It was just another normal day for the resident of Outset Island. The hero of Wind snoring loudly, very content sleeping past noon. Link rollover, leg kicking the blanket aside stubbornly ignoring the heat.
"Brother! Brother wake up!" Argyll yells from downstairs." wake up you lazy head! It's lunchtime!" More yelling.
Link groaned, stretched, and yawn." Okay." He called back so his sitter can stop shouting. He lazy get down the ladder and straight to the bathroom for a quick refresh.
"Where is Granny?" Link pokes his head out.
"She at ms. Rose's" Aryll replies, hun over her desk. All the dishes already play out, hot meals are ready on the stove.
"Call her back will you? Oh, and buy some salt too."
"When did you get to order me around?" Link dry his face with a towel.
"Because im you favorites sister!" Aryll said in an obvious tone.
"You are my only sister." Link deadpan. What happens to his adorable little sister?
"Still your favorite, and im busy!" Aryll pout.
Link rolled his eyes and lean over to see what she doing.
"He-Hey! No peeking! Im not done yet!" Aryll tried to shovel him aside to no avail. It was a half drawing map, an Outset island's map.
"Hooo! It looks good Aryll." Link honest said. Meticulous details, neatly draw and not too messy.
Aryll proudly huff."Of course! I have practiced it a lot!" She giggles when Link rubs her head.
"So you go call granny! And I cook lunch for us already"
"Fine." Link putting on his boots and open the door. When the sunlight upon his face did Link suddenly freezes.
Link blinks hard a few times, stunned by the abruptly drowsy sensation. Invisible forces calling, pulling him, make his eyes blinded, mind blank and legging moving without thinking.
Gold glitter in his vision. There.
His senseless steps soon pull on running. Pass the sands to the wooden bridge, mindless and unstoppable. Link then found himself on top of Aryll's lookout.
There was someone there. A boy dress in green, the same long hat as Link's own with yellow corn hair poking out. A sword and a shield by his side, masks hanging on his belt, and his back against Link.
Link couldn't do anything but wordlessly watching the stranger. Mind too empty, too drowsy in the bizarre sensation.
The other boy shifted, his hand dragging on the wooden fence before falling to his side. His movement is slow and careful as he turns and facing Link. A loathe looking on his face as intense violet eyes grimacing at him.
"Go away. " he hissed.
"...Huh?" Link blinks a few times. Trying and failing to catch up.
"I said go away." The boy growled, hand on his sword's hilt with all the intent of violence.
"I-i..." Suddenly golden light shone, almost blinding Link. The golden power's light radiance from the Triforce of Courage on his hand till all of him is covered by it.
"What...?" Link whispered, stunned.
The stranger takes out his sword in a slash and immediately aimed it at Link's neck. "Haaaa... Afraid im going to hurt him Hylia?" He sneered. "Why brings him here if not to be slain?"
"Huh?!" All the stunning feeling stops. And Link is pulled on panic at the other obvious threats. "Wait-Wait! What are you-?" Link panic even more when he realized he wields no weapon right now.
Purple eyes narrowed looking deep into Link's blue own. Link was confused and alarmed but he knows a testing glance when he sees one, so Link glared right back with all his bravely.
The boy abrupt snorted, returning his sword to the scrabble on his back with a neat click. All gold light leaves him at once and Link disturbs checking himself over.
"Go away now, hero." He grunts, eyes filled with bitterness as he regarding the Triforce's mark. "Next time we meet, I won't be so nice." He takes out a weird blue mask and it on his face.
Link immediately covers himself when a sudden light envelops the boy. A very striking fish creature stand where the boy stood. It has blue and green fishy and scales skins with 2 yellow-ish fins sticking out of its arms, a green dress cover its lower half, it stands as tall as its head touched the ceiling. Black eyes glaring at Link one last time before that a lead out of the tower's fences.
"What the fuc--?!" Link was all but shout. As he runs to the edge hand clutching hard onto the woods as he leads down. Catching the creature's last sight before disappeared into the great sea's depth.
Gold glittering in his vision.
