Currently, Angela David, along with her classmates, was in English class. Their teacher, Ms. Wright, had started them on Shakespeare two weeks ago. The teacher was a major fan, given her enthusiasm for the topic. They'd already read and analyzed "Macbeth." Now they're studying a "Midsummer Night Dream."

Ms. Wright assigned different people at random to read for the characters. Right now, Angela was reading for Titania while her boyfriend Bill Rockford read for Oberon.

"Ill met by moonlight, proud Titania," read Bill before his girlfriend replied.

"What, jealous Oberon! Fairies, skip hence: I have forsworn his bed and company." As they're only reading the Fairy King and Queen right now? Angela and Bill read a few more lines between husband and wife.

"Tarry, rash wanton: am not I thy lord?"

"Then I must be thy lady: but I know. When thou hast stolen away from fairy land.

And in the shape of Corin sat all day. Playing on pipes of corn and versing love to amorous Phillida.

Why art thou here. Come from the farthest Steppe of India? But that, forsooth, the bouncing Amazon.

Your buskin'd mistress and your warrior love. To Theseus must be wedded, and you come, to give their bed joy and prosperity," the couple finished reading.

Ms. Wright started clapping, "Marvelous! Simply marvelous! You both have talent when it comes to the theater," as her students blushed badly from her praise. "Now, class, what can we take away from the characters? What would you say are key parts of their characters?"

Jeff Brooks raised his hand and replied, "Queen Titania is a portrayal of a strong woman, howbeit fairy, in A Midsummer Night's Dream. She is attended to by many other fairies and seems to be completely in charge of her life. However, she clashes with her husband, Oberon, King of the Fairies, who is just as strong-minded as she is," he finished, which earned him applauds too.

"Very astute, Jeff, right on the money. Now, Angela seeing how you read for the Queen, what insight have you found within the character?"

"Titania is strong-willed and independent, willing to fight her husband for control of the changeling boy, Ms. Wright," Angela answered.

"She is also powerful. Her fight with her husband causes nature to act strangely, and her fairies always follow her commands. She is not, however, immune to the power of the juice from the love-in-idleness flower," added Bill from his seat.

"Remarkable analytic thinking, both of you. Now can anyone tell me what the Queen represents within the play? Yes, Rosemary?"

Standing up straight then speaking clearly, she answered, "Titania helps set the main action of the play in motion. She has a changeling, which is a child that has been exchanged for another by fairies. Furthermore, King Oberon wants the child for himself."

"Correct, I'm so thrilled you're all paying such close attention. Tonight I want you to compose an essay regarding the characters of Titania and Oberon. Your essay must include the following. What are strengths, flaws, plus overall reliability to the characters? I expect it on my desk by the end of the week. For now, you're dismissed," as the class gathered their books before heading to their next class.

"Angela, you did do an incredible job," Bill complimented her while they headed to chemistry.

"I'm glad you think so, Bill. I've read Shakespeare before because of my father. My father is a glorified librarian, as he puts it. I already knew Macbeth by heart because that's Mom's favorite. She's seriously into that one. Not certain of her reasons. Nevertheless, its her favorite."

"Speaking of "Macbeth? You do know they're putting on a production of it this weekend on Broadway. We should go," he suggested. He hoped she say yes, seeing how he'd already bought the tickets, and they're non-refundable.

"I'll have to talk it over with Mother. It's our weekend together, after all. I'm sure I can persuade her to let me see the show."

After Angela picked up her younger sister Vixen from gymnastic practice, she got right down to work on her essay. Thankfully all their devices had Grammarly Premium on them. So all their crucial papers were as perfect as they could get. However, she paused halfway through her homework because Vixen needed some help studying for her spelling test.

Being the good big sister, she was? Although she made sure to take twenty minutes out of her homework time, spelling wasn't Vixen's strong suit. Thus helping her pass her spelling tests remained essential.

After they both completed their homework, Angela called up her mother. She asked if it was okay if she went with her boyfriend to the show. Her mother allowed it as long as they behaved themselves. Laughing, she agreed. So that weekend, Angela and Bill enjoyed watching Macbeth. All in all? Not a bad week!
