Summary: The town of Yucaipa holds it's first annual Junior Bike-athon with the prize being a year supply of Reptar bars. But when the McNulty Boys sign up for the competition, can the Rugrats defeat them and win the prize?

One sunny day Stu and Drew were babysitting as the two had some time off from work to watch the kids as they were playing on the playground.
"Ahhh, it's real nice to have some time off work for once and spend some time with my little cupcake" said Drew.
"Yeah, we all gotta relax every once in a while or we'd be nervous wrecks like Charlotte was, no offense Drew" said Stu.
Meanwhile, over to where the Rugrats, Angelica, Susie, and Zoey were playing they noticed King Peter Albany of the Confederacy and two Women putting up papers with bikes on them around the park.
"Peter" shouted all the Rugrats, Angelica, Susie, and Zoey in joy.
"Hey guys" said Peter.
"What'cha doin your Highness" asked Savannah.
"I along with two ladies are putting up flyers around town telling everybody that there will be a Junior Bike-athon competition for kids this Saturday" said Peter.
"Wow" went the kids in unison.
"And the winner will win a year supply of Reptar bars" added Peter.
"Ooooooh" went the kids in unison.
"I wish I was old enough to ride a bicycle" said Dil.
"Don't worry Dil" said Savannah. "Someday we'll be old enough to ride a bicycle like the big kids" she added.
"She's right Dilly" said Tommy. "And I promise to teach you once your a little bit bigger" he added.
"Thanks bro" said Dil.
Just then the two ladies that were helping Peter put up the flyers catch up to the group.
"We've finished putting up the flyers all around town your highness" one of the ladies said.
"Excellent" said Peter. "Kids I like you to meet someone, Miss Stephanie of Miss Stephanie's Happy House show and Officer Naomi of the Town Police Department" he said.
"Pleasure to meet you all" said Miss Stephanie.
"Nice to meet you too" said Zoey.
"Hey I recognize you from TV, your the lady who replaced Miss Carol aren't you" asked Angelica.
Miss Stephanie nodded.
"H-Hey your that lady my daddy metted and invited over to my bestest friends house that one time" said Chuckie.
"Yes I am" said Naomi. "Your dad Chaz and I are good friends" she added.
"Would some of you like to sign up for the competition this weekend" asked Miss Stephanie.
"Sure" said Angelica, Susie and Zoey in unison.
"That's great" said Naomi.
"We look forward to seeing you on Saturday" said Miss Stephanie
"Oh before I forget Me, Miss Stephanie and Naomi will be the judges of the competition" added Peter.
"Cool" said Zoey.
"Well" said Naomi. "Me and Miss Stephanie have to go and get things reading for the competition, see you there" she said.
And Miss Stephanie and Naomi left.
"Hey Chuckie" asked Zack. "You should sign up for this race too" suggested Zack.
"I don't know you guys, I mean what if I mess up" said Chuckie.
"Aw, c'mon Chuckie" said Kimi. "You can do this" she added.
"Yeah Chuckie" said Jesse. "Your friends will be counting on you to help win the prize" added Jesse.
"Please" said Phil and Lil in unison.
Chuckie saw the looks on his friends faces.
"Okay guys, I'll do it, I'll join the race" said Chuckie.
"Yay" cheered all the Rugrats, Angelica, Susie, and Zoey in unison.
"With four of us trying for the prize, I think one of us can win this and whoever wins will share the big prize with the rest of us" said Angelica. "Everyone agree" she asked.
Everyone nodded in agreement.
"Don't count your eggs before they're hatched Pickles" said a voice from behind.
The kids all turned around to see the Mcnulty boys standing behind them.
"Timmy Mcnulty" exclaimed Tommy and Angelica in unison.
"So we face one another yet again" said Timmy. "I see there are some new faces in your crowd" he added.
"Yes there is" said Zack. "I'm Zack Wehrenberg" he added.
"I'm Jesse Barrow" said Jesse.
"I'm Savannah Green" said Savannah.
"And I'm Zoey Anderson" said Zoey.
