Summary: Rosie pays Tommy a surprise visit during her few days stay in Yucaipa and meets Zoey for the first time.
It was a splendid morning in Yucaipa, California as Peter and Rosie were on their way toward the Pickles residence.
"I can't wait to see the expression on Tommy's face when we get there" said Rosie.
"He will surely be very excited to see you" replied Peter.
Soon, Peter and Rosie were at the Pickles residence as Peter rang the doorbell and Didi answered it.
"Ah, hello Peter" said Didi.
"Good morning Mrs. Pickles" replied Didi.
"I see our little champ will have company today" said Stu.
Peter and Rosie nodded yes.
"The kids are all out in the backyard getting wet" said Stu. "Are you sure they won't be too much for you" he asked.
"Not to worry Mr. Pickles, I have plans to take them to the park for a picnic and play on the playground after they get wet as well as treating them to ice cream and returning for dinner and having a campfire with marshmallows under the stars" said Peter.
"Sounds like you got this well in hand" replied Stu.
Peter nodded in agreement.
"Well, Stu and Me will be back well after dinner as well as the other parents" said Didi.
"Take your time you two" replied Peter.
Stu and Didi headed for the car and drove away as Peter and Rosie went inside the house.
"Well, I better change into my bathing suit and join the others" said Rosie.
Soon, Peter helped Rosie change into her swim gear and in no time they headed to the backyard to greet the others.
"Hey guys" said Rosie and Peter in unison.
The Rugrats, Angelica, Susie and Zoey turned around and saw that Peter brought a visitor over.
"Rosie" exclaimed Tommy as he ran up to Rosie and the pair embraced one another.
"Peter" exclaimed Angelica, Susie, Zoey and the other Rugrats in unison as they ran up to hug the Confederate leader.
"What are you doing here Rosie" asked Tommy.
"My family is taking a short vacation here for a few days and I wanted to surprise you with having a playdate with you today" replied Rosie.
"I thinks it's the nicest surprise eber" said Tommy.
"Hey Peter, have any plans for us today" asked Chuckie.
"After you guys are finished getting wet, I will take you to the park for a picnic and for you all to play on the playground, then I will treat you to ice cream and have a campfire with marshmallows under the stars after dinner" replied Peter.
"Yay" cheered the others in unison.
"I'll be inside preparing the picnic, have fun" said Peter.
As Peter went inside, Tommy turned to Zoey.
"Hey Zoey" said Tommy. "I like you to meet a special friend of mine" he added.
Rosie toddled up to Zoey.
"Hello, I'm Rosie Hall" said Rosie.
"Nice to meet you Rosie, I'm Zoey Anderson" replied Zoey.
"Tommy tolded me about you recently, he said you were the one that helped Angelica see the error of her ways and got her to be nice with everybody" said Rosie.
"Yeah, I really wanted to help out a misunderstood friend in need" replied Zoey.
"Hey Rosie" said Kimi. "Angelica gots something to say to you" she added.
Rosie listened as Angelica approached her with a sincere look.
"Listen Rosie, "I'm so sorry for bullying and picking on you and Tommy for liking one another. I'm glad my cousin has a special friend like you that makes him happy whether you two are near or far from one another and that's good enough for me" said Angelica. "Can you forgive me" she added.
The others smiled and nodded about what Angelica had said, especially Tommy.
"Well Angelica" said Rosie. "I can tell you're not lying, so yes I can forgive you" she replied.
"Thank you Rosie" said Angelica.
Then Angelica and Rosie shook hands.
"Angelica's done it again" said Zoey. "That's my bestest friend there" she added.
"Angelica is your bestest friend Zoey" asked Rosie.
"Uh-huh, I met her on a big boat as well as having a not so great pleasure of meeting her evil cousin Anthony that lives in Boston" said Zoey.
"I live in Boston as well" said Rosie.
"Really" asked Zoey.
Rosie nodded yes.
"Wow, I feel really sorry for you Rosie, knowing that Anthony lives in the same town as you" said Zoey.
"That's okay, because my friends mommies and daddies as well as mine won't let him anywhere near us and that's fine with me" replied Rosie.
"Really" asked Phil and Lil in unison.
"Yep" said Rosie. "And I'm glad that you guys survived that cruise adventure that Tommy tolded me all about recently" she added.
