Multiverse War I: System Battle

The EPF has taken care of Portal Control for a few Years now, keeping it out of the hands of HERBERT. However, they are merely a spy agency, and when HERBERT and their collaborators declare War on the EPF and their allies. It leads to the first Great Multiverse War (Multiverse War I). A/N: This is a crossover containing more than 20 different franchises and cameo appearances.

1. Prologue

Portal Control

In world, or more appropriately, a void between Dimensions is the current location of the High-Tech, State-of-the-Art dimensional portal facility known as 'Portal Control'. Portal Control rests on the edge of a desert, hovering on post over the nearby ocean. Portal Control itself is a circular metallic facility, kind of like a thick, giant metal disc.

Inside the floor, walls, and ceiling are also metallic. The Main hallway is aligned with many doors as it makes a loop around the entire facility. In front of each door, is a raised platform, almost as if each door was a mini train station. In between the platforms is a mine cart track that also loops are the facility with mine carts rolling around.

Behind each door is a Portal that leads to another dimension. To reiterate, 'Portal Control is a high-tech facility located on the edge of a desert over an ocean, in a void between dimensions.'

The PSA and EPF

The PSA was the guarding force of Portal Control. They made sure that Portal Control was to remain out of the wrong hands.

Back when PSA first started to guard Portal Control, they had Agents in the tens. They were also originally called the Penguin Secret Agency, but once they started to take in Agents from all different backgrounds and species, they felt it appropriate to change their name a bit. And thus, the new PSA, Portal Secret Agency was formed.

There was also an even secreter Agent force, the EPF, which also changed. Originally the Elite Penguin Force, now renamed themselves the Elite Portal Force.

The EPF had agents in the hundreds, while the PSA had agents in the thousands. Hand in hand, they worked together without knowing it, protecting the Portal Control, and thus the Multiverse, from evil.

However, the old nemesis of the PSA was still around... Herbert.

HERBERT

Herbert was an old villain who caused mischief back in Club Penguin, where both he and the original EPF and PSA were from.

Herbert originally wanted to take over the island of Club Penguin, but now he wants to take over the Multiverse.

Herbert had also created his own Agency with himself in charge, HERBERT.

HERBERT and the PSA have clashed time and time again to stop each other. Herbert always wanted something, and the PSA was ready to keep his hands away from it.

Time and time again they fought, with the EPF and PSA coming on top and HERBERT retreating.

However, one day that would change. While the EPF and PSA excelled at solving cases, they lacked military power. And Herbert knew this.

With this knowledge, HERBERT was getting ready for a battle with the EPF and PSA. Dragging the Multiverse into its First Interdimensional Conflict, a Great Multiverse War.

Ongoing Conflicts

Tensions in the Multiverse were high, as many conflicts were happening.

Mulan

China was busy dealing with the Huns' invasion.

Star Wars

The Rebel Alliance were preparing for an all out War against the Empire.

Super Mario Bros

A mysterious device called the SuperMerge headset had combined two worlds into one.

Hyrule Warriors

A mysterious sorceress, named Cia, was waging a war against the kingdom of Hyrule.

Kid Icarus: Uprising

Medusa has returned and is waging a war against the humans, and it is up to Pit and Lady Palutena to stop her.

Splatoon

Tensions between the Inklings and the Octarians were strained after panic over rising sea levels. Eventually the tension erupted into a Civil War, The Great Turf War.
