Welcome to the Olympics category of my Music by Themes collection challenge. :) I'm going to break the Olympics up into two sub-sections: the Winter Olympics and the Summer Olympics. Figure Skating happened to be the highlight of the Winter Olympics for me, and so, that's what I wrote. Enjoy! :)

Winter Olympics: Figure Skating

Mickey and Minnie Mouse skated out into the skating rink. The Winter Olympics was starting and they wanted to be prepared for their big jump. It was couples' night, the chance for couples to prove their worth to the judges.
Mickey prepared to toss Minnie. Here they go! Here it comes! And—toss! Minnie was up int the air, twirling around in circles. She landed as best she could, tripping over her own feet, before careening into a wall. Fortunately, she stood up, only to find that the fall had cost her points.
Minnie clicked her fingers, angry at her performance. She knew she'd try again two years from now. But she didn't expect to fumble so badly.
"Aww! Next year, Minnie. Don't worry," Mickey said, rubbing Minnie's back.
"You're right, Mickey. I hope," Minnie said, knowing they were judged severely.
