Hello thank you for clicking on my story. This is a hard story it may cause some triggers. Rough sex flash backs invade this story so you be warned. Disclaimer dick wolf owned everything.
Eliot was seeking out Comfort away from his pain, that's all this was. A physical release to help cope with the pain. His wife, the mother of his children had just been murdered. Fuck his children, this was a huge mistake.
Taking a sip of coffee, the ember liquid slides down her throat leaving a bitter taste to linger. Just the way she likes it. The bell on top of the door rings indicating that someone had entered. A certain blonde haired detective strides over towards Olivia.
Sitting in the booth by the window she watch's as the rain cascades down the glass plane. "Sorry I'm a little late, Jessie was throwing a tantrum about finishing her breakfast." Amanda explained as she folded up her umbrella and took a seat across from her. Olivias gaze was solely focused on the rain. "You ok Liv? Amanda asked as she took a sip of the coffee that Olivia preordered for her. After years of working together they memorized each other's orders.
Snapping her gaze back to Amanda, " huh- sorry I was just thinking."
"I asked if you are ok." Concern laces Amanda's features.
"I'm fine" Olivia said with the wave of her hand. Amanda can always tell when something is off with her. She can read her emotions perfectly. Deciding not to push the topic anymore she switches it.
"I got the case file you wanted from my friend in organized crime. She owes me a few favors back in my gambling days." Usually whenever she would mention her gambling addiction Olivia would throw some crazy facial expression . It's usually quite comical but this time she didn't even budge. Somethings off and she needs to know what.
Pulling her glasses out of her bag she placed the thick rimmed readers on top of her nose. Opening the Vanilla colored file her eyes skim across the pages, reading every single detail.
Amanda took this time to look over her appearance. Her eyes are blood shot with purple bags hanging beneath them. Her hands shake as she holds the file. She hasn't done her hair, just left it wavy and natural. Her face isn't sporting her usual amount of makeup. She's wearing form fitting black jeans with a white blouse with see through sleeves. That's when she noticed it, bruised hand mark beneath her shirt. A dark purple hand laid imprinted on her bicep.
A cold shiver ran down her spine. She's seen countless victims that have had the same appearance, that Olivia is showing. She can't seem to take her eyes away from her bruise. Her blue irises are gules on her, watching as Olivia turns her neck to read more. Another hand mark is placed upon the back of her neck. As if someone was harshly holding her in place as they-. No Amanda don't go jumping the gun, ask her straight up. Clearing her throat to regain Olivias attention "Liv I need you to be honest with me." Her head snaps up from the file, her eyes pierce into hers. Almost daring her to keep talking. Gulping back her saliva "why do you have hand marks on your body?"
She's clearly shaken up by her question, unsure of how to answer. "It's nothing Amanda I'm fine." Grabbing her long trench coat from the back of her chair she pulls it back on, trying to avoid her prying eyes. "Uh so did they find a connection between Wheatley and Kathys murder?" She mummers in attempts to change the subject.
Shifting in her seat " yeah they did Liv, it turns out that Wheatley was busted by detective stabler for drugs." Our theory is that Wheatley was angry and ordered the hit on Kathy in retaliation." She didn't want to change the subject but she knows better than to push her. Looking down her chest a deep bite mark was stabbed into her freckled skin. It certainly looked painful, like screaming painful.
"Is that all we have, circumstantial evidence." She snapped while slamming the folder on the table.
"Whoa Liv calm down, this isn't even our case." She doesn't know what to do, Olivia looks angry. Somethings definitely wrong and she has a feeling that Eliot has something to do with it.
"Your right, I'm sorry." She breaths out in defeat. Olivia has the patience of a goddess, so it's always scary when she snaps. Her black nails circle around the coffee mug as she pulls it up to her lips. Taking another large gulp of it she places it back down. "Is there anything that we can do Amanda?" She asked.
Sighing, this woman is relentless " we can't do anything this case belongs to organized crime. We have to focus on our current cases." She's never had to remind Olivia about open rape cases. She's usually on top of them but today she is distant.
