Hello and welcome to a new short stand-alone series! Think of this as my contribution to Sess/Rin week! This will be a short series of Sesshomaru and Rin coming together as a couple and Sesshomaru becoming comfortable with himself and physical intimacy ;)

This will be a lemon series as well. I anticipated that series will probably be around 3-4 chapters long. If you read my other story The Different Forms of Love, which was about Rin's sexual awakening. Think of this story as Sesshomaru's sexual awakening.

The Destruction of Lord Sesshomaru

Chapter One

The clearing stood eerily quiet in the aftermath of the battle that just took place. As Sesshomaru stood over the dead carcass of the youkai that so foolishly thought it could take him on, the only emotion to show on his face was that of disgust. Looking down upon himself Sesshomaru saw that his robes had gotten mud on them. During the battle, Sesshomaru had to leap over the youkia and landed on the other side of the clearing. Unknown to Sesshomaru though was that the place he landed was a mud field that had been partially covered by fallen leaves so when Sesshomaru had landed the mud splashed up and dirtied his hakama.

Sighing in aggravation and annoyance, Sesshomaru knew he would need to take his hakama off so they could clean themselves. His robes were made from a rare silk moth youkai and his robes would only need dipped in hot water and then be placed in direct sunlight and the stains and dirt would be evaporated leaving behind nothing but his normally regal white robes. Pulling out the package he had for Rin from behind his armor, Sesshomaru was relieved to see the package had not taken on any damage.

Sesshomaru was actually on his way to see Rin when the youkai had attacked him unprovoked. Looking towards the sky, Sesshomaru knew he still had time to find a hot spring and then go to see Rin. Continuing his trek to Rin's village, Sesshomaru tucked her gift back into his armor and continue on his way.

As Sesshomaru made his journey towards the nearest hot spring, his mind went back to his gift and Rin. It had been seven human years since he left Rin with the old miko Kaede. To him, it felt much longer. Every time he would return, he was amazed at how much Rin would grow. Although her height did not change much, her face did. Over the years, her face had softened, her face lost its roundness and developed more of a heart shape look to it. Her eyes also looked like they grew more almond-shaped as well.

Sesshomaru had also noticed how much longer her hair had grown, her hair seemed lighter in color and almost reached her hips now. He remembered on one of his visits he had come to the old miko's hut to witness Kaede giving Rin a haircut.

"Why do you cut Rin's hair?" Sesshomaru asked from the doorway of Kaede's hut.

"Ah my lord, Rin's hair grows very fast. We need to trim it otherwise the child would end up tripping over it or sitting on it."

"Lord Sesshomaru! I'm so happy to see you! Forgive me for not standing to give you a proper greeting." Rin said beaming at her lord.

"If my lord is willing to wait, I should only be a few more moments and then I shall be free."

Sesshomaru waited as Rin commanded, the old miko finishing Rin's hair and ran a comb through it. Rin waved bye to Kaede and walked out with her lord.

As Sesshomaru walked with Rin listening to her tales of her village life, he was surprised to hear her next question.

"Does my lord like my hair?"

"It is your hair; my opinion matters not."

"Your opinion matters to me my lord, do you like my hair long? When I first met you, my hair was shorter. Would you wish it be the same length than or do you like my hair now?"

Sesshomaru puzzled on why she would ask that, did not know what to say at first. To be honest, he liked her with longer hair now. He was always entranced seeing her hair flow around her on days the breeze was stronger.

Turning to fully look at Rin, he took her in appearance. Her large almond eyes looking up at him and her petite body facing him. He could see the faint outline of her breasts along with slight flaring of her hip indicating her body was now ready to bear children.

'When did she become so beautiful? When did she become this woman that stands before me now?' Sesshomaru questioned to himself.

"As I stated before, it is your hair to do with as you please, your hair has beauty either way, but if you must know I have grown fond of your hair the way it is now." Sesshomaru said while stepping forward and running his fingers through her long locks.

Sesshomaru watched what appeared to be light pink dust across Rin's face and her say, "Then I shall keep it long for you, my lord."

Sesshomaru nodded and they continued on their walk.

After that visit, Sesshomaru left making a mental note to travel to the village that a merchant lived in that sold fine oils for hair. Sesshomaru remembered walking by the merchant stand and hearing him say his oils would give the hair a beautiful shine and that they had a pleasing aroma to them.