After they introduced themselves Terry Mcnulty spoke up.
"You'll all be sorry soon you met us as Timmy and I are signing up for the competition too and we are going to crush you this time" said Terry.
"He-he-he-he-he" laughed the Mcnulty boys.
Then Dil spoke up.
"Hey" snapped Dil. "My big brother tolded me that he and his friends beated you in a so-called Lympics game and won the gold medal. If my friends beated you once then it can happen again" he said.
"Humph" replied Timmy. "We'll see about that Pickles" he said. "C'mon boys" said Timmy. "We have some training to do" he said.
Then the Mcnulty Boys left.
"Relax you guys" said Susie. "We're not gonna let their words intimidate us right" she asked.
"Right" said the other's in unison.
"I'll be glad to help train You, Angelica, Zoey and Chuckie before the competition" said Peter.
"You will" asked Chuckie.
"Yes" said Peter.
Chuckie breathed a sigh of relief that he and his friends would have help.
"I'm also going to show you all how important it is to stretch before and after you exercise and staying hydrated" added Peter.
"Why" asked Chuckie.
"It will help to keep you from being injured as the bones inside everyone's body helps them to move, when we don't stretch, parts of your body can start to hurt" explained Peter. "It's also important to replenish your thirst after a hard workout" he added.
"Oh" went all the kids in unison.
And so as Peter was training Chuckie, Angelica, Susie, and Zoey for the upcoming Junior Bike-athon, The Mcnulty boys were doing their own training their way.
"C'mon Terry you can ride faster than this" said Timmy.
"I'm trying, but can't we rest for just a little while please" asked Terry.
"Oh alright" sighed Timmy. "But we still gotta practice if were gonna beat those goody-goody kids" he added.
Soon the boys mother Colleen Mcnulty came out with a tall pitcher of ice cold water for the boys.
"Here's some ice cold water for you boys" said Colleen.
"Thanks mom" said the boys in unison.
"Your welcome" said Colleen. "Don't push yourselves too far or you might injure yourselves" she added.
"Sure mom" said Timmy.
Meanwhile, in another part of the neighborhood the Rugrats were watching King Peter getting Chuckie, Angelica, Susie, and Zoey ready to do warm ups before riding.
"Alright you guys" said Peter. "Are you ready to do your warm ups before you ride" he asked.
"Yes" replied the kids in unison.
"Great" said Peter. "The first warm up will be to hold one leg with your hand for a few seconds and then rotate to the other leg" he said. "And if you can't hold your balance independently grab onto one of the street light poles to help you balance" he added.
The kids nodded in agreement. Meanwhile, back at the Mcnulty's household Timmy and Terry were circling around the block as the other Mcnulty boys watched.
"C'mon Terry keep up with me or do you want those goody-goody kids to beat us again" he asked.
"No of course not" said Terry panting.
"Think they'll win" asked Todd and Ty in unison.
"We'll have to wait and see" said Teddy.
Back to where Peter is with the kids, Chuckie, Angelica, Susie, and Zoey were preparing for their first ride to train for the competition.
"Are you guys ready" asked Peter.
"Ready" replied the kids in unison.
"Go" said Peter.
"The kids took off on their bikes with Angelica and Zoey maintaining the lead while Chuckie and Susie not far behind as they rode around the neighborhood. After they finished their ride and returned where Peter and the Rugrats were waiting they were sweating like pigs.
"Great job you guys" praised Peter.
"Thanks" said the kids in unison.
"As soon as you have some cool drinks we'll begin to stretch after a workout like that" said Peter.
The training styles of the Rugrats gang with Peter against the Mcnulty's continued until the day of the competition arrived. A crowd of local folks came to watch the contestants give their all.
"Well ladies and gentlemen this is a great turn out for our first annual Junior Bike-athon" announced Peter. "I King Peter of the Confederacy along with Miss Stephanie and Officer Naomi couldn't be more excited here to have the privilege to be the judges of the competition" he said.
"Our competition beginning will start within a few moments as the contestants get ready" announced Naomi.
