Umbridge and Trelawney
Dolores Umbridge claimed that her dislike of Sybill Trelawney was because she believed Trelawney to have no true power as a Seer, but this was not the truth.
The actual reason was of a much more intimate nature.
Both women had been students at Hogwarts together and both being either lesbian or bisexual, Dolores had once attempted to seduce Sybill, who had rejected her firmly, having no feelings of romance or sexuality for Dolores because of Dolores' personality.

Umbridge and Trelawney are both in Ravenclaw and also both now are in their fifth year at Hogwarts.
In no way are they very close friends or anything.
The two are barely acquaintances, but in secret Umbridge has a crush on Trelawney.
Both of them are either gay or bi, though even so Trelawney does not return Umbridge's feelings.
During dinner this night in the Great Hall, Umbridge takes a seat next to Trelawney, having a plan to seduce Trelawney so they can have girl on girl sex.

For the first time she fell what was very much love and the person she had feelings for rejected her on the flip of a coin.
She hate this.
Umbridge swear to hate Trelawney forever because of what happened.
"That skinny perverted freak. She'll so regret not having sex with me." mumbles Umbridge in anger.
She walk to a bathroom where she close herself into a stall.
"Okay..." says Unbridge as she transform her wand into a dildo.

"How can you deny all of this?" says Umbridge as she open her top.
Trelawney tries to walk away.
"Genitum destruptius!" says Unbridge, casting a curse on Trelawney again.
The curse strike Trelawney's pussy, making her asexual for the rest of her life.
Umbridge does this to punish Trelawney for rejecting her seduction.
"Undo that." says Trelawney.
"I refuse." says Umbridge and then walk away.
Very unfortunately for Trelawney the curse Umbridge used cannot be reversed, so that leave Trelawney asexual until her death.
Even into their adult years, Umbridge continues to hate Trelawney, never forgiving her.
Trelawney on the other hand, feel no specific hate for Umbridge.
At least none related to the fact that Umbridge attempted to seduce her and she herself rejected this.
