Hello this is a story about what would happen if percy had epilepsy. Percabeth later on. I am also going to change up the relationships between everyone I dont want to give spoilers so there.
Athena POV
Hello I am an architectural designer. I have a daughter named Annabeth. Most people call me thena. My best friend sally gave me the name. She has a son named Percy. I work for her Husband. Percy and Annabeth are both 5 years old, they were born a week apart.
I watched as Annabeth ran to Percy as we arrived at the Atlantis floors for the first time. It was Don's Sally's husband's new apartment building. 100 floors tall the lower apartments were the smallest the top three floors belonged the Jackson's, Sally's family the top 25 floors were penthouses or suites. Ours was below the Jackson's it was only two stories.
Sally POV
One week later
I went into Percy's room he was laying on his side. He had no blankets on and he was shaking, thought he was cold. I went over and sat on the edge of the his been and lightly shook him. He didn't wake up so I rolled him on his back and saw he was drooling his eyes were open but unfocused "Percy!" I yelled his name. "HONEY!" I yelled for my husband I held Percy in my arms now once he saw Percy he ran over and scooped Percy up in his arms. I immediately pulled out my phone and dialed 911. "Hello, 911 what is your emergency." They man said in a calm voice. "My my s-son he is having a seizure." I choked out. After he assured me everything would be fine and the location was given. Don't was taking Percy in his arms I opened the elevator for him and saw the a standing there looking half asleep. As soon as she saw Percy she stared wide eyed in shock. "What happened I heard you yelling?" She questioned urgently. The ambulance hadn't arrived yet I finally broke down as thena hugged me. She hushed me and rubbed my back as I cried. The elevator stopped all to soon it opened to see a tiny tired Annabeth. She say Percy and ran in. "PERCY!" She yelled knowing something was wrong. He was still having a seizure. Thankfully there weren't many people moved in yet and Amy the flirty front desk receptionist was off. When we finally got outside the paramedics were here. Don set Percy on the stretcher. He kissed me on the cheek and Percy's forehead. "See you at the hospital." He said as he rushed Annabeth and Athena to his Tesla. I got in the ambulance.
Percy woke up hours after being in the hospital. It was 1am and Annabeth had fallen asleep on the hospital bed next to them. Thankfully the two five year olds were small enough to fit on the twin bed. He woke up gasping, I was in the chair next to him. Annabeth had refused to leave his side to go to kindergarten. At first Annabeth was sleepy in her response and pushed him a little saying "Percy I am trying to sleep" but then she remembered what happened she shot straight up. She started hugging him and crying "I thought you were dead you seaweed brain." She said in between sobs. He hugged her back and she wouldn't let go "I'm sorry." He said honestly sincere.
After that Annabeth slept in Percy's room for a week before anyone could convince her to move back. After A second seizure and a trip to the hospital Percy was diagnosed with epilepsy. I cried for an hour while my husband was shushing me and saying "everything will be alright."
After the year ended Annabeth had literally moved in with Percy we got another bed since the room was big enough it. His room was the entire top floor so they divided the room. One wall was line with shelves for everything each of them got four shelves.
Annabeth and percy were both seven now. One day both of them came out of the elevator running and me and my husband on the couch. "can we get a dog?" they both yelled ecxcitedly."what brought this on"my husband said putting down my book. "what we mean is a seizure alert dog." annabeth clarified percy just stared at her "wise girl" he said sticking his tongue out "that isn't an insult seaweed brain." she responded sticking her tongue out at him. "that doesn't sound like a bad idea." my husband said contemplating it. Just then the elevator doors opened showing a 9 year old Luke Castellena who occasionaly watch percy and annabeth. "while it looks like we have to go we will talk about it later. We were going to meet my brother in law Zeus his wife had gotten in a car accident and his daughter thalia was also in the car. That is as much as we knew. Little did we know just this day would turn alot of things around.