"Yeah, now we all know that Angelica's yucky evil cousin Anthony is nothing but an imposter (impostor)" said Dil.
"Exactly, I'm glad we all threw a monkey wrench in his wretched plan against Angelica when a heel turn came over us on that cruise" replied Susie.
"Although Me, Jesse and Savannah missed alot, we also didn't miss much when everyone tolded us what happened" added Zack.
"Yeah, we're really glad you guys didn't end up in a hospicle (hospital) when Anthony tried to really hurt you" said Savannah.
"While I don't like to miss out on adventures, I'm glad some of us missed that one" added Jesse.
The others nodded in agreement.
"Hey what are we standing around for let's play" said Phil.
"Yeah, let's get wet and wild" added Lil.
"Yeah" shouted the others in unison as they started playing around with the paddling pools, water guns and balloons and the sprinkler.
"Cannon ball" shouted Tommy and Rosie in unison as they splashed into one of the paddling pools.
"Why don't we see who can hold their breath underwater" asked Tommy.
"Sure" replied Rosie as the pair went underwater.
"Water fight" shouted Angelica, Susie and Zoey in unison as they took aim with their water guns and started chasing one another around the yard.
"Ha-ha-ha-ha, gotcha" said Zoey.
"Start praying you water logger" said Angelica and Susie and unison as they ran after her.
"Let's have a water balloon fight Phillip" suggested Lil.
"You're on Lillian" replied Phil.
Soon, the Deville twins were throwing water balloons back and forth.
"Ha-ha-ha-ha, gotcha Lillian" said Phil as he launched water balloons at her.
"I'm gonna get you now Phillip" replied Lil as she chased after him with water balloons.
"Cannon ball" shouted Chuckie, Kimi, Zack and Jesse in unison as they splashed into another one of the paddling pools.
"Ha-ha-ha-ha, this is fun" said Chuckie.
"Uh-huh, I likes getting all wet" replied Kimi.
"I can't think of a better time than this" said Jesse.
"I like getting all soaked up and wet" added Zack.
"Ha-ha-ha-ha" laughed Dil and Savannah in unison.
"It's fun playing around in the sprinkler" said Savannah.
"Oh yeah, I'm loving this" replied Dil.
The excitement continued until Peter came out with a well stocked picnic basket.
"Hey guys" said Peter.
"Hey" replied the others in unison.
"Are you all ready for a picnic in the park" asked Peter.
"Yeah" replied the others in unison.
Soon, everyone changed into their clothes and were enroute to the park.
"I can't wait until we get to the park for more excitement" said Rosie.
"Yeah, me too" replied Tommy.
"Angelica has been doing very well thus far with being good and apologizing to Rosie" Zack thought to himself.
"You girls up for some friendly competition after lunch" asked Susie.
"Yeah" replied Angelica and Zoey in unison.
"Wanna go on a wormie and bug hunt Lillian" asked Phil.
"Yep, I'm sure we will finds plenty of them" replied Lil.
"We are all having a good time so far" said Chuckie.
"Uh-huh, nothing but good times with all of our friends" replied Kimi.
"I'll be ready for more action after lunch for sure" said Jesse.
"I can't wait to play some more after we eats" said Savannah.
"I'm ready for more fun when you are" replied Dil.
Soon, everyone arrived at the park and were having their picnic.
"Mmmmm, these peanut butter and jelly sandwiches are great" said Tommy.
"Yeah, specially when you can share it with someone you like" replied Rosie as Tommy blushed.
"It's great having lunch time with all of our friends" said Zoey.
"Yeah and this lemonade hits the spot" added Angelica.
"Oh yeah" replied Phil and Lil in unison.
"I definitely enjoy the company of everyone I know" said Susie.
"No complaints to be had here" replied Zack.
"Uh-huh, nothing buts great times with friends" added Kimi.
"No troubles so far" said Chuckie.
"Yeah, can things get any better than they already are" asked Dil.
"They might when we least expect it" replied Savannah.
"You can bet we'll be ready for it, whatever it is" added Jesse.
The kids finished up their lunch and were ready to play around the park.
"You all have fun, I'll be right here if you need anything" said Peter.
All the kids nodded yes as they ran off to play.
"Ha-ha-ha-ha" laughed Tommy and Rosie in unison.
"I likes going up and down on the seesaw" said Tommy.
"Yeah, I likes this too" replied Rosie.