Sesshomaru had also noticed that Rin's body had changed as well. No longer a tiny child he found in the forest but now a petite woman that filled out a bit. She only grew a few more inches after leaving his care and then stopped growing. He remembered the old miko explaining to him that due to lack of proper care during her formative years while growing up, Rin's height had stagnated along with her menstruation cycle. Kaede had explained that Rin had finally had her first cycle when she most likely should have had it a few years prior. Sesshomaru asked if there was anything that could aid her growth but the miko shook her head no, stating that Rin was healthy now and that was all that mattered.

Sesshomaru would look upon her body seeing nothing but beauty. Yes, she was smaller than her age, but she didn't let that bother her. When facing her directly, Rin only came to his upper chest but for him it was perfect. Looking down directly at her, he was able to take in her body's contours. She had always dressed modestly, Sesshomaru saw to that by making sure all the kimonos and yukatas he gifted her were made with high collars and always pass her knees. He always remembered seeing the other miko Kagome walking around in short dresses and could not understand how his brother let her walk around like that. Did she not have any decency? To show that much skin and walk around like there was no problem, Sesshomaru refused to let Rin walk around like that.

Sesshomaru was pulled from his thoughts when his senses alerted him to a hot spring. Looking around, Sesshomaru noticed that he was not that far from the Bone Eater's well. Walking to the hot spring, he saw plenty of rocks where he could lay his robes out to dry. Stepping over to the hot spring, he nodded in satisfaction and started undressing.

Sesshomaru now as bare as he was on the day he was born, dipped his robes into the hot spring, wringing them out, and then laid them on the largest rock he could find. With the way the sun was glaring today, he calculated that they should be dry within an hour or so. Since he had time, Sesshomaru decided to take advantage of the hot spring and got in for a soak to relax his muscles and ease any tension left from the earlier battle. With his senses on constant alert, he closed his eyes to take in the warmth of the sun.

"It's all right Sango, I know it wasn't me that they thought was walking in," Rin said wiping away the dust on her yukata.

Rin had come over to Sango's to give her the herb she had been asking for from Kaede. When she walked in, she found a bucket of dust throw on her and Sango's twin daughters laughing. Once the dust had settled, the twins looked up in horror realizing that they had gotten Rin instead of Kohaku who was also on his way, and started crying.

Sango hearing the commotion from behind their hut, ran in to see what happened. Finding her daughters crying and Rin coughing and waving away the dust. Sango asked her girls what they used to cover Rin in, and they pointed to the bag containing Sango's demon-slaying potions. Going through the bag, Sango was able to determine which potion it was and was relieved to tell Rin it was nothing fatal to humans.

"What does the potion do?" Rin asked while she continued wiping away the dust from her yukata while Sango tried to get it out of her hair.

"It's a potion to cover human scent, making you invisible to all youkai, it's actually one of my best potions." Sango said standing back from Rin once she was satisfied, she got most of the dust out of Rin's hair.

"This potion took me a long time to master, I'm very proud of it. It's very potent. I tested it on Kagome and Inuyasha could not smell her at all. Even when she was right under his nose. She had scared him to death when she snuck up on him during a nap. You should have seen his face!" Sango said while laughing causing Rin to laugh as well.

"Girls, what do we say to Rin?"

"We're sorry Ms. Rin!" Sango's kids said bowing their heads in shame.

"All is forgiven," Rin said back gently.

"Thank you for bringing me the herb, you probably want to wash up as well. I would hate for you to catch an unsuspecting youkai off guard and get attacked. Like I said the potion is potent only using just a little bit and the girls threw almost all of it on you. You could probably walk right into a horde of demons and they wouldn't even know you were there."

"It's all right, I'll head to the river right now and wash my arms and legs off and then go back later to wash my yukata."

"Here, take this. This should help remove any residue left of the potion." Sango said giving her a small satchel of herbs.

As Rin waved to Sango and the kids, Rin looked at the satchel. Deciding to head to the hot spring instead of the river Rin started making her way to the Bone Eater's well. She knew of a hot spring just a few minutes away from the well.

Rin hummed to herself as she walked to the hot spring thinking of her lord. She hoped he would come to visit soon; it had been about 3 moons now since she last saw him. Rin ran her fingers through her long hair. After asking how he liked her hair, Rin always made sure Kaede kept it trim to the length he preferred. Rin smiled to herself when she recalled Sesshomaru running his fingers through her hair. At the time, she wasn't sure how she felt about her lord.

