AN: hey umm I'm back with another one. A crossover from the 100 and aot (attack on titan). This is one of the ones I will work on, remember there are two others, Monsters, and commander of the shadows. All of them are with the 100, one a crossover from Avatar and the other a crossover from star wars. Read all of them! Whichever gets the most support i will update consistently every other week (like for real) they may be shorter but no matter what they will be there. Also I am going to come up with a schedule for daughter of fire, so updates to come.

Chapter One: A Second chance.

Second chances are not given to make things right.

But are given to prove that we could be better even after we fall.

Octavia stared blankly at the white floor, her crimson blood splattering the surface. It was flowing far too quickly, perhaps she had minutes before she bled out. But, it didn't matter, because it was over. Not just for her, but for all of humanity. They had lost the final war, failed their final test. At the end of the world, it didn't matter who you were. Primfya didn't care what clan you were from, and neither did the gods who set this in motion. All the fighting, all the killing. Everything they, everything she, had done in the name of survival. It had all been pointless. Everything they had sacrificed, had led to nothing

Lincoln would be ashamed if he could see humanity now. Octavia wondered, for the first time, what ever happened to the people he had died to save. She knew the answer, they had died in primfya. His sacrifice meant nothing but a few months for the people he died for. It was the same for everyone. Finn had sacrificed himself for an alliance the enemy had broken. Kane had sacrificed himself, nullified the sacrifice of the man who had died to save him, in order to keep the shred of humanity he had left. However, he had lost it. Abby had sacrificed herself in order to protect the child that would be the key to the end of humanity. Madi, in sacrificing herself for her people, had given up any future for all of humanity. And Octavia, what had she sacrificed. Her freedom, her humanity, her power. It couldn't all be for nothing. She may have lost it all, but she had one thing left to give, her life. Even though it would mean the end of her, she would save everyone. Humanity may be broken, but it wasn't beyond fixing, this she knew.

With renewed strength, she dragged her body from the ground. This wasn't over, not until she said it was. Humanity may have been flawed, but it wasn't broken. Her fingers, nearly numb due to loss of blood, fumbled with her shirt. Eventually, she succeeded in ripping it off, and using the cloth fashioned a sort of bandage from it. It wouldn't stop the bleeding, but it would slow it down. Ignoring the pain, Octavia Blake began to drag her aching body forward. From her years of training here, she knew the corridors well, and she knew she wouldn't have to go that far to the portal room. She mentally prepared herself for the task ahead of her.

Octavia Blake was perhaps the last person humanity wanted representing them. Because, the truth was, she was the most human of them all. After everything she had done, she was in no place to convince the being of humanities worth. So, she wasn't going to, no, instead she was going to prove just how evil humanity could be. Among demons, she was the devil. A queen who ruled her people through blood and fear. Death from above, and she would bring death to all that threatened her people, all people. Ogedacru.

She passed through the deserted halls, only accompanied by the bodies that littered the floor. It smelled like fresh blood, a scent she knew too often from the pits. But, suppressing the urge to gag she continued forward. She walked through the lengthy halls until she reached it, the door to the portal room.

It was wide open, and beyond the threshold stood the glowing orb, the very thing that would lead her to her end. Sme swallowed, limping towards it at an exponential pace. Before she went through the portal, she prepared her dagger. This was her last chance.

Slowly, she reached towards the light, and was sucked into it

———————————

She squinted her eyes tightly not yet fully adjusted to the brightness. However, simply from the feeling, she recognized where she was. The dewing grass tickling her back, the suns warmth spreading over her body. The feeling of arms engulfing her. The feeling of protection, security.

Her eyes opened slowly, afraid that once she saw, it would somehow disappear. However, opening her eyes only made it all the more beautiful. She could see the wonderfully bright, blue sky. She could now see the grassy, flower freckled hills spreading out for miles on end, no other man in sight. That was, besides the one sitting next to her, arms wrapped around her waist.

She turned to the side to face him, and upon laying eyes on him was breath taken. The way the sunlight reflected off of his mocha skin, the blissful look on his face. She didn't remember these things often, and it was a beautiful sight. She reached her hand out, touching his face, his smooth flesh against her own. So… cold?

No, that was wrong. Whenever she remembered Lincoln's embrace she remembered warmth. Suddenly the proctor give arms around her became confining. As she ran her hand song the side of his face, she realized the flesh wasn't just cold, it felt dead. Or, perhaps not dead, simply not alive. Suddenly she was reminded of the situation she was in, and that lying right across from her was the being that planned to whipe ogedacru out. However, Octavia didn't flinch away. Instead, she forced her smile to appear brighter. She pulled the cold, lifeless being closer to her, tears flowing from her eyes.

They stayed like this for a long time, Octavia reaching into her belt ever so slowly. Every move she made was being noticed, she must come off as unsuspecting. And so, she clung to the creature as if it was the man she loved, crying in it's arms like she had done with him.