"You girls ready to jumprope" asked Angelica.
"We're ready" replied Susie and Zoey as the girls began skipping rope.
"Hey Phillip look" exclaimed Lil. "I finded a few lady bugs" she said.
"And I finded some wormies too" replied Phil.
"Let's get em" said Phil and Lil in unison.
"Hey Zack, let's hang upside down on the monkey bars" suggested Jesse.
"I don't think I can back away from a challenge, let's do it" said Zack.
"Weeeee" went Kimi as Chuckie pushed her up and down on the swings. "Higher Chuckie higher" she said.
"Okay, but not so high that you'd fall off" replied Chuckie as he pushed her a little higher.
"Hey Dil" asked Savannah. "Let's you and me make a sand castle" she said.
"Sure I'm game" replied Dil.
The excitement continued all afternoon until Peter was ready to take them to the ice cream parlor when the kids met up with him.
"Time to head to the ice cream parlor" said Peter.
"Yay" cheered all the kids in unison.
Soon, everyone was enjoying the ice cream sundae.
"Mmmm, I loves ice cream" said Tommy.
"Yep, it's even sweeter when I'm enjoying it with my special friend" replied Rosie as Tommy blushed.
"We loves cool ice cream" said Phil and Lil in unison.
"I like anything that is sweet" replied Angelica.
"Yeah it's yummy in our tummies" said Susie and Zoey in unison.
"Uh-huh, it's been a fun day" added Kimi.
"Yeah, every other day has been a lot better after that cruise" replied Chuckie.
"I hear ya, but it doesn't hurt to keep an eye on Angelica, just to be sure" Zack thought to himself.
"I'm enjoying this day with everybody" said Jesse.
"Yeah, we're cool with this" replied Dil and Savannah in unison.
Later in the evening, everyone was back at the Pickles residence having dinner before having their campfire with marshmallows under the stars.
"I'll have the campfire and the marshmallows all ready for you guys soon" replied Peter.
"Yay" cheered all the kids in unison.
Soon, all the kids finished their dinner and were out in the backyard having their marshmallows over the campfire while Peter watched from the patio to make sure everyone stayed safe.
"Mmmm, these marshmallows are good" said Zoey.
"Yeah" replied Angelica and Susie in unison.
"Hey guys" said Rosie. "Look up, the stars are out in full force tonight" she said.
"Wow" went the others in unison.
"Those stars make me think of that little Nursery Rhyme song twinkle twinkle little star" said Rosie.
"Can we hear that Nursery Rhyme song" asked Tommy.
"Yeah" replied the others in unison.
"Okay" replied Rosie as she cleared her throat and started to sing slowly and softly.

Rosie finished the Nursery Rhyme smiling proudly as the others clapped and applauded.
"Way to go Rosie" said Tommy.
"Yeah" replied Phil and Lil in unison.
"I gotta admit that was pretty sweet" said Angelica.
"That's something coming from you Angelica" Zack thought to himself.
"Nice job" said Susie and Zoey in unison.
"Uh-huh, it was wonderful" added Kimi.
"That was really cool" said Chuckie.
"Yeah" replied Dil and Savannah in unison.
"You did good Rosie" said Jesse.
"Thanks guys" said Rosie.
The kids went on finishing their marshmallows. Eventually, the parents came and rounded up their children and headed for home. Only Peter and Rosie were left.
"Thanks for the surprise visit Rosie, I had a great time today" said Tommy.
"Me too Tommy" replied Rosie. "I'm glad you guys don't have to contend with Angelica's bullying no more" she added.
"Yep, I'm glad that she is a lot nicer to hang around and play with now than eber before" replied Tommy. "And that meeting Zoey was the bestest thing that eber happened to us" he added.
"I hope I will be able to get another chance to visit you again" said Rosie.
"Me too Rosie" replied Tommy.
Tommy and Rosie shared a hug with each other before calling it a day.
"Thanks for being able to watch the kids today Peter" said Didi.
"Yeah, we really owe you one" added Stu.
"No problem, glad to do it" replied Peter. "Well, I better get this little one and myself back to the castle as her folks are likely waiting on us" he added.
Stu and Didi watched Peter and Rosie head off to the castle.
"I gotta admit, he really knows how to handle kids" said Stu.
Didi nodded in agreement with Stu as the headed into the house and called it a day.
