her. "But you've seen the news. This Nasty Man could snatch you without you even knowing it. And God knows what he might do to you..."
"You'll just have to tell the girls and Savannah you'll be missing out on this one," Chaz told her. "It's for your own good."
"Plus I called Angelica's and Lil's parents, and they all agreed not to permit their daughters go."
Kimi was furious at hearing about having to skip this year's party. "This is an outrage!" And with that she stormed up to her room.
"Kimi!" Kira called, but Chaz placed his right hand on her left shoulder, shaking his head 'no'. He thought she's just upset at it at first... but eventually she'll understand.
While she's in her room, laying on the bed, Kimi couldn't understand why she wasn't allowed to go. She's already 21, not a two year old anymore. Yet her parents gave her restrictions like that age.
'When can Mom and Dad stop treating me like some rugrat? I'm already 20,' she thought to herself, staring at the ceiling. Seconds later her mobile rang, prompting her to answer. "Hello?"
"Hi, Kimi. It's Savannah."
"Oh... hi, Sav," she noted dryly.
"You don't sound too excited about later. Let me guess... your parents forbid you to go, right?" she guessed correctly.
"How'd you know?"
"Angelica and Lil called me and said the same thing... All because of this Nasty Man. Shame you three aren't gonna come. It's gonna be a great party here."
Kimi sighed at this. "Yeah... sorry we're not gonna make it. Maybe next year."
"I can't really blame you 100% can I?" Savannah said before clicking the line off.
Meanwhile downstairs in the kitchen table, Kira was on video group chat with the other mothers.
"So... how did they react?" she asked.
"Angelica's pretty furious about not making it to the party," Charlotte replied.
"My girl Lillian's also taking it hard too," Betty added. "But then again, they are 21 right now. Not toddlers anymore. So maybe we could give them permission to attend that party." The other mothers were hesitant to agree.
"Maybe we should allow them to attend the party," Charlotte agreed.
"I'll go talk to Kimi," Kira sighed. "You go do the same... I'll have Chuckie drive the girls there."
So it's settled. The mothers gave them permission to attend the party much to their joy, but they had to be dropped off by Chuckie and he had to be phoned once the party's over. Never were they permitted to walk home. Not in a situation like this.
That night later Chuckie was waiting for his sister, and she came down the stairs in her Nightkitten costume.
"So, what do you think?" she asked for his opinion.
"Sexy as anyhing... like my girlfriend."
"I'm sure Angelica will be as sexy in her costume."
"Now remember, Kimi. Chuckie will drop you and the others off. And when you're ready to go home you must phone him to pick you up," Chaz reminded.
"Chill, Dad. I won't forget. Gotta go now. Bye."
She walked out the door, Chuckie followed suit after grabbing the car key off the table. They drove towards Lil's first, followed by Angelica's. At the sight of the blonde, the Finster man couldn't keep his gaze off her.
'Angel... you look sexy in that Power Girl outfit,' he mused to himself. As she entered, Kimi had to snap her fingers to get his attention.
"Hello? We got a party to attend," she scoffed impatiently.
"Huh? Oh right. You look sexy in that outfit, my sweet Angel."
Angelica blushed at the compliment of her boyfriend. "Thank you, Finster." She blew a kiss on him.
After about ten minutes of driving through the traffic-free streets the four of them finally reached Savannah's place.
"Glad you four finally made it," Savannah told them. "Come in and have a good time."
Chuckie drove off after that, noticing a van parked outside just next door with the plate 7BB991. Must be a random van, not knowing it looked suspicious. The party lasted for about three hours before they finally decided to go home, since the party was over. Unfortunately the girls forgot to phone Chuckie to pick them up, and instead walked home, only for them to be abducted by a mysterious person who chloroformed the three of them before dragging them to the van.
10:30 PM... and no call from Kimi, Angelica or Lil. Chuckie attempted to phone his sister seven times before phoning Lil and Angelica... All of them not active.
"Chuckie, have called Kimi yet?" Kira worryingly asked.
"Already, Mom like seven times. No answer from her or the others."
Kira grew more worried. "Oh my god... what if something happens to my Kimi?"
He phoned Savannah's number, but it was also not available. "Savannah's number isn't active either."
At this Charlotte phoned the Finsters. "Hello?" Kira answered.
"Kira... Angelica never made it home. Is she with you and Chuckie?"
"No... Kimi never made it home either... We'll have to wait 'til tomorrow morning; probably they slept over at the place."