Over the years of her living with Kaede, Rin would think of her lord often. She wondered if he missed her and if he thought about her as often as she thought about him. Would he come back for her one day? The real question she wanted to ask him was how he felt about her. Was it possible for her lord Sesshomaru to see her as a woman and not the small child he first met?

She had started to question her feelings for her lord over the past years, but it wasn't until the day he touched her hair, that she finally understood. When he ran his fingers through her hair, she felt a warmth spread in her belly and she felt her face grow hot. She remembered how her lord had looked at her, his expression eased. It was a look she had never seen before and his eyes. His eyes had a softness she had never seen either. Just as quickly as she had seen the softness, it disappeared. When she had told him that she would keep her hair the length he liked, he had merely nodded as usual, and they continued on their walk.

Rin was perplexed by the whole situation, how would tell her lord she wanted more from him? For all she knew, once she confessed, her lord may simply rebuff her and never come to visit her again. He may still see her as the small child who tried to help him in the forest so many years ago. What if he never saw her as a woman?

'How do I change his perception of me? How can I make him understand that I'm a woman now and desire something more from him?'

Feeling defeated, Rin sighed and push the thought from her mind. Looking ahead she could see the hot spring come into view. With the hot spring so close, Rin started untying her obi from around her yukata so she could settle right into the spring as soon as she got there.

An owl that had been flying for quite some time and wanting to get out of the hot sun, decided to land on a tree overlooking a hot spring. As it stretched its wings and settled down to relax before resuming its journey, it watched as a lone figure stood from the hot spring and another figure approached the hot spring as well. From what the owl could smell, the youkai was unaware of the human approaching. The other figure did not have a smell which was quite odd. The owl realizing that he could most likely witness either something funny or dangerous decided to wait and see what would happen.

Sesshomaru deciding that he had soaked long enough and that his robes should be dry by now, stood up and turned to see Rin standing directly behind him staring at him in shock, completely frozen. He also noticed that she was in a state of undress as well. Her yukata was open and around her shoulders giving him a full display of her breasts leading down to the apex of her thighs. Both stood unmoving at a loss of words. Sesshomaru completely baffled at how he did not smell Rin approaching and Rin not knowing that her lord was bathing at the hot spring she was going to and now openly staring at his naked body.

Rin quickly closed her yukata and whipped around giving her lord Sesshomaru privacy.

'Oh god, oh god, oh god,' were the only words going through Rin's mind.

Rin had just seen her lord naked and by gods what a body he had. Those magenta stripes were not only on his faces, wrists, and eyelids but also on his body as well. From what she saw, the magenta strips were also on his upper arms, ran across his hips, his lower thighs, and his ankles. For the first time ever in her life, Rin was left breathless, she had always seen Sesshomaru with all his clothes on. To finally see what he looked like underneath it all, Rin was almost panting by this point.

Not only did she see his stripes, but she also saw how well defined his chest and stomach were and also his smooth thighs. She wished to the gods, she could run her hands down his body to his hips…and that! Good god! From what Kaede had explained a man's member was soft until it would swell causing it to become larger for procreation. Sesshomaru already looked large as he stood there!

'It's supposed to get bigger than THAT?!' Was all Rin could think to herself feeling herself grow hot and a tightness she never felt before between her legs.

Realizing that she had been standing there for far too long not saying anything, Rin finally found her voice.

"I am so sorry, Lord Sesshomaru! I did not know you were here bathing, please forgive me. I'll leave right away." Rin said as she quickly tied her obi closed and moved to leave.

"Wait."

Rin froze in shock.

"My lord?" Rin whispered out fearing her lord Sesshomaru was angry at her and would most likely say something to her in regard to her seeing him in an undressed state.

"Why did I not smell you approaching? Even now you have no scent. Explain."

"I went to Sango's hut and her children thought I was Kohaku and threw one of Sango's demon concealing potions on me. They meant it as a prank. They threw almost the entire contents on me, so my scent is completely hidden right now." Rin explained with her back still turned to him.

"Instead of going to the river, I decided to come here and soak with the herbs Sango gave me to remove the potion." Rin moved her out hand out to the side to show Sesshomaru the small satchel in case he needed proof.

"I am sorry my lord for seeing you undressed, I'll head to the river to clean myself."

