As soon as i heard bout it, i thought of Sonic cartoons

I was trying for the style of an actually episode of Ruff and Reddy

We have last seen Reddy get captured by the Muni-Mula army. The dog had tried his best at getting away but he just couldn't outrun those alien robots.

As they carried the hapless dog back into her buildings, Reddy shouted, "Hey, let go of me!" and generally upset that both his so-called best friend and that Professor Gizmo guy totally abandoned him.

But they didn't. Ruff and Professor Gizmo had actually came back for him. They weren't going to just abandon him. A cat and an old man against an army...they knew they had to be sneaky about this.

As they slowly made their way, following those metallic purple monsters, Ruff had to ask, "Giz, whats gonna happen to Reddy?"

"I'm not sure," Gizmo admitted. "Perhaps replace his brain with a robot one?"

"Nah, that happened earlier and that didn't last long."

Still, they silently followed the alien robots, with only the distant sounds of Ruddy yelling and thrashing filling the air.

Luckily, nobody had noticed them yet, so they still had a chance.

The pair followed them into a very strange room with a very strange machine.

Gizmo gasped in recognition as soon as he saw, "Sweet mother of the Čapek brothers!" Ruff had to tackle him before they got caught.

The cat shushed him and whispered, "What is that thing?"

"One of my old inventions: The Roboticizer."

"The what?!"

Gizmo quickly explained how it was supped to help people, but he didn't think that the Muni-Mula men would actually build it.

"Roboticizer ? How's turning people into robots supposed to help them?" Ruff asked, incredulously as he watched Reddy get trapped into the machine. The cat yelled, "REDDY!" catching the wrong kind of attention, not that he care at the moment.

"RUFF?!" Reddy asked, as if he couldn't believe that he was there. Suddenly, the dog felt extra motivated to try to break free.

Alas, all it took was one Meka man pressing a button for Reddy to feel a world of pain.

Reddy's screams filled the air, much to Ruff and Gizmo's horror.

But surely, they have a plan to save Reddy. Right? There's always a way out.

"I don't know what to do?"

Suddenly, the screaming stopped and there standing where Reddy was wasn't Reddy, not anymore. Where there was white fur, there is metallic metal. Where there were big soulful eyes, there are blank glowing cameras. Basically this Parody-Reddy looked more like something from those terrible B-movies that Ruff and Reddy were watching lately.

The Muni-Mula men were looking at little too pleased of this result. Almost enough to want to change their plan accordingly.

Ruff asked in a panic, "Gizmo, is there a way to reverse this."

"No, I'm sorry, Ruff."

"NO! NO! NO!" Ruff began to sob.

One of the Meka men pointed at them and ordered Reddy.

In English, he said, "Get them!"

Poor Reddy had to follow his orders.

"REDDY!" Ruff screamed, "PLEASE IT'S ME! RUFF! YOUR BEST FRIEND!"

Gizmo had to grab Ruff's wrist and tried to escape but they were surrounded. It was easy for Reddy to grab them and put them inside the machine.

No! this wasn't how it was supposed to go! Ruff and Reddy were supposed to escape! GO more adventures! Help Professor Gizmo! Make new friends! Meet new enemies! How are they going to do that if they are turned into robot slaves?!

Reddy stared blankly at Ruff and the professor as they kept crying out his name.

The Meka man pressed the button again.

"REDD-!"

The Ruff and Reddy Show was cancelled.