"Don't worry Chuckie" said Tommy. "You and the girls are gonna be fine" he added.
"Yeah Chuckie" encouraged Kimi. "We know you'll do great" she added.
"Were all behind you" said the other Rugrats in unison.
"Thanks loads for the confidence guys" said Susie.
"C'mon guys we better get to the starting line" said Zoey.
Chuckie and the girls got to their positions.
"Victory will be in our grasp you guys" said Angelica.
"I only hopes your rights Angelica" replied Chuckie.
Just then Timmy and Terry pulled up along side.
"Yeah Chuckie, It'll be up to you and your friends to win those Reptar Bars for Me and my boys, He-he-he-he-he" laughed Timmy.
Chuckie, Angelica, Susie, and Zoey just rolled their eyes and got ready. Then the referee came out.
"Alright kids get ready" said the referee. "The marked path will start here in front of the community center, then you'll go to the park where you'll go around in a big circle and head back here where you began" he added.
The contestants nodded.
"On your mark, get set, GO" shouted the referee.
The contestant's took off in a hurry with Zoey in the lead and Timmy not far behind.
"I'll catch up to you Anderson, just you wait" shouted Timmy.
Zoey just kept her focus of what was in front of her as the other contestants were trailing close behind.
"I can do it, I can do it" said Chuckie as he was along side Terry.
"Ah, c'mon carrot top give up and lose already" said Terry.
Chuckie just ignored him and concentrated on his goal.
Susie and Angelica were keeping pace with the others.
"Your doing great Angelica" encouraged Susie.
"Thanks Susie" said Angelica.
The contestants continued to give their all as they rode on the marked path through town and were soon approaching the park.
"Alright there's the park straight ahead" exclaimed Zoey as she charged ahead with Timmy still on her tail.
"I'll catch you Anderson, I'll catch you" shouted Timmy.
The other contestants were still keeping pace with the leaders as they rode through the park and loop back to the community center. Eventually as they were going through town again Terry was starting to feel exhausted.
"Oh man, I am so tired I wish I hadn't pushed myself too far" panted Terry as Chuckie over took him without a word.
Soon Terry came to a complete stop.
"It's up to you now Timmy" shouted Terry. But Timmy was a little too far to hear him.
Meanwhile, Zoey and Timmy were still in front as Susie, Angelica and Chuckie still maintained a good pace. When Timmy turned around he noticed that Terry was no where in sight.
"Aw man he must have been too pooped out to keep going" said Timmy. "Look's like it's up to me now" he said.
Timmy tried to pull out in front of Zoey but she still stayed ahead of Timmy thanks to proper training she and her friends had they were maintaining good speed since the start of the competition. Soon the remaining contestants could see the finish line as Angelica, Susie, and Chuckie were slowing catching up to the leaders.
"Well folks it looks like our competition is almost at an end as the contestants are approaching the finish line in the distance" announced Peter. "And it seems Terry Mcnulty has fallen behind from the other contestants" he added.
"Ooooh, I hope one of our friends can keep Timmy from winning first place and the Reptar Bars Lillian" said Phil.
"I hope so to Phillip. I hope so to" replied Lil.
"Relax guys there's only two Mcnulty boys in the race against four of our friends" assured Zack.
"Yeah what Zack said" added Kimi.
Timmy was trying his absolute hardest to catch up to Zoey when suddenly he legs felt ready to give out as he felt a cramp.
"Owoooh, my legs hurt" shouted Timmy.
As a result he began to go slower and slower as Susie and Chuckie overtook Timmy. And Angelica having witnessed this did something rather unexpected.
"Hmmm, I think Timmy could use a little comfort, even if he is a bully boy" said Angelica.
Angelica willingly threw in the race and pulled over to where Timmy was as Zoey, Susie and Chuckie went on to finish the race. By the time the remaining contestants approached the finish line Zoey came in first place, Susie came in second, and Chuckie came in third.
"And the winner is Zoey Anderson" announced Peter.
"Yay" cheered the crowd.
As Zoey, Susie, and Chuckie finally stopped riding they noticed the the two Mcnulty boys didn't make it to the finish line.
