Tick. Tock. Tick. Tock. Tick. Tock.

This is all I heard as I stayed silent trying to respond to President Snow. My answer would either secure my spot as Head Gamemaker or not. After a few seconds I respond.

"Yes President, I plan on making this year memorable." I say with a smile.

"You better, I'm watching you." He responds as she leaves to gamemakwra headquarters.

I really had nothing planned , I just couldn't tell him why. The year has been really emotional for me. Not only am I 2 months pregnant, I'm getting divorce with my husband. Its been really stressful, and now that I'm Head Gamemaker, its even more stress on my mind.

I wish I could change my husband leaving me, but I have to promise to care for my baby with love and care. I don't want to be like their father. I won't have it happen!

Suddenly my partner, Gamemaker Attius Brown, walks in and slams a folder titled "Attius ideas" on it. I was startled and sighed when I saw Attius.

"Yes Attius?" I asked.

"I got ideas for the games." He grinned.

"Oh I already have something planned." I lied.

"Bullshit, you haven't gotten anything done and everyone knows that." He growled.

"Fine...what so you have in mind?" I sighed.

"Blood, lots of it!" He smirked.

"Alright, put it in the suggestion box and we'll vote on it later." I told him.

"But- Ugh Fine!" He groaned and left taking his folder with him.

I wasn't the most likeable gamemaker in the headquarters, heck I only got picked as Head Gamemaker because President Snow wanted to see what I got. Most of the people here don't like me cause Im not a fan of gore.

As I finished my work I turned off my computer and put my hand on my baby belly and smiled before I left
