"Goten! " a voice yelled.
"Mommy is that you? " he yelled back with tears in his eyes.
"Yes it's me, where are you?" His mom asked.
"Hold on mommy I am coming, "
Running as fast as his little feet could take him he ran towards the voice. Soon he saw a familiar yellow dress. He ran towards it was saw his mother.
"Mommy, I am so glad I found you! " He jumped into her arms.
"Me too baby, " his mom said hugging her.
"Where is Gohan... and Dad?" He asked separating from her.
"I don't know, I last saw them ages ago ever since they went to fight. I was told to look for you, " she said.
"We need to find them!" He yelled.
"I know but what about Buu? He will find us. " She said.
"That won't be a problem, " another voice said from behind.
They turned around and saw the one they have been running from. Buu! He smirked at the fearful pair. Their bodies tense and shaking.
"You won't get away with this! " his mother yelled at the monster.
"I believe I have my dear, " he said sending a blast through her chest.
He watched his mother fall lifelessly to the ground. The blood pooled up underneath her. Her eyes lifeless. She's dead. He killed her. He killed his mom. No, it can't be. She can't die!
Goten cried on his mother's dead body. She's gone. She left. He won't see her again.
"Buu!" He looked up and saw his brother and father in front of the monster that killed his mother.
"Ah Goku, good to see you, " Buu said.
"Daddy! " Goten yelled next his mother.
"Goten! " He yelled back looking at his youngest son on the ground next to him was his wife's dead body.
"He killed her! " He yelled with tears in his eyes. "He killed mom."
"I gonna make you pay!" Goku powered up as did Gohan.
They both charged at him with the power they had. They both fought with their all. Punching and kicking with all their might, but nothing seemed to work. After a few minutes fighting time seemed to have just. .. stopped.
Goten looked up at the fighters and saw something that made him wanna breakdown again. A ki sword straight through his brothers chest. A second later it disappeared. Gohan fell to the ground near him. Goten rushed to his brother.
Goten kneeled down next to Gohan and looked at the hole chest. Tears rolled down his face seeing his brother who was supposed to be strong like this.
"Gohan don't die. Please? " Goten gripped his brother's gi in little hands crying his eyes out.
"Goten I am sorry, " his brother said coughing out blood. "I'm sorry you have to see me like this." More blood.
"Gohan please don't say that! Please don't die please. Mom is gone. You can't leave me too, please! " He cried.
"I'm sorry..."
"No! No! No! No! No! No! You can't die. You must not die. Promise me! " Goten yelled desperately.
"I'm sorry, but I can't I am so sorry I couldn't save mom. I can't promise something I know I won't keep, " Gohan said.
"Gohan..."
"See ya baby bro." With that Gohan closed his eyes.
"Gohan. Gohan! GOHAN!" Tears flowed like a river blurring his vision.
"You killed my son. You killed my wife! How could you? " Goku yelled as he charged at Buu.
"Oh please," Buu shot a ki blast at him making a hole bigger than Gohan and his mother's. Goku fell to the ground on his knees.
"Daddy!" Goten yelled.
"Say goodbye little one, " Buu shot another blast at the fallen warrior.
"No daddy! "
Everything turned white as he heard his voice fade.
Goku woke up to the sound of someone screaming. He turned to his wife and saw her awake as well.
"Goten," she said and rushed out of bed to her sons' room.
Goku was close behind her. What's going on?
When they reached the boys' room they saw Gohan trying to wake his little brother up who was thrashing on his bed.
"Daddy! Mommy! " He yelled in his sleep.
Lightning flashed illuminating the room. The rain pounding on the roof and the sound of thunder along with the sound of Goten's screams filled the room.
"Goten!" Chi-Chi rushed to her youngest.
"Goten wake up your are having a nightmare! " she yelled as she shook.
Goku stood by the door not knowing what to do. He watched as his wife and son tried to wake the trembling child up. Finally Goten woke up startled and tears in his eyes.
"Mommy you are alive!" He yelled as he hugged her tightly.
"Shhh mommy's got ya, " she said gently trying to calm the child in her arms. "Don't cry sweetie, I'm here, "
"Mommy I saw you you die, you, daddy and Gohan. I saw you die and couldn't do anything about it, " Goten said crying into her chest soaking her night gown.
"It was just a nightmare, we are all still here baby," Chi-Chi said rubbing his back.
Goku looked at son cry and couldn't do anything. He just stood there watching his wife calm him down.
"Mommy promise me you won't die and leave me alone. Promise you won't leave your baby alone. You said I was your baby, please don't leave me 'cause if you leave I will follow, " Goten hugged her tighter.
"Goten it's okay, I won't leave you ever. Even if you are sixty you still be my baby, it's alright, " Chi-Chi said in a calming voice.
Goten cried holding his mother afraid that if he let go she will leave. The lightning flash followed by the sound of thunder. Goten tensed up and hide his face in his mother's chest.
"Goten don't tell me you are still scared of the storm. " Chi-Chi said with a small chuckle.
"It's still scary, " Goten said crying.
Chi-Chi laughed and hugged him tighter. Goku looked confused. His son was crying and his wife was laughing.
"It's not funny mommy, " Goten whined.
"Sorry, I just find it funny that saiyans are scared of things that can't hurt them. Gohan used to be scared of butterflies as a kid and don't got completely over them until he was ten," she said laughing.
"But it's not fun, " Gohan said blushing.
"To me it is. Just like your dad's fear of needles, "
Goku blushed and laughed. It was irrational and unexplainable, he was just scared of them.
"You dad also told me Vegeta is scared of worms, "
Goten giggled and said, "that's funny."
"Uh huh and Trunks is scared of clowns, so you see everyone is scared of something even strong people like daddy and Mr Vegeta," she smiled.
"Okay mommy, " Goten said.
"And Goten I promise I won't leave you anytime soon and neither is Gohan or daddy, right boys, "
"That's right Goten, " Gohan said.
"Yeah, I don't plan on dying anytime soon, " Goku said.
"Okay, thanks mommy, " Goten said.
Lightning flashed and thunder boomed making Goten flinch and hide in his mother's chest again.
Chi-Chi smiled and began to sing, "Little child, be not afraid
The rain pounds harsh against the