"I'm not him," a voice that was not Lincoln's spoke from the imposter. Closing her eyes tightly and blinking through her tears, Octavia sighed.

"I know," she plunged the knife through his chest, carving it deeply into his heart. She didn't know what she expected, but it most certainly wasn't what happened. Because he bled, and the blood was warm. The blood of a living creature. As the warm, thick, blood poured from the wound, the sky began to darken. As the life faded from the god, so did the beautiful world Octavia was sitting in.

She looked at her hands, covered in sticky red liquid. Her whole body began to shake, unknowing of what was to happen next. She had done it, only she didn't know exactly what she had done. As the world around her faded away, she was swept into an unbearable darkness.

And so she stayed, surrounded, engulfed by the darkness. It covered her like a blanket, kept her warm from the coldness of the night. She felt almost at peace, like what she had done, it was all worth it. If only her people were to survive, everything would be worth it. She dropped the knife, allowing it to be engulfed in the darkness. Her people were safe, she had done it.

"Not yet," the small voice of a child spoke from the darkness. Octavia looked around, ears perked for the source of the noise. However, she could find none. It was said the voice was spoken from nowhere, and everywhere.

It sent fear shooting down her spine, lit her nerves on fire. She began to shake with an uncontrollable fear, as if the girl was emanating fear itself.

"W-what do you mean," Octavia Blake stuttered through the fear lodged in her through.

"I mean," Octavia turned her head to see a girl emerging from the darkness. The girl was pale, looking almost as if she was a ghost. The only color about her was her golden hair, that seemed to glow like the sun, and her pale green eyes. Her eyes lacked pupils, and she stared blankly at Octavia. They were perhaps the most unnerving thing Octavia Blake had ever seen, and that itself was saying something. She had been through the end of the world, twice. She had survived it, saved her people from primefya. She had been forced to eat the flesh of her fallen comrades. Yet somehow this was what pushed her over the edge into a state of hysteria. However, she was drawn out of it by the voice of the small girl. "Your people are not safe yet, in fact, as we speak they are standing, crystallized in beautiful sculptures."

The words echoed inside her mind, resonating within her heart. She felt detached from reality. Her head was spinning, not understanding what was happening. This wasn't real, none of this was. She was simply hiding under the floor, waiting for the inspectors to go away. Her imagination was running wild. This, none of it- the sound of a cry tore her from her thoughts. It was the sound of pure grief. She looked around, searching for the source of the sound, only to realize it was her cry. She hunched over, curling to the ground, sobs shaking her body. Octavia didn't need to question the validity of the statement, because somehow she knew that this girl wasn't lying. It was as if she had always known that her people were gone, only now she was forced to confront it.

'Not yet' the words bounce off the walls of her mind. 'Not yet' the girl had said not yet. Why would she have used these specific words? When Octavia thought she had saved them, the girl said not yet. That meant they could be saved right? Not yet was a word used to describe that something is expected to happen but has not for the moment. It meant it wasn't over. But, at the same time the girl said it was. She had told her they were crystallized into statues. Was there a way… to undo this. Octavia looked towards the child, finding her staring back. Slowly, she opened her dry mouth, her nerves dying down enough for her to speak. "How…how do I save them?"

She could have asked any other question, but this was the one that come out. She had so many others as well, who was this being, where had she come from, was the other on dead. But, this seemed to be the most important. However, Octavia feared the answere. She feared what she would have to sacrifice, knowing that no matter what it was she would do it. Not just her life, she would go further. A common misunderstanding was that the biggest sacrifice one could make would be their own life, but how untrue this was. She shook as she waited for the girls answer.

"You can't," the girl said, walking to her gravitas hunched form. The girl was small, small enough that she was only a foot taller than Octavia even as she sat on the ground. But, her presence was big. As if she was the tallest, most intimidating creature in the world. "But I can, and I will, as long as you make a vow." The child grabbed Octavia's face, her hands warm on her cheeks.

Octavia nodded, blinking tears from her eyes. "Yes, I promise I'll do anything," she said, hands reaching to grab the girl. Octavia always thought she was above begging, but now, she knew she nothing would ever be to low. Anything, she would do it.

"Good," the girl said, grabbing Octavia's hands. The child helped lift her from the ground, as if feeling sympathetic for Octavia's plight. "I can give you a second chance, but you must swear an oath to me. You must swear your undying loyalty to me, every time I call apon you, you must obey."

Octavia knew what this meant, she would be this creature's slave. But, she had no choice. And so, she nodded. "I swear my loyalty to you…" she paused, not knowing the child's name.

"Ymir," her soft voice said.

"Ymir," Octavia repeated.

As the name left her mouth, blackness once again overtook her senses.

Prologue for next chapter:

She sat on her thrown, staring down at the horrific scene bellow her. Blood, so much blood, and standing in the heeps of bodies was Kane. Octavia smiled.