Picking up her phone and car keys Olivia stands for her seat and throws a tip on the table. Getting the hint Amanda follows suit. "Liv is there anything I can do for you?" She asked while opening her umbrella back up.
"No" she flashed her a quick sad smile before she walked away. Watching her captain disappear into the rain with no protection from it. The rain beats down on her soaking her with every stride she took. Should she offer to walk her home? With Olivia the one thing you learn is that she needs her space, time away to think. Watching her from the coffee shop window Olivia makes a right going the opposite direction away from her apartment. The last bit of her body disappeared behind a building leaving her astray from Amanda's sight.
Pulling her phone out of her pocket she dialed Lucy's number, in hopes that she would pick up.
"Hello" a perky voice spoke into the speaker. She could hear Noah laughing in the background, most likely watching some cartoon.
"Hey Lucy this is Amanda. Liv gave me your number a while back." When Noah was kidnapped Olivia gave Amanda her contact information. They both put each other as well as fin and carisi as there emergency contacts. " I was wondering if I could ask you a question."
"Yeah go for if." She replied into her ear. Taking a seat back down on the booth she inhaled.
"I was wondering if Olivia seemed off to you, any weird things going on that seem out of the blue for her?" She can hear her walking into another room. The sound of a door closing scared her. That must only mean that she has, that's why she's going somewhere private away from Noah.
"Her phone rings like crazy, I noticed that she always declines it. She asked me to stay overnight with Noah even though she was there to. The entire night she spent it in her room and when she would come out she would smile at me. My shifts are a lot longer than they usual are. Noah told me that she hardly jokes anymore in the mornings with him."
She knew it, Olivia was isolating herself. "Uh thank you Lucy. I have one more question. Did Liv every say how long your shift would be today?"
"She told me that she was going to be at work all day. Dealing with a hard case?" She asked Amanda.
"Something like that, thank you." Quickly ending the call she pulls up fins contact. Instead of calling she chose to face time him.
"What" fin asked.
"Good morning to you as well." She smirked at him.
"Sorry I'm still stuck at work from last night, pulling another all nighter. What's up." He asked while swiveling in his chair.
"Is Liv coming in today?"
"I just got off the phone with her right before you called me. She called out said she is taking a day to herself. I'm cool with it, god knows she needs a break. fin exclaimed. "Why what's wrong?"
Deciding not to say anything "just wondering, thank you fin." They quickly said there goodbyes and hung up. Something happened to her, she concluded as she stood up from the booth again. Walking out of the coffee shop she turned in the same direction Olivia did. She's far behind but hopefully she can find her in this big city.
The lights from the refrigerator almost blind her eyes. Pulling out 2 bottles of the wine she loves. She walked down another isle in search of a snack. Deciding on a quick clif bar she made her way towards the cashier.
"Isn't it a little to early for that." The cashier asked.
"Yeah well I've had a long day." She pointed out as she pulled her card out. Swiping it into the machine and grabbing the receipt.
"The days only just began, its 11am." He shouted at her while she moved towards the door. That's the point she thought. To long.
She doesn't remember how she made it to her apartment but somehow she did. Her mind was lost in its thoughts going over every memory in replay. Inserting the key into its lock she opened the door only to be greeted by Lucy. Sitting on the couch with her arms crossed, here we go she thought.
"Hello Liv." Lucy said, noticing Olivia walking in she appeared more dark. Like she had another tale to tell behind her eyes. She held many but this one may be the one that send her over the edge. Her final straw.
Shrugging off her jacket and shoes she walks into the apartment taking a seat on her lounge chair. Folding her left leg behind her. "Hey Lucy did Noah act up today?" She asked in somberly tone.
"Uh no he didn't I actually wanted to talk about you." She said in a serious tone. She watched as Olivia dropped a plastic bag behind the chair. "Liv it's 8pm I know you have been at work but Noah misses you terribly. You have been distant and honestly it's scaring me." Olivia hates lying so Lucy gave her all that she felt.
Taking a deep inhale "I'm so sorry that you feel that way Lucy but I'm working on a case that involves a child and it's eating me up." She lied in hopes to get her to leave.
