"Honey? Can you go check on Leo, make sure he's got his Elsa cape on right before we go out? Oh, and make sure your mom put Allison's M & M costume on the right way?" Teddy gently yelled out to her husband, Owen, as she put the finishing touches to her subtle orange eye shadow to match her pumpkin costume.

She dressed as a pumpkin because tonight was the night that she and Owen were planning to announce that they had another little pumpkin on the way, because Teddy was about 3 months pregnant.

"Wow, you look great Teds!" Owen smiled, standing in the doorway of their bathroom, admiring his wife.

Teddy smirked.

"Do I? Because I'm nervous as hell that we won't pull this off. I already feel like everyone knows I'm pregnant! I've been showing for at least two weeks already and this shirt is tight!" She laughed and tugged at the material surrounding her waist.

Owen laughed and walked over to his sweet wife. He wrapped his arms around her midsection from behind and swayed her back and forth, as he caressed her little bump gently.

"Well, you've been able to hide it pretty well most days, since we live in our baggy scrubs but, we also didn't have to wait so long to tell people honey…" he stated.

"I know, I know. The baby and I have been healthy since day one but…you know how freaked out I was when we first found out. Especially after the miscarriage I had right before Maggie's wedding, only several months ago. I didn't know if I could bear that kind of loss again, and the pity we got from the few people we told early that we were expecting." Teddy remembered sadly. "And then this one was a total surprise! I just didn't want to jinx it honey."

Owen nodded in understanding. He then smiled broadly as he cupped his hands completely around Teddy's little bump, feeling where their third child was growing, already so fast.

"Well, we're at 12 and a half weeks Teds…I think this little one is here to stay!" He exclaimed.

Teddy whipped around and kissed Owen passionately. He just always knew exactly the right thing to say.

"I love you so much," she whispered with a huge smile on her face, "thank you."

"I cannot wait to have this baby with you and tell everyone we love tonight! Including-"

"Maaaaaaama! Daaaaaada! Let's gooooooooo!" Little Leo Hunt yelled from down the hall.

"Speak of the devil," Owen laughed.

"Let's go." Teddy giggled, shaking her head.

"Wait!" Owen whispered, "I want to tell mom and the kids, just us before we go?"

Teddy beamed.

"I was about to say the same thing."

Teddy and Owen told Evelyn, the kids, Megan and Farouk the same way they planned on telling their friends later. Everyone was ecstatic, especially Megan.

"Another baby sister?!" Leo asked excitedly.

"Maybe!" Owen replied, "we still dont know yet whether you will have a baby brother or sister."

"Yeah, the baby has to grow a little more honey bun, so then they can tell us. But, sometimes they're shy and its possible we may have to wait until the day they're born to find out." Teddy added.

"Nooo, no wait!" little Allison cried out, "my baby now! Please mama, baby now?"

Teddy giggled at her sweet girl, "my baby." She was thrilled that her first born was so anxious to be a big sister.

She scooped Allison up and pointed to her little bump.

"No baby yet. The baby is in here, and has to get much bigger before they can be here with us now. Do you understand sweet girl?" She asked.

"Undastand…" Allison mumbled and pointed towards Teddy's abdomen, "my baby."

Soon aftee, Owen, Teddy, Link, Hayes, Meredith, Jo, Bailey, Megan and their kids all met up to go trick or treating in one another's neighborhoods, ending at Meredith's house for a small post trick or treating cocktail party, after the kids had a few pieces of candy, watched a movie and went to bed.

"Goodnight my little prince and princess," Teddy whispered as she tucked Allison and Leo in, after they and the other kids finished Hocus Pocus in the playroom.

"Goodnight mommy." Leo whispered sleepily, and patted his moms stomach, "and goodnight baby!"

Teddys eyes welled up with tears. She couldn't believe she was going to have three of these little angels to love.

"Night night Mama, I wuv you and I wuv my baby!" Allison said softly.

Teddy laughed and shook her head at her silly little girl.

"I love you both so much. Night night." And with that, Teddy kissed her babies one last time and headed downstairs to join Owen, who had been dying for this very moment all night.

Meredith and their friends continued chatting in their absence, sipping red wine and eating some of the kids candy, while the original Halloween movie played on a low volume in the background.

"You ready?" Owen whispered in Teddys ear.

"Ready when you are." She replied with a big smile.

"Okay," …clearing his throat, Owen clapped his hands together to get everyone's attention. "Hey everyone, sorry to interrupt but, Teddy and I have an announcement to make…Teddy?" He smirked and stepped aside.

Teddy beamed and pulled out the latest ultrasound of their fully formed little pumpkin. Their sweet profile was accompanied by a little pumpkin, almost like they were holding it in their fist on the monitor.

Teddy placed it upside down against her stomach.

"Well everyone," she began as she slowly flipped the scan over, "Owen and I would like to announce that we have a new little pumpkin on the way, due in about 6 and a half months!" She shouted and jumped up and down.

"I knew it!" Jo yelled as she leaped up to hug and congratulate her friends.

"Altman! I thought you were finally holding on to some carbs like the rest of us!" Bailey stated with a smile as she hugged and congratulated her as well.

The rest of their friends and colleagues followed suit with hugs, tears, congratulations and "I knew it's!"

The love that Teddy and Owen felt for each other, their friends and family that day was indescribable.

Their first Halloween together as a married couple would certainly be one for the books.
