Just a short Drabble about two of my favorite Rivendell elves. No slash. Hope you enjoy:)

Erestor dropped his head into his hands, his elbows resting on his desk. His head was aching horribly, and the paperwork (in his eyes), was endless. He thought about going downstairs for some tea, but the thought of being near anyone didn't sound appealing at the moment. He would possibly bite someone's head off if they got in the way.

He was about to pick up his pen again when the door to his library opened, and in walked Glorfindel. Erestor groaned and looked up.

'What do you want?' He asked trying to sound angry, but ending with a groan as his head flopped back down.

Glorfindel looked at him compassionately. 'Your head?'

Erestor nodded but said nothing.

'I told you to rest for a while, did I not?' Glorfindel said, walking over to the desk and moving Erestor's hands away from his head to inspect him. Pressing his hand against his forehead he hummed.

'You had better lay down, dear Erestor. I shall bring you some tea.'

'No!' Erestor said with sudden fierceness. 'I must get this done! Tea will be fine though I suppose.'

Glorfindel was about to argue, but instead, shut his mouth and raised his eyebrow. 'Fine. I shall go and get it.'

After a few minutes, he returned with a cup of chamomile, and set it on the desk by the smaller elf. He placed his hand on the side of his head, ignoring Erestor's glare.

'It is only getting worse!' Erestor groaned finally, a hand going back to his head.

'That is because you do not listen! Put your pen down!' Glorfindel said with a sigh, gently removing it from Erestor's hand, which he noticed were rather pitifully shaking.

Erestor squeezed his hands together, apparently trying to hide it.

'Tea!' Glorfindel said, holding it up to his face. Erestor finally took it, ignoring the fact that Glorfindel was covering his hand to stop the cup from spilling. He took a few sips, and for a moment he just sat there groaning, but suddenly his vision started blurring and he felt sleep washing over him.

Glorfindel gave him an innocent smile, patting his arm, and Erestor fell asleep.

'Stupid little advisor.' Glorfindel mumbled as he gathered him in his arms, making his way towards Erestor's bedroom.