Rin had only moved two feet when she heard her lord call out shocking her at his request.

"No, stay. I will not have you walk around with your scent hidden and be accidentally come upon by a youkai and incur its wrath."

"My Lord?" Rin asked in shock.

"I was leaving the hot spring anyway; you may undress and bath. I shall stand watch."

Rin's words from earlier suddenly popped in her head, 'How do I change his perception of me? How can I make him understand that I'm a woman now and desire something more from him?'

Gathering her courage, Rin turned back to face lord Sesshomaru seeing that he had shifted moko-moko so that it partially hid his body from her view, "My lord, it's ok if you wish to continue bathing. If you are comfortable with it, I can join you as well to remove the potion."

Seeing Sesshomaru watch her, she saw him tilt his head to the side, "I am not opposed to you joining me, the decision is yours's. I can leave or stay."

Rin chewed on her lip and taking a leap of faith undid her obi and took her yukata off standing before her lord fully nude and stepped into the hot spring. Fighting every instinct, she had, Rin kept her arms at her side but found it near impossible to maintain eye contact with her lord. She had to make sure she didn't slip so she needed to look down at where she was stepping. Finding a smooth surface to stand on, Rin sat down so the water came over her breasts and dropped the satchel of herbs. Looking up she saw that Sesshomaru had also sat back down.

Waiting for the herbs to soak up the spring water, Rin quickly dunked herself completely to remove the potion from her hair. Resurfacing she found Sesshomaru watching her. Needing to find something to talk about, Rin looked around and noticed Sesshomaru's robes laying on the nearby rocks. Grabbing the satchel of herbs, Rin started rubbing it along her body and asked,

"Lord Sesshomaru, may I inquire as to why you are washing your robes right now?"

"A foolish youkai thought to attack me, my robes were soiled hence I needed to wash them."

"I see….." Rin said trailing off.

Sesshomaru watched as Rin quietly sat there washing herself. Truth be told, Sesshomaru did not know what to say either. Sesshomaru was left speechless to turn around and see her body on full display. When Rin had turned around to give him privacy, Sesshomaru had to cover himself with moko-moko to hide his very visible reaction to seeing her body.

When he had turned around, he never expected to see Rin standing there. The truth of the matter is, Sesshomaru did not expect to see Rin's fully developed nude body standing there. Even though he only saw her for the briefest of moments, Sesshomaru was able to commit her body to his memory.

Recalling how her eyes had widened upon seeing him, his eyes also widen in shock as well. Standing before him, he was able to see her pert breasts with their rose tip nipples. Her breasts were not too small but not too large either, he figured they would fit perfectly in his hands. His eyes traveled from her breasts to her flat smooth stomach leading down to her thighs. Her hips had the perfect balance of being slightly flared out but not too much to distract from the rest of her body. Looking past her hips, his eyes came to the apex of her thighs.

Her womanhood. Although Sesshomaru could not see her private area completely, he was able to see the downy curls that shielded her from any prying eyes. The curls between her thighs were darker in color.

Rin had turned at the point covering herself but a moment later, a smell came from her. Even though he could not scent Rin, he was able to pick up the smell of arousal filling the hot spring. There was also something else about her smell that piqued Sesshomaru's curiosity.

'Was she aroused by seeing me earlier?' Sesshomaru puzzled.

Sesshomaru could not deny the arousal that went through his system as well upon seeing her. He never thought he would have such a reaction to seeing her nude. In actuality, he thought he would never have the reaction he just had to ever seeing a human woman naked or anyone for that matter. Yet here he sat with half an erection.

In his time upon wandering the lands, Sesshomaru had come across other youkai and human women naked. None had ever sparked his interest. He recalled the times when some of the youkai women found out who he was and would try to gain his favor by showing skin and smiling. He would simply walk away in disgust. He could never understand how a woman, human or demon, would try to use their body to get what they wanted.

It's not that Sesshomaru did not have urges. Sometimes his urges were easy to ignore and other times…. Well, when the urge was more persistent, he would simply take care of it and then be on his way.

Sesshomaru knew though that his urges would never happen when he saw women. At one point, Sesshomaru had pondered if maybe his attraction laid elsewhere. Maybe his attraction was to men. Needing to confirm this theory, Sesshomaru took it upon himself to see if he had any urges to a male body. Sniffing the air, he found what he was looking for. Quietly landing on a tree branch, he found a male youkai. The youkai Sesshomaru had found was beautiful and washing his robes, his body on full display but Sesshomaru still felt nothing. After confirming his theory was incorrect, Sesshomaru left just as quietly as he had arrived.

