The Markers Melody
Here's my shot at a Poem. Since the Remake is arriving, I've been wanting to play the classic trilogy and perhaps one day write out a full booklet of this franchise. Maybe, hah.
The artifact has been here for many ages
They were able to write out the symbols on pages
It was observed carefully onto what this meant
To whatever alien has gone and sent
Suddenly there were noises coming from a room
Of a patient that told them of impending doom
They have not believed in their lies
So the crew continued studying with their own eyes
One had said this could be a cure
Another had said this was all of a lure
What came next, has proven to us that we were all just bait
If only it hadn't been too late
'MAKE US WHOLE' It said to me
There was no one else that I could see
Although, the situation has caught me in awe,
we have let our blindness succumb to our own fall
