Chapter one: secret child

Its 3 am in the morning in Paris, the moon shine very brightly along with small bright stars with little clouds floating in the sky. Somewhere down below faint music can be heard playing. Outside on the balcony where Nathalie sat down on patio looking up at the stars. She was wrapped in a fuzzy blanket and holding a cup of tea.
"Gabriel" she called out and then she took a sip from her tea.
"coming" said a voice from some where behind her.
I have snacks" Gabriel said as she placed the tray of snacks onto the table in front of Nathalie.
"It's getting late for you to be up" he said as he sat down next to her.
"I can't sleep" she said.
"I will get the doctor in later in the morning" he said as he picked up his mug.
Nathalie looked panicked and put down her mug onto the table.
"It has nothing to do with that!" Nathalie said. "I just got a lot on my mind"
"Its going to be okay, its just a doctor's visit" Gabriel said. "Eat" as he pointed to the bowl filled with healthy chips.
Nathalie looked at the bowl. It has been a while since she had anything without throwing it up. They do look good to eat.
"Once after the doctor has looked you over, I want to rest for the rest of the pregnancy" he said.
Nathalie took a chip and started to take a bit from it. The chip was good.
Gabriel continued as he talked. "The doctor will be here much later in the day. So, you will have time to sleep in before he comes over"
"What am I going to do to pay my bills?" Nathalie asked sounding a little worried.
"I can take of it, after all you are carrying my child" he said.
"But I would rather- "she was cut off by Gabriel before she could finish.
"I'm not having you get hurt or have the child get hurt at all" Gabriel said. "You are not working at all till the child is out of you!"
Nathalie sighed and picked up the mug to take a sip from it.
"Not after what happened last week." He spoke harshly. "I don't want anything happened to you."
"I will be alright if I went back to work, it's not like I will- "she was cut off again.
He turned to face her. "You are not going back to work after tomorrow!" he said.
Nathalie sighed and went to drinking her tea.
"Okay" she said as quietly as she did and then she placed the mug down on the table.
"Did you see the stars?" she asked pointing at them in the sky.
"What?" Gabriel said in confusion.
Nathalie was still pointed up into the sky. Gabriel looked up at what she was pointing at.
"Stars? What about them?" he asked.
"When was the last time you saw them?" Nathalie asked him.
Gabriel sat there looking up into the sky without a thought in his mind.
"You know what my work calendar is like, I don't have time for other things in my life" Gabriel said.
"What about your son?" Nathalie asked as she lowered her arm.
Gabriel sighed.
"When was the last time you were with him?" she asked.
"My son will be fine; he's going to have a sister soon" he said rather coldly. "They will grow up together and be home schooled in this very house."
"What?" Nathalie said sounding surprised. "They are not going to school?"
"Outside school is not good enough for them!" Gabriel said. "They will have the best tutors for school.
Nathalie sighed. She knew full well they kids will not have any social skills or be able to talk to anyone or even make any friends. They will be blocked from the world till they are adults.
Gabriel looked at his pocket watch. "It's almost four, we I mean you should be in bed" Gabriel said.
Nathalie looked up at him. "Is there a birth plan for when I go into labor?" she asked.
"That's why the doctor is coming over, we will talk this over with him" he said as she places his mug on the tray.
Gabriel picked up the tray.
"I thought we were going to stay out here" Nathalie asked.
"It's getting too cold" Gabriel said.
Nathalie looked back out at the darken city of Paris. It was too dark to make out anything beyond the tall buildings she could see. She could see faint lights coming from small windows in the distance from other budlings. Other people were up currently just her and Gabriel. She sighed. He was right, she should be in bed resting.
"Okay" she said as she got up and walked over the open doorway. Gabriel followed her.
A maid came up and took the tray from him. Gabriel too the mug from the tray and then the maid went away down the hall. Gabriel linked arms with Nathalie and walked her down the hall to her room. As they walked down the hall they talked.
"Okay, tomorrow I don't want you leaving your room, if you need anything ask the butler to get it for you, okay?" Gabriel said.
Nathalie nodded as he spoked to her. She took a sip from her tea as she listens.
"I would like you to rest from here on out, read a book, paint or watch Netflix" Gabriel said. "I want you to rest no work for you"
"Okay" Nathalie said.
Gabriel opens the door to Nathalie's room and walked her into the room and up to the bed.
