I never created Peter Pan characters.

Cecilia smiled after she viewed a bird's form in a forest. One pet for her. Captain Hook's usual search for Peter Pan wasn't remembered any longer. She ran to the bird and found herself by what appeared to be countless trees with shrubs. Her eyes were on a peacock's colorful feathers. She still smiled.

Cecilia approached the peacock before it turned to her and ran. Glowering, she followed it. She was going to have her pet. No matter what.

Another smile began to replace Cecilia's scowl as soon as she wrapped her arms around the peacock. Even when it struggled.

Cecilia's eyes were wide as soon as two branches slithered to her.

Branches wrapped around Cecilia's arms after the peacock was released. It fled from her another time.

The branches pulled Cecilia to the tree. She struggled when she was pinned to it. Sap oozed from the tree and slid to her long skirt. It contacted her legs. Prevented her from moving at all. The thought of always being stuck there caused tears to run down Cecilia's face. Never being with Captain Hook again.

''Cecilia?''

Eyes flew open again after Captain Hook's familiar voice was heard.

Captain Hook appeared with his crew and scowled. He turned to the other pirates. ''Release my betrothed.''

Mullins stepped back with wide eyes. ''The were tree got her! We have to run before it also gets us.''

''THIS INSTANT!'' Captain Hook shouted before Mullins revealed a weapon.

The pirates were barely able to avoid other moving branches as they used weapons to free Cecilia.

After Cecilia was freed, she embraced Captain Hook. She thought he continued to glower.

''Don't wander from me again,'' Captain Hook said.

Cecilia nodded.

Perhaps a trip to steal... be with miniature-horses later.
