Chapter 1:
Hermione Granger was sitting alone in her flat in Hogsmeade. She was deep in thought about the aftermath of the war, Hermione and Ron had broken up, Harry moved in with his godfather, Sirius, and his husband, Remus, Fred and George were still running their joke shop in Diagon Alley, Ginny and Luna were going to start their seventh year at Hogwarts, and Ron took a job as caretaker of Hogwarts after Mr. Filtch died in the Battle of Hogwarts. Slowly the group had lost contact. Hermione was coping with the feelings of grief because she received news that her parents died in a car accident in Australia (her parents moved to Australia after she erased their memories). Hermione heard a barn owl at her window; and she received the following letter:
Dear Miss Hermione Granger,
The Ministry of Magic has put into place a new law called the Marriage Law. The Marriage Law says:
1) The Ministry of Magic will arrange marriages between two fertile people regardless of their blood statuses.
2) The couple must conceive and give birth to at least one child within the first year of marriage.
3) The marriage must last at least ten years which is the duration of this law.
Miss Granger you have been paired with Mr. Lucius Malfoy (he is a widower and his late wife, Narcissa, died at the Battle of Hogwarts; Lucius and Narcissa had one son, Draco, whom just finished his last year at Hogwarts). You are expected to get married to Mr. Lucius Malfoy at the end of August.
Best Wishes,
Cornelius Fudge, Minister of Magic.
Hermione could not believe it that she got matched with her enemy's father whom probably shared Draco's hatred of all muggleborns like herself.
Chapter 2:
Lucius Malfoy was grieving the loss of his beautiful late wife, Narcissa. She lost her life shortly after Voldemort figured out that she lied about Harry Potter being dead at the Battle of Hogwarts. Lucius thought she was so selfless and noble; but, he missed her terribly. Lucius was thankful for their son, Draco, whom had received his mother's character.
He looked at the wall in his study at the family portrait which was taken a few months before the Battle of Hogwarts. Lucius smiled at the picture. Then, he noticed that a snowy owl was at the window with two letters. Lucius called for his son to come into his study; and, both men opened their letters. Draco Malfoy was paired with his friend, Pansy Parkinson. Lucius was surprised when he was paired with Hermione Granger. Draco decided to move into the Parkinson Manor; because, Pansy was an only child and her parents had died during the Battle of Hogwarts. Lucius Malfoy changed into his black dress robes and then went to the Ministry of Magic to get married to the young Hermione Granger. He wondered how a marriage between a Slytherin and a Gryffindor would ever work out.
Chapter 3:
Hermione had opted out of wearing the traditional bridal gown since the wedding was such short notice. She decided to wear her pink dress robes from the Yule Ball. She then flooed to the Ministry of Magic. Hermione and Mr. Malfoy went to the Marriage Law department to exchange their vows. This ceremony was quite similar to the courthouse wedding in the muggle world. After they both said their I-dos, Lucius and Hermione shared a kiss. Both of them surprisingly felt fireworks from their kiss. Hermione thought that is the kind of kiss that I wished happened with Ron; and, Lucius thought I never thought a kiss could feel this way (Lucius's and Narcissa's marriage was arranged). Then Lucius and Hermione Malfoy flooed to the stately Malfoy Manor.
Chapter 4:
As soon as they entered Malfoy Manor, Lucius and Hermione were passionately kissing. They made their way to the master bedroom.
They made their way to the bed and Lucius got on top of Hermione missionary style. Lucius tore off Hermione's dress while Hermione unzipped his pants. Lucius entered Hermione slowly. He was kissing her on every inch of her body. He thrusted in her multiple times until they climaxed at the exact same time. Then, Hermione fell asleep in Lucius's arms.
Chapter 5:
About two months went by, Hermione found herself pregnant. She went through the usual morning sickness; and, Lucius would hold her hair back. She was about four months along when she figured out she was having twins.
They decided to name the boy, Orion Lucius Malfoy; and, the girl, Orchid Hermione Malfoy. A year after the twins were born, Hermione gave birth to another daughter that they named Dalia Jean Malfoy. A year after Dalia was born they had another daughter and they named her Rose Narcissa Malfoy.
Chapter 6:
Fast forward fifteen years.
All four of the Malfoy children were sorted into the Slytherin House. The twins were made head boy and head girl; and, Orion was made Qudditch captain. Both of the twins had inherited their father's blonde hair and blue eyes. Orion looked like a carbon copy of his older brother, Draco. Orchid looked like her mother in the face but other than that she was all her father.
Chapter 7:
Dalia excelled at every subject especially Care of Magical Creatures. She planned to work in Romania alongside Charlie Weasley once she graduated from Hogwarts. She was the chaser on the Slytherin Qudditch team but did not have the desire to make a career out of Qudditch. Dalia had her father's blue eyes and his blonde hair.
Chapter 8:
Rose was a spirited girl. She played for Slytherin's Qudditch team just like her half-brother, Draco. She also excelled at potions just like Draco. She wants to grow up to teach potions at Hogwarts or become a professional seeker for the Harpies. She was dating the son of Harry and Luna Potter; and, his name is James. James was in Ravenclaw just like his mother but inherited his father's green eyes and black messy hair. Rose inherited her mother's brown eyes and her father's blonde hair. She was the perfect combination of both her parents.
Chapter 9:
Hermione and Lucius decided after Rose was born that they did not want any more children. However, they were married for many years and lived happily together. They grew in love. Draco and Pansy gave them three grandchildren: Aries, Adele, and Autumn. All of them had their mother's black hair and their father's blue eyes. Hermione mended her friendships with her friends. Hermione and Lucius were married for twenty years before Lucius passed away in his sleep. Hermione then became a writer and wrote books of her adventures in the Wizarding World. She lived to be 80 years old and she had 15 grandchildren.
The End
