Every morning on her way to work, Ophelia thought about the mysteries she was working to solve. Many wizards never thought to question where they came from as they figured it was enough to use magic. But she questioned everything; she would spend time with the teachers after classes, reading in their offices and asking how things worked. Professor Snape never really answered her questions not, that she expected him to. He would assign her advanced potions to test her knowledge and see what she knew and her competence with Potions. She loved listening to people when they thought she wasn't paying attention; that was how she'd found the secret room in Ravenclaw Tower. She was so excited she shared it with Headmaster Dumbledore. Dumbledore seemed as if he already knew that she'd found Rowena Ravenclaw's secret library.
She shook herself out of her thoughts; she had uncovered evidence that linked the wand in Ollivander's shop to someone important. She needed to find a way to ask Garrick Ollivander to allow her to examine the wand, and she would need to find a way into the genealogy department. She hoped that Garrick Ollivander knew the answers to her questions, otherwise the trip would be a complete waste of time and she needed to find something to impress the ministry.