Lucy seemed to accept her answer, standing up she grabbed her coat and kissed Olivia on the cheek. "Call me when you need me, I'm always here." Lucy said, her eyes fall to her plastic bag. More wine lays within it. "You'll get through this Liv, you always do." Placing her hand on her shoulder for comfort. Olivia nods up to her as her hand falls away. Turning around she left the apartment.
Finally she thought, she just needed a moment to herself. Standing up from her seat she strides over to the kitchen grabbing a wine glass and a bottle opener. Placing it all on the coffee table she opens the bottle and pours her glass to the rim. The smell of alcohol drifts into her nostrils invading her scenes.
The cold glass touches her plump lips, tipping it a little more the dark liquid glides into her velvet throat. Instantly relaxing her. she tips her glass more In taking a larger amount. Chugging it until the glass is empty.
"I don't think I can do this Liv, I can't be around them in this condition." Eliot cried out to her, holding his head in between his hands. I feel like I'm drowning Liv. I can't escape the blast, her cries they don't leave my mind. I can't sleep or think, nothing is working." Walking towards the couch she moves over to sit next to him. She softly placed her hand on his shoulder for his comfort.
"Eliot you have to be there for your kids they need your support. Trust me I know it's hard but you have to push through your pain for them."
His rough voice pierced the air "you know nothing about pain, misery and heart ache." He bitterly spoke. She's endured physical torture and the mental that was the outcome of it. It's more like he knows absolutely nothing just the tip of the ice burg. Deciding to let it go they sit in a moment of silence.
"Eliot the funeral in in 30 minutes we should head out." He had called her for emotional support, for her to be his rock when he needed one.
He doesn't speck, nothing but silent tears falling to the floor. Her hand runs along his shoulder. A new need sparks within his body, the only thing that will let his mind drift to a safe place. A place without pain but with pleasure. A light flickered within his mind. Suddenly his hand falls to her inner thigh, rubbing it in a soothing pattern.
She's uncomfortable unsure of what to do in this situation. Her brain is racing a mile a minute. "Liv I need you." His voice cracked under sorrow. It hurts her to see him in pain, she wants to help him.
"Eliot maybe that's not the best idea." Her voice is filled with empathy and pity. Grabbing his hand off her leg she scoots away from him.
The air in the room shifts as he gets up to stand. Turning to face her his lower half is almost in her face. Looking up into his eyes there completely black with desire for her. She's always wanted this, to make love to Eliot stabler. To memorize every curve and muscle in his body. To trace every scar, to kiss every plane of his chest. His hand fell to her face caging her in. "I need you Liv." He voices out again.
Against all of her better judgment she nods. "I'm right here." She said while looking Into his eyes. He doesn't move to kiss her, he pulls her up by her wrists. They both stand tall staring at each other waiting for someone to make the first move. He doesn't kiss her or show her any affection.
His strong thick hands grasp her forearm walking her towards the kitchen counter. Bending her over it he pulls at her black dress pants. "Eliot could you slow down a little." She asked as his hand pulled open her belt. He didn't reply as he moved over to her zipper. Sliding it from its teeth, he drags down her pants.
His thick firm leg slices in between hers spreading her open of him. The tips of his fingers slide into her underwear in attempts to pull them off of her. Quickly sliding them down her ankles he shoves her head on her counter. His left hand grasps the back of her neck, holding her there tightly. "I need you Liv." His voice sounds broken. She agrees to his pleas. She can endure a couple minutes of pain if it makes him happy. Eliot has been the only person the she would fall on her knees for. He knows that.
His left hand tightened around the back of her neck , tears almost escape her eyes from the physical pain he's causing. The sound of his belt opening sends shivers down her spine, unwelcome shivers. His pants drop to the floor. He doesn't kiss her, he doesn't complement her. He simply invades her body with one hard thrust. Her body jolts forward, he thrusts into her again. Not giving her body anytime to adjust to his size. She cried out In pain as he griped her hair pulling her head back until it couldn't go any further.