Goten opened his eyes at the sound of his mother. He relaxed in her arms as she stroked his head.
"Little child

Goku listened to wife sing. He knew his wife had great voice. Only a few people and by a few people I mean only the Son family knew this.

Gohan listened to his mom sing attentively. He has has heard his mother sing a few times in his life and it was usually when he was sad or sick. It always calmed him down. He remembers when his mother sang to him when he had nightmares after his father's death. She always knew how to make him feel better.

Chi-Chi stroked her baby's head. This was not the first time she had done this and it probably won't be the last. She has sang the this song many times before. It always calmed them down and brought them closer.

Chi-Chi felt Goten's grip on her loosen. She hummed and stroked his head. A few minutes later she heard snoring and looked down at the seven year old in her arms. She moved so she could tuck him in again. She placed a gentle kiss on his cheek as she got off the bed. She looked over to her oldest and saw him asleep as well.
Goku smiled at his wife after she walked out of the room. He hugged her tightly and whispered in her ear, "I love you, "
Chi-Chi smiled and hugged him back.
"I love you too, " she said then kissed him gently.
"I am happy you know what to do when the boys get upset, " he said as they walked into their bedroom.
"Well after years of raising them I had to know, " she said as she laid down.
"I am sorry you had to do it alone Chi," he said.
"It's okay Goku, " she said as she cuddled with him.
"Thanks Chi, "
"You are welcome, Goku. Good night, " she said as closed her eyes.
"Good night Chi-Chi, " he said as he did the same.
"By the way you should be singer, " he said a second later.
Chi-Chi laughed and said, "I would but the spot light is not my thing, maybe Bulma's, but not me."
Goku laughed and said, "I guess you are right, okay good night."
"Good night, for real this time Goku, " she said sternly.
"Okay babe, " Goku laughed.