"You guys I see Timmy had stopped short of finishing the race and it looks like Angelica is trying to comfort him" said Chuckie.
"And it looks like Terry had fallen behind" added Susie.
"We gotta see what we can do to help Timmy and find Terry" said Zoey.
Chuckie and Susie nodded in agreement. Just then Peter, Miss Stephanie, and Naomi approach the contestants.
"Peter it looks like Timmy needs help and that Terry probably ran short of breath somewhere back there" said Zoey.
"Can we help them out" asked Susie.
The judges all nodded in agreement.
"Miss Stephanie and Naomi can you take these first aid kits and help Angelica sooth Timmy" asked Peter.
"Yes your highness" said Naomi.
Then Peter turn to Susie, Zoey, and Chuckie.
"Can you three round up your friends and we'll all help look for Terry together" asked Peter.
"Yes" they answered in unison.
The three then ran up to where the Rugrats were waiting.
"You guys" said Chuckie. "Peter needs our help to find Terry as he fell behind in the race" he said.
"Okay Chuckeroo" said Tommy.
The other Rugrats complied too knowing that Zoey won the race and the year supply of Reptar Bars. Fortunately the group didn't have to go too far as they found Terry resting under a shady tree near the community center.
"Terry" exclaimed the group in unison.
"Hey" said Terry softly. "I thought I was going to be left here" he said.
"And let you suffer" said Peter. "That will never do" he added.
"Asides, Timmy isn't doing too well either" said Phil.
"Yeah he's having cool ice packs on his legs to heal them" added Lil.
"Please take me to see him" said Terry.
"No problem" said Peter.
Soon the group was back in front of the community center where Timmy was feeling slightly better as Angelica continued to comfort him.
"Hey guys" said Angelica.
"Timmy" exclaimed Terry "You're alright" he said.
"Yes I am thanks to those nice ladies and Angelica" said Timmy.
"Angelica, Susie, Zoey, and Chuckie" said Peter "I'm very proud of you all for taking the initiative in coming to Timmy and Terry's aid today" said Peter.
"Thank you" replied the kids in unison.
Just then Miss Stephanie and Naomi returned with the year supply of Reptar Bars.
"Congratulations Zoey Anderson for crossing the finish line first you win a year supply of Reptar Bars" said Naomi.
"Gee thank you" replied Zoey as she blushed.
"So I guess your gonna share that with all your friends huh" asked Timmy.
"I'm gonna share this prize with my friends and your brother's" replied Zoey.
"What" replied Timmy and Terry in unison.
"Yep" said Zoey.
"But Why" asked Timmy and Terry in unison.
"Well, when we went to look for Terry I had a talk with my friends and they are willing to share half of this enormous prize with you and your brothers" replied Zoey.
"Yeah, we figured after what you two went through with this saga, we thought you should have something sweet to ease your pain" said Zack.
The other kids nodded in agreement.
"Gee thanks guys, I guess you're not too goody-goody after all" admitted Timmy.
Just then the Rugrats parents approached the group as did Colleen Mcnulty and the other Mcnulty boys.
"I'm grateful that my boys are alright" said Colleen.
"No problem Mrs. Mcnulty" said Peter. "If it's alright with you I could teach your boys the importance of stretching before and after exercising as well as keeping their thirst replenished so that this mistake doesn't happen again" he added.
"That would be wonderful" said Colleen.
Then Colleen Mcnulty rounded up her boys and their share of the big prize and headed for home.
"Good job out there guy's" said Tommy.
"Yeah, you were real cool" said Dil and Savannah in unison.
"Uh-huh" said Kimi.
"You did good you guys" added Jesse.
"Congratulations" said Phil and Lil in unison.
"You really went above and beyond" said Zack.
"Thanks for the kind word you guy's" said Chuckie. "But I think that's enough riding for me for awhile" he added.
"Yeah were pooped out" replied Susie, Angelica, and Zoey in unison.
A little while later their parents rounded their kids as well as their half of the big prize and headed for home.