Pulling all the way out before he pushes back into her hard. She can feel him hitting the back of her cervix. His hand grips hard on her neck till ribbons of pain surrounded it. He's rough and unforgiving, moving into her no man had ever reached. "Your to rough." She moaned out. Pulling out he slams into her again disregarding her comments. His animalistic growls fill the air. "Kathy"
Pulling out of her, he turns her body around face him. Silent tears fall from her face, pushing her back against the edge of the counter he spreads her open to him thrust inside her once more. "Eliot!" She cries out as her nails slice into his bare arms. His right hand grasps her bicep squeezing it with all of his strength, causing her blood flow to stop circulating. Every time he moves into her, her body jolts upwards causing the skin on her back to tear against the edge of the countertop.
His penis thickens into her, all she can think about is, thank god this is almost over. His hand flys to her hair pulling her head down to expose her neck. His teeth latch on her chest above her breasts biting into her so hard. Blood dripped down her body as he came. Hot seaman fills her insides coating her soft walls. His heavy body falls upon hers making it hard for her to breath.
He was to rough, wetness falls down her thighs as he pulls out. "Thank you" he whispered out into her ear. She can't think right now, her body shuts down. His footsteps fade in the distance as the bathroom door slams.
Her aching body slumps to the cold hard wood. Trying to fight the reality's of what happened. She didn't expect him to treat her like a doll that could feel no physical pain. Wetness drips out of her body, looking down lines of red surround her thighs. Blood drips from her Virgina, the outcome of rough sex. The sound of the toilet flushing springs her into action. Using the counter for leverage she pulls herself up.
Grabbing her under wear and pants she secures them back on her body. Throwing her coat on, he walks out of the bathroom fully dressed.
"Ready to go?" The sound of his voice visibly makes her jump. She doesn't say anything, her body can barely move on its own. Pushing herself forward they both walk out of his apartment making there way to the funeral. They drove separately leaving her alone in her thoughts.
The funeral was short, but she hardly heard anything the pastor said. Eliot stood tall as he watched Kathy's casket being lowered into the ground. Once they placed dirt over the casket and say there amens his eyes snap over to hers.
Her hands are folded protectively in front her her. Her face is pale , her mind is far away. Olivias eyes connect with his for a fleeting moment. Guilt fills his chest, he turn his gaze away from hers. The kids were crying and they needed him, Olivia could handle her own. Supporting his family became his main focus.
The funeral service ended , tears and mournful goodbyes were shared. Walking down the dirt path to there cars he noticed Liv hugging Kathleen, holding her tight. That's the thing about liv, she's always there when you need her. She let Kathleen go and made beeline towards her car. Walking fast catching up to her his hand grasps her bicep once more. Her body shanks in pain. She continued to walk avoiding his presence. "Thank you Liv"
"Ring ring ring" snapping her head back to reality she looks up at her phone. Eliots contact name pops up. Pressing the decline button she falls back into the couch. The physical pain from two night ago still lingers within her body. She went to the doctors this afternoon to get her body checked out. It turns out she has a bruised cervix. Another mark Eliot gave her.
Grabbing the couch arm she uses it for balance, standing up the room around her shifts. Slowly she made her way over to Noah's room. His little night light illuminates the dark. Walking over to him she places a kiss on his head. Leaning against the wall she just stands there, watching as his chest rises and falls. This is it, her only reason for living. The only constant in her life.
Her head falls into her hands as tears stream down her eyes. Her muffled cries fill the room with noise.
His mother is crying in his bedroom in the middle of the night. The sharp intakes of breath scare him. Her body shakes under the weight of her emotions. Opening one eye he peaks up towards her. His eyes fall upon her posture, her shoulders are slumped. Her legs slowly fall to the floor as her back glides against the wall.
He wants to get out of bed and hug his mother but he's to afraid. He's never seen her like this. He's never seen her cry before. He watches as she pulls herself up. Wiping her tears she walks over to his bed again,he closes his eyes. Moving his unruly hair she places another kiss on his forehead. "I love you my sweet boy." She whispers out as tears fall on his skin.
His small fingers wrap lightly around her wrist startling her. "I love you mama." A smile breaks upon her face as she laughs.
"Get some rest my love, you have a long day tomorrow." Her fingers stroke his cheek giving him comfort.
"Goodnight mama." His tiny voice whispers out.
"Goodnight my sweet boy."
