Chapter 1

I know who I am with

"You should have seen his face!" Harvey said, opening his apartment door. "I think it was one of the best moments in my life." He turned on the light.

"I should... if only you had waited for me to go together!" Mike replied, erasing his voice.

"Shhhhhh," Harvey said once he saw Donna sleeping on his couch.

"That's cute. She tried to wait for you!" Mike said, hitting his shoulder a little.

"What time is it?" His face changed completely. He had promised Donna he would be there before ten pm so they could have dinner together. He was working so hard these last days that he barely saw her.

"One am," Mike answered, looking at his watch.

"Damn it! I told her I'll be here early today," Harvey said, moving his hands on the air.

"You shouldn't make promises you don't know you can keep."

"Shut up, asshole. You are not helping," Harvey said looking at him and clenching teeth.

"Hey... I'm so sorry." He approached Donna and caressed her cheek. Then he placed a kiss on her forehead. "I didn't know it would take me so long..." Donna stretched her legs a bit while opening her eyes. "It's fine, Harvey," Donna said sleepily.

"No, it's not. I should have known..." He wrapped his face with his hands.

"Hey... I'm not mad!" She sat on the couch and rested her hand on his thigh. "Don't feel bad about it!" She smiled. "We can still have dinner together... it's not that late," Donna tried to cheer him up. "I think you will love what I cooked! It's my specialty."

"You cooked? I don't deserve you!"

"Yes, you do!" She sighed and caressed his thigh. "I love you, Harvey. I know who I am with... I know you are a busy man, and I respect that."

"I love you so much," he couldn't say anything else. There weren't words to describe what he was feeling, so he kissed her wishing that could explain at least a part of the love he has for her.

"I feel like throwing up... it's too much romantic Harvey for me. I'm leaving..." Mike replied, and Harvey and Donna laughed. "Please take care and use-"

"GO!" Harvey interrupted him.

When he left, they started to kiss again. He knew he was the luckiest man on earth once he realized he could kiss her whenever he wanted to. Hopefully, he could do it for the rest of his life.
