"Point is, I can't trust me, either" Sam said and Dean looked in his brother's eyes for the first time. "I am just saying, stay as far away from me as possible" Sam said and Dean frowned. "You're leaving?" Dean asks, sitting up straight. "No, I am not but just stay away from me. Who knows what I would do to you" Sam says and Dean is shocked to hear that. "Sam..." Dean starts but is cut off "I am gonna go back to the motel, I am not feeling too good" Sam says and walks towards the motel their staying in. Dean sighs and follows his brother behind.
When they both reach their room, Sam showers and goes straight to bed. Dean tries to make a conversation but Sam is out like a light. Dean sighs and takes a shower and when he comes back, he hears the even breathing of his brother. Dean smiles and goes to bed.
In the middle of the night, Dean wakes up by someone's restlessness. He looks at his phone to see the time and it's 1:45 in the night. He looks beside his bed to see Sam struggling, shaking his head from side to side. Dean figured he was having a nightmare. He wanted to wake his brother up but he didn't want to disturb his sleep also. "NO!!! LUCIFER!! LEAVE ME ALONEEE" Sam screamed and that was the last resort of dean. "Hey, Sam, wake up" dean tried to rose his brother but Sam wouldn't wake up. "Please, leave, I won't say yes. AAAAHHHHH!!!" Sam screamed and Dean was shaking him harder. "Sammm!!! Wake up!!!" Dean said and Sam gasped awake. "Hey, you okay?" Dean asked trying to place a hand over sam's shoulder but Sam flinched away "Stay away from me, Lucifer. Don't appear infront of me as him" Sam said, eyes glassy and Dean understood that Sam was running a fever. "Hey, Sam, I am not Lucifer. You're sick, little brother, let me help you" Dean tentatively took a step forward but Sam screamed "DONT YOU DARE TOUCH ME. STAY AWAY FROM ME" Sam said. "Sammy, please, let me help you. You're running a fever, please Sammy" Dean said. "Dean?" Sam asked. "The one and only" Dean smiled and took a step towards Sam. "Let me help you" Dean said and Sam let Dean help him.