Another thing that Sesshomaru had questioned was human and demon scents. His father once explained to him that sometimes Inu demons would be attracted to their mates by scent alone. During his years of wandering and meeting various youkai and humans, not once has any of their scents ever enticed him. It's not that any of the other beings' scents were off-putting, it was simply that none of them ever attracted him. None of them ever made him stop in his tracks and be still.

He, Sesshomaru had yet to encounter any other being's scent that soothes his soul.

It was at this point, that Sesshomaru decided that engaging in any form of sexual activity was not for him. During this time, any sexual activity did not matter, he was on his way to obtaining power and supreme conquest. Who had time for such foolish acts anyway?

Besides his body had yet to react to any other being in a sexual way. So far, his body had no urges towards humans or demons or felt any stirring in his loins.

That was until he saw Rin.

For the first time in his entire life, Sesshomaru felt his cock grow hard at seeing her nude body. His mouth watered at the sight of her breasts. He could imagine running his tongue across her nipples, then engulf her in his mouth, and her laying there moaning out in pleasure. He could only imagine what laid between her thighs hidden by the nest of curls. Rin always had a rose earthy scent to her, and he wondered if her womanhood would smell the same. Would her smell be stronger down there? Would it be sweeter? Sesshomaru found himself wanting to know what her taste would be like on his tongue.

A clarity that cleared his mind for the first time in ages went through Sesshomaru as he realized that he was attracted to Rin.

Rin with her alluring scent that brought peace to his soul.

His small petite Rin who was a human with her long chestnut locks and almond-shaped eyes is what Sesshomaru found beautiful and attractive.

Sesshomaru turned his attention back to Rin and watched as she continued sitting there across from him. Everything from her shoulders and up was visible. After Rin had ducked herself, her scent started to come back. Seeing that Rin was not talkative and assuming he was the cause. Sesshomaru thought it best to leave and stand guard.

He also needed to leave because his body was still reacting to seeing her nude.

"My presence is making you uncomfortable, I will leave and will make sure no one disturbs you."

Rin hearing her lord say he was going to leave, panicked not wanting him to leave.

'How do I make him stay!? I don't want him to leave! I still need to tell him how I feel!' Rin thought franticly.

Quickly standing when she saw Sesshomaru starting to wade out the hot spring, Rin lunged forward and grabbed his hand to stop him. At this point Rin didn't care that both of them were naked, she knew she needed to keep him from leaving. In the process of her lunging, Rin lost her footing and slipped causing Sesshomaru to quickly grab her around the waist and pulling her snuggly to the front of his body.

Rin stared into her lord's eyes feeling her breasts pressed against his hard chest and then she noticed something hard poking against her thigh. Curious as to what it was, Rin's eyes shifted downward to see her lord's member standing at attention against her body.

Rin's face turned completely red at this point and her head shot up to look at Sesshomaru to apologize once again for seeing him in such a state when she felt his lips land gently upon her lips.

Rin's eyes widen in surprised and then closed at feeling Sesshomaru's mouth move against her's. It was the softest of kisses before he pulled away. Opening her eyes and panting, Rin stared into Sesshomaru's eyes and watched as he cupped her cheek gently.

"I could no longer deny myself what I wanted." Sesshomaru said quietly stroking Rin's cheek.

"My lord?" Rin said quietly looking in awe at Sesshomaru.

"Too long has this Sesshomaru walked the lands alone feeling no desire for any other being until I saw you now. I will be yours's if you wish it. If I am incorrect in how I think you may feel, then this Sesshomaru apologizes for his behavior and will leave you in this village with your own kind."

Sesshomaru watched as Rin cupped his cheek as well and quietly said, "I wish only to be forever with you my lord Sesshomaru."

Rin smiled gently at Sesshomaru and she watched the softness appear in his eyes once again that she had seen on the day she asked him about her hair.

Rin had just reached forward to kiss her lord when she saw him lift his head to look out at the clearing behind them and he suddenly pushed her behind him using moko-moko to hide her body.

"Must everyone in this cursed village use this hot spring?" Rin heard Sesshomaru say under his breath.

Rin suddenly heard voices.

