If you have not read the story Cursed where Adrien got bitten by vampire bats that turned him into a vampire, that's where it happened.
This is a Halloween oneshot special of Adrienette. A bit of humor but nothing too scary.

(Adrien's POV)
During when I found out….well….both of us found out our secret identities and my vampire secret, I showed my purrincess my vampire powers in my room. I started with my lightspeed.
"I'm not much of a speedster but it's like from the movie. You know, Twilight saga" I explained to her and showed her my speed around the room. Especially running on walls too without even falling.
"Wow, cool." Marinette was amazed.
But of course, time and space are all I see when I go fast but it doesn't interest me much. I went behind her since she's too slow to react where I am. I let out a whistle to tell her I'm right behind her.
"Whoa!" She yelps in fright.
"Yup, it seems too much for me. Speed is not my thing. Yes, I can turn into a bat and a wolf. You saw me turn into a bat" I said, blushing at the thought of how she'll think of I'm adorable like a bat. Especially that I have no reflection as a bat or a wolf.
"Mmmhmmm. Can you show me again?" Marinette asked mischievously.
"Still a work in progress," I said and spread my arms out and morphed into a bat, flapping as hard as I can to hover. I flew carefully to not spook at her but she didn't look scared. And I thought bats are ugly.
"Awww look at you." She giggled at how adorable I am as a bat.
I lost my focus and morphed back to human and landed on her, "Whoa!" I crashed on her and we both groaned, "Whoops! Sorry!" I quickly rolled to the side.
"I'm okay Kitty." Marinette groaned.
"Still a work in progress" I strained from my nasty fall, "But Anyways, what did I look like as a bat? A fruit cat or a vampire bat. I find bats but fruit bats hideous" I sat up.
"You look like you have a face of a fox. Just like a fruit bat. It's actually adorable" Marinette giggled.
"Jeez, thanks. I'm gonna have to be called Bat Noir" I said sarcastically, "Anyways, the wolf is usually my favorite. I always wanted to learn what it's like to be a wolf. And I bet you can't resist this, milady" I gave a smug look.
"Resist what?" Marinette looks confused at what I'm up to.
I morphed into a wolf and walked around her on all fours and then sat down like a dog in front of her and did this. The cute puppy eyes while whimpering like a cute puppy.
"Oh no! Not that cute face! It's not even that cute, wolf noir" She's trying to resist but she can't resist the cute whimpering sad noise I'm making while doing the eyes. I know she can't resist it. Come on, bugaboo. You know I'm cute like a puppy. Don't fight it!
"Arrrgh! Alright, you're so cute!" Marinette got on her knees rubbing my head, "Even as an annoying cat you can be cute. You're such a doofus sometimes" She complained a little.
I morphed back to a human and we stood up, "Yeah, too goofy as well." I said.
"Anything else you can do? Besides the puppy eyes," She asked, not wanting to fall for my cute puppy eyes again.
"You already know I can hypnotize. I don't need to do that. But I do have super agility like Cat Noir. Why don't we take this outside? Like Edward and Bella style" I said and she hopped behind my back like a piggyback ride.
Thank god it's night outside and I jumped out the window while Marinette holds onto me. I sped so fast, no one can see us.
"This is so awesome, Adrien!" Marinette squeals in excitement.
"Thanks but hold on! It's gonna be fast like a rollercoaster!" I chuckled and came to the alley and did a wall jump, climbing up like a cat.
"You got it Bat-kitty." Marinette nodded.
"Alright, here we go!" I ran at full speed on the rooftops.
I can see she's not gonna throw up but she seems to enjoy the breeze as I run. Then I jumped from one roof to the other and then landed with super endurance.
"Well, milady. You didn't puke from the Adrien ride. What do you think?" I said I put her down.
"That was fun, Adrien," Marinette said.
"Just like from the movie, milady. I can't read your mind but I can tell that you love me" I flirted.
"Yes, since the moment you offered me your umbrella," Marinette said.
"Oh yeah, our first day we met," I remembered.