Charlotte sighed. "Okay then... Hope my princess is alright."
The next morning came, and Chuckie drove to Savanah's in the hopes of finding his sister and his girlfriend. "Please God... don't let anything happen to my sister and my girl." He knocked on Savannah's door, waiting her to answer.
"Chuckie?" she said, kinda drunk...
"Where are the girls?" he asked sternly.
"They went home last night on foot... They never made it home?"
"No. Now I'm trying to find them. Did you make them drink alcohol?"
"No... they didn't touch any alcohol."
Chuckie panicked, searching around the house and towards the end of the street... but no luck. "Anything suspicious you've seen last night?" he asked her as he returned.
"A cream-colored van plated 7BB991 on the license. That would mean..." she suspected.
"They've been kidnapped!" he panicked. "Call 911!"
At that he got back in his car, speeding home while she dialed the police. "Hello? 911? Three people have been abducted by someone driving a cream colored van plated 7BB991."
"Help is on the way."
An hour later, the lead detective Loki responded to a crashed van with the same license plate in the woods. He and two fellow officers cautiously approached the crashed van, noticing a pair of hands sticking out.
"Let me see your hands!' he shouted, prompting the driver to slowly step out of the vehicle before the officers cuffed him. "I got him. Johnson and Phillips, check the inside for any sign of the girls."
"Roger that," Philips replied as he and Johnson searched the interior. "No sign of the girls over here!"
Loki stood the suspect on his feet. "What's your name?"
The man seemed like his IQ was diminished. "Alex..." he spoke quietly as the detective searched his pockets for his license.
"Anything boys?" he asked the officers.
"Nothing sir. He's clean. But he still drove recklessly."
At this Alex was transported to jail for interrogation while Loki phoned the victims' families about the update. "We have the suspect. But the girls are nowhere to be found."
As each of the girls' families heard this, they could do nothing but mourn in tears.
"I wanna get my hands on this man!" Phil said with determination, as he noticed his parents sob. No doubt all the boys wanna rip this man apart, but they also knew it wouldn't solve the case. All they could do now was wait until the next morning.
As Chas turned on the TV later that night, the breaking news started.
"We apologize for interrupting your program, but this is urgent. An Amber Alert has been assigned here in our town. Kimi Watanabe Finster, Angelica Pickles and Lillian DeVille have been missing since approximately 11:00 PM last night. They were last seen by their friend Savannah Shane, who hosted a Halloween party at her house. Shane claims that she noticed a suspicious van in the scene and authorities and county police are now on the scene. Here is the most recent picture of Kimi, Angelica and Lillian. If you see them, please be sure to report it. Your help in the search will be greatly appreciated. Please stay tuned for extra details on the scene."
That broke him and Kira even more, determined to find their daughter before it's too late.
"I'll make that man pay," Kira sneered.
The next morning the families gathered outside the police station, news media reporters also gathered with microphones and cameras. Moments later, Alex was escorted out by his sister Holly, who prompted the mentally unstable man to not say a word until he got home. That's when Phil got enraged, tackling the man to the ground.
"You son of a bitch! If my sister is dead, you'll recieve the same fate!" he yelled.
He spoke softly. "They never cried... until I left them." No one but DeVille heard him say that, and he let out his fists at him. Tommy, Dil and Chuckie had to pull him off while the cops and Holly pulled Alex and ushered him to the car.
"Phil, what the hell are you doing?!" Tommy scolded.
"He's got Lillian! I heard him say they never cried until he left them there!" he yelled back in anger.
"He really said that?"
"I'm not lying, Tommy!"
"Did anyone else hear him say that?" Chuckie asked him.
Phil sighed. "Only me."
Just then Loki approached the families and addressed the parents. "I understand how devastated you are right now. But right now we are doing all we can to find your daughters."
"But what about Alex?" Drew asked.
"We'll continue gathering evidence if it points to him. But right now he isn't allowed to leave town and that we confiscated the van. Now I think it's best you all go home now. Let us professionals handle this case."
They all got into their respective cars and drove to Charlotte's before the mothers broke down sobbing again, their husbands comforting them.
Meanwhile, Savannah's still torn about the abduction of her friends. She wanted to take this matter into her own hands, but couldn't without getting involed with the authorities. It wasn't entirely her fault they were kidnapped, no.
'There is one person who could get the job done better and faster,' she thought to herself. She had to make the call... for her friends' lives...
