Amos smiled and walked to the refrigerator. After he opened the door, he found a chocolate cake slice and removed it. He brought the slice to a table and sat near it. He picked up a fork. Amos almost ate his snack when he heard the sound of a snarl. There was curiosity in his eyes.
Amos stood before he walked to the door and opened it. His eyes flew open at the sight of Supergirl kicking a snarling creature repeatedly.
He watched as she dodged its every attempt to devour her.
Glowering, Supergirl used heat vision to attack the giant animal. She viewed it fleeing and turned to Amos. She flew into the kitchen.
''Are you hungry? I'll make a snack for you,'' Amos said.
Supergirl continued to scowl before she flew upstairs.
Amos then remembered the creature attempting to devour Supergirl earlier. He returned to his cake slice and finished eating it.