"Look Kagome, I'm pretty sure I can smell hints of Rin in this direction. Sango said she was going to the river to wash off the potion but maybe she came to this hot spring instead."

"Are you sure Inuyasha? If Sango said she went to the river, she probably did." Kagome answered.

"I know she's over here because I can barely smell her, and I can smell Sesshomaru too. If that bastard is near our village then you know Rin is close by."

At which point Inuyasha, and Kagome came upon a naked Sesshomaru with an erection standing calf-deep in the hot spring.

Kagome screamed and hid before Inuyasha.

"WHAT THE FUCK SESSHOMARU?! No one wants to see that!" Inuyasha roared out pushing Kagome behind him to shield her from his brother's body.

"Will you put your dick away?! Kids could be wandering by. Seriously, why are you standing there naked and where is Rin? I can smell her nearby."

Sesshomaru stoic as ever smirked at his brother and said, "Envy does not suit you little brother."

Sesshomaru watched as Inuyasha's face turned completely red and then yelled out, "What the fuck do I have to be jealous of?! It's not that impressive. At least I know how to use mine." Inuyasha ended with a smirk.

"INUYASHA!" Kagome hissed out.

"What! He started it!"

Rin decided to finally make her presence known, peeked out from behind Sesshomaru, "Hi Inuyasha. Hi Kagome."

She watched as both their mouths opened in shock.

Rin stepped out a little more when she realized that moko-moko would move with her whenever she moved, "I came here to soak off the potion, I'm fine as you can tell. I should be home soon. It's ok."

Both Inuyasha and Kagome just continuing staring in shock.

"Oh, please do not say anything to Kaede about this. I don't know what she will do if she hears about this."

Both Inuyasha and Kagome dumbly nodded in unison.

Sesshomaru spoke out, "Rin will be home soon. Leave us."

Kagome not needing to be told twice promptly turned around and started walking back.

Inuyasha still stood there, crossed his arms, and with a smug look on his face said, "So Sesshomaru, how does it feel to have a HUMAN woman as your soon-to-be mate?"

"INUYASHA! Don't make me say it! We're leaving right now!"

Inuyasha stuck his tongue out at his brother, ran off to follow his wife, "Aw Kagome, I'm just messing with him. After all the shit he put me through….." Their voices fading as the couple went back to the village.

Rin covered her mouth to hide her laughter. Sesshomaru turned to her, "We will finish this discussion later."

"Will you stay Lord Sesshomaru? You only spend one day on your visits…" Rin trailed off.

Now that they were both aware of their feelings Rin did not want her lord to leave so soon. What if he left for another period of time? Rin squeezed her eyes shut not wanting to imagine her lord being gone for a long time after they just confessed.

Rin suddenly felt her lord's hand touch her cheek, looking up, Sesshomaru said, "I have no pressing matters that need attending to. I'll shall stay longer this time."

Rin let out a sigh of relief, "Thank you, my lord."

Rin watched as Sesshomaru covered once again in moko-moko moved towards his robes and then turned back to her with a package in his hands.

"Since your current clothes are covered in the potion, there is no sense in you putting them back on. You may wear this instead."

Rin took the package from Sesshomaru and unwrapped it to reveal a beautiful black and silver kimono with cherry blossoms stitched in dark red spread out over it.

Rin gasped, "Lord Sesshomaru it's beautiful, thank you."

Rin stepped out of the hot spring and shook off what water she could and squeeze the excess water out of her hair as well. She quickly slid the kimono over her body and tied it shut. Using the twine that held her gift together, Rin used it to tie her hair together after she braided it. She took the wrapping paper, laid her soiled yukata in it, and wrapped it up tucking it under her arm.

Turning back around, Rin found that Sesshomaru had redressed and had just finished tying his swords back in place.

"Come, I shall walk you back to your village."

Author's Note

For reference, I have no idea what Sesshomaru's clothes are made of. I've tried researching it and came up with nothing. So, I made up the bit about his clothes being made from a silk moth youkai. Also, the part about Rin using the satchel of herbs to wash up is true. I researched how they bathed during the feudal era and that was a common practice to wash up.

Everyone does the usual troupe of Sesshomaru walking in on Rin bathing and I don't have a problem with those stories. I love that idea, but I wanted to switch it up and have Rin walk in on Sesshomaru bathing and go from there. Stayed tuned for chapter 2!