Later, I was at her room and I tried to practice my bat ability transformation, especially to be like one by hanging upside down but I lose focus a lot.
"Okay, one more time. But hold your arm out like a tree branch. I gotta get this right" I said as I spread my arms out to morph into a bat again.
"Okay." Marinette held her arm out and I flew to her arm and I hung upside down.
"You can't talk as a bat or wolf, can you?" She asked me while I test to hang on her arm like a bat with my wings closed.
I shook my head for a no and Marinette understood, "Still, you look really cute." She said.
Bats don't blush but I feel embarrassed when she said that. I lost focus again but thankfully I landed on her loft bed.
"Yeah, thanks. But still, it's not a very great gift to have. It's a curse. It's hard to hide my secret because I can walk in daylight without burning up" I said and sat up.
"You have no reflection in mirrors but can be seen on cameras," Marinette said.
"And photos too. I don't like hypnotizing anyone but they can't know that I'm a vampire. Like you said, hypnosis is like a power of abuse." I said, looking at my no reflection in the compact mirror.
"Yeah. And you found out my identity through my pulse than unmasking." Marinette said.
"And you by having your kwami spy on me," I smirked.
"What? I was worried about you. I just thought that you were having a very rough morning or something. Especially the times you didn't feel like eating at the cafeteria, I just thought you were going through stress" Marinette said.
"I understand your concern, Marinette. I had to hide to drink blood in privacy." I said.
"In the bathroom?" Marinette raised a brow.
"Yes, so no one would suspect," I said.
"No one?" Marinette smirked when she meant something else. Of course, she meant herself when she found out.
"Okay, you are the only person that knows. But I did almost hypnotize you because I panicked" I said in defense.
"Yeah. But thank you again for bringing me to the school nurse." Marinette held me close.
"No problem, Marinette" I held her by the waist.

The next day at school, I was nervous because I'm having trouble controlling my frenzy but I always drink blood from my water bottle in privacy.
I also hid in Marinette's purse bag as a bat with Tikki and Plagg in it because I'm not in the mood to hear Chloe's constant ranting about not being in the photoshoot. I stayed hidden just to make sure Marinette tells me if it's safe to transform into a human in privacy.
"Not one noise Batty. Not one noise." Marinette whispered.
I kept quiet as I peeked. I don't see Chloe which I'm relieved because she's always gonna annoy me like she thinks everything is her life.
Any time now, Marinette. My wings are starting to cramp up! We came to the library and we don't see anyone in there. Finally! Some peace where I can morph back to a human.
"Okay, come on out," Marinette said and I flew out of the purse bag and morphed back to a human.
"Finally! That was fun. At least I didn't lose focus for 30 minutes" I said, stretching my arms from the cramp.
"Yep. How was it inside?" Marinette asked.
"Really dark," I replied.
She giggled because ironically, bats like the dark. I rolled my eyes but smirked that I'm getting used to these vampire powers but I still can't control my hunger for blood. That's the hard part. Especially the cravings.
"Bats like dark caves, Adrien" Marinette reminded me.
"But they hate when they are disturbed," I said.
"Exactly. Anyways, warn me if you get cravings but try to not go savage this time. We can't let anyone see your eyes glow red" Marinette said.
"Nor my sharp fangs revealed," I added.

Later after school, plus Marinette allowing me to drink her blood a little bit, we head into the alley where I can show her my enhanced superhuman strength. I don't use it that often.
"It still feels light as a feather. It's hard to explain" I said as I found a metal rod on the ground and bend it with my enhanced strength.
"Wow." Marinette whistled impressed.
"And this." I lifted up a dumpster.
"You're one Superman." Marinette saw me put the container down.
"Yup." I put her hand on my chest, just to make sure she can feel my heartbeat and that I'm still alive, not undead.
"I can feel your heartbeat, Adrien." Marinette felt my pulse.
I sighed in relief, "I'm still alive. Vampires don't have a heartbeat or a pulse because they're undead"
"Wouldn't that make you a dhampir?" Marinette guessed.
"That's what I was thinking but I think it's because I still have my human soul. Vampires don't have souls. I can't eat normal food." I said, thinking why I'm not burning in daylight is because I have my soul.
I carried her in bridal style and I jumped up to the roof and did my speed so no one can see us in lightspeed. We came to her balcony and we went inside. I also demonstrated myself by walking around on walls without falling. Like my feet are magnetic in a way. I hung upside down facing her like she turned my world upside down.
"Let me guess, you don't feel dizzy or have a headache?" Marinette snickered that I stayed like this.
Even I don't understand why vampires don't get a headache when hanging upside down for too long.
"Nope, but you turned my world upside down, milady. Let's see how long I can stay like this without falling on you" I smirked and leaned in to kiss her but she put her finger on my lips.
"Yeah, until you fall asleep like a bat" Marinette laughed.
I pouted and crossed my arms, "I'm active at daytime, princess. Plagg, tell her I'm seriously a daylight person" I said and Plagg came out of my hoodie jacket.
"Adrien is active even during the day as a serious guy," Plagg said.
"Really? How many times has my kitty hung upside from the ceiling like a bat? I bet he takes naps in the middle of the day" Marinette snickered to think she doesn't believe me.
"Not always. The first time he bumped his head." Plagg said.
"I lost my footing, that's all" I complained.
"Did you, kitty bat?" Marinette gave me a smug look.
"Don't give me that look or I'll do this again? Only this time as myself, bugaboo" I did the cute puppy eyes, even if I'm still upside down from the ceiling.
"No, not that again!" Marinette tried to resist.
"I know you can't resist it, milady. Give up?" I snickered that she's struggling to resist.
"Aaaagh! Alright, you're too adorable! That's enough!" Marinette gave in.
I snickered at her reaction and stopped doing the face, "Always works every time. You think I'm very batty or still the cat's meow?" I gave her the smug look while looking at the timer on her phone to see how long I'd been upside from the ceiling. I can't stay like this all day.
"Four minutes have passed." She said.
"I'm still not dizzy. I can go on for eternity." I pretended to sleep with a mocking snore but opened one eye to see she's not amused.
"Eternity sounds like a long time" Marinette mocked me. Oh, come on! Does she still remember that from the wax museum?
"Not cool, Marinette" I pouted and let my fangs extend since I felt a little grumpy.
"Call that as payback justice" Marinette scratched my chin.
"Mmmhmm." I closed my eyes.
"Aww….you do sleep upside down like a real vampire. How adorable of you. So you do take naps like this" Marinette laughed that it's funny.
"If only I can turn you into a vampire, you'll understand what that's like but I can't" I scoffed and still crossed my arms.
"Jealous that you're not like Dracula, Count Noir?" Marinette making fun of me.
"You could say that," I replied.
"Want a kiss? Spider-Man kiss style?" Marinette giggled that I look annoyed.
"You mean like-….mmm?!" I didn't finish when Marinette pulled my upside-down face for a kiss.
I wasn't expecting that but it felt so different to kiss her upside down. I so love this girl that is not scared of me. Milady, you brought my undead heart to life.
"Like that, Kitty?" She pulled from the kiss.
I lost my footing on the ceiling and fell on her loft bed. At least it was a soft landing but I was too tranced by the kiss milady gave me.
"You've been hanging upside down for 10 minutes" Marinette stopped the timer.
"Great. That's a record for now." I said.
"Do you feel dizzy or have a headache?" Marinette asked as I lie down next to her.
"Just a little dizzy," I said, holding her hand.
"My poor kitty" Marinette kissed my cheek.
"My sweet ladybug." I couldn't help but blush.
Suddenly I felt my stomach growl. Oh great. It's time to feed again. I can't drain Marinette again. She needs her strength.
"Plagg, claws out" I transformed into Cat Noir, "I gotta go. See you my purretty purrincess" I kissed her cheek and jumped up to the trapdoor.

I searched for a bad guy in the alley. I won't make it in time to drink blood from my water bottle at home. Agh! My stomach hurts! Come on, kitty! Stay focus! Do not lose your mind! I hear a heartbeat which means I'm close to finding my prey. I followed it and I see a thug with a dagger. Fang-tastic. Just what I needed.
Okay, don't let him see you. I quietly sneak up from behind and jump over him and quickly hypnotize him directly in the eyes and he stood still.
"Don't move, don't scream, and don't talk. You'll remember that you got bitten by an insect" I commanded him and he obeyed me.
I went behind him and sunk my teeth in his neck to feed. So gross and yet so delicious. Argh! This is ridiculous! I hope there's a way to find those ugly bats. I held my victim still so I can slowly drink blood in peace. I don't wanna kill him due to my fangs sinking in deep. I seriously don't wanna break a blood vessel in his neck or he'll bleed to death.
As I felt full, I stopped and snap my fingers to release him and he went unconscious. Ahhhh…. much better now.
I hear voices coming from the alley. It must be his friends, I guess. Time to hide as I morphed into a bat. That was a close call tonight, I flew away from the alley.