"Good night" he said.
"Night" Nathalie said as she pulled the covers away as she got into bed.
Gabriel walked out of the room closing the door after him.
Nathalie placed her mug down on the nightstand and lay down in her bed and then turned off the lamp.
What am I going to do till I give birth? Nathalie thought as she lay in the dark.
15 years later.
The sun was close to setting. The sky was no loner blue, now it was turning black. People could be heard screaming down below.
Chat Noir looked up at the darkened sky.
"Ladybug!" he called out. "Put her down you monster!"
Hawk Moth was holding a week Ladybug by the neck with both hands.
"LET HER GO!"
Chat Noir flopped down to the ground.
Queen Bee got up from the ground and ran pass him and try to kick him. Hawk Moth tripped Queen Bee with his foot.
He coughed up blood from his mouth. Chat was now making eye contact with Queen Bee who looked back at him. She was reaching out to him; her arm was shacking Chat tried to reach out to her.
"Oh, how cute" Hawk Moth said as he stepped onto Chat's hand as it made a creaking sound.
Queen Bee looked horrified as she watched Chat Noir scream in pain.
"You will pay for that!" Queen Bee snapped. "My daddy will make you suffer!"
Hawk Moth laughed at Queen Bee's threat and toss Ladybug's lifeless body onto Queen Bee.
Queen Bee held out her hand to stop her head from smashing onto the hard cerement ground.
"Ladybug!" she called out. "Wake up!"
Chat Noir had curled up in a ball wincing in pain.
"Some superheroes you bunch are turning into!" Hawk Moth laughed.
Queen Bee looked up at him crying. "How could you do this to her?"
Hawk Moth did not say anything.
Rena Rouge ran over to him and took a swing at Hawk Moth's head. He fell to the ground.
"How could you hurt my best friend?!" Rena cried as she used her stick as a weapon against him.
Hawk Moth got up and used his cane too as a weapon. The two took turns swinging them at each other. Queen Bee watched the two fights. She turned to look back at Ladybug. Part of Ladybug's face was bleeding.
Queen Bee placed her fingers on the side of ladybugs neck to find a pulse.
"Is she still alive?" Chat asked weakly he slowly moved over to the two. Queen Bee looked up at him.
"I can't find a pulse!" she said still crying.
Chat Noir moved much closer to Ladybug.
"I hate you!"
The two suddenly looked up at the two were still fighting. They looked up just in time to see Hawk Moth whacked Rena in the face. She fell to the ground. Queen Bee looked at Chat. Her blood was now mixing with her tears.
Chat Noirs transformation came undone. He did not even answer Queen Bee's question.
Queen Bee stared wide eyed at him.
"Adrian?" she asked surprised.
Adrian looked up at Queen Bee. But the person who was looking back at him was Chole.
"Chole!"
"Adrien!"
The two looked up at Carapace. The only one who could still fight Hawk Moth.
"What are you doing here, buddy" Carapace called out.
One of Adrien's eye was starting to go blurry.
"Get Ladybug to safety!" Carapace called out. "Leave this fight to Rena and me!"
Rena Rouge got up still ready to fight.
"I'm not strong to carry her!" Chole said weakly.
"I can't carry her, and I have a broken hand" Adrien said.
"How could this have happened to us?" Adrien asked.
In the distance a tall building collapsed to the ground leaving a large dust could where it once stood.
"We can't stop this while we are in this condition" Adrien said.
"The only person who could fix this has been knocked out" Chole said.
She looked down at Ladybug who has not moved once. Pollen was now curled up next to Plagg. The two Kwami were very weak.

Adrien walked around the mansion hugging his massive tie dye octopus squishmallow. The toy was his only friend. A maid rushed by carrying a handful of toilet paper in her arms. She did not even look at him as she passed.
Adrien did not say anything to her. He was far too used to this treatment. No one really pay any attention to him at all.
"I wished I had friends" he said out loud. "Maybe this time real friends"
He placed his squishmallow down first on the window bench and got up next to it. He looked out the window.
He saw the city. People were going about there day like normal. Cars were driving by.
"Maybe one I will get to go out there"
"-make sure she is looked after" Gabriel said.
Adrien turned away from looking at the mirror. He heard his father. He was home!
Adrien picked up his octopus and ran down the hall. Before he could call out to him, he stopped to listen. Something about the conversation seemed off. Adrien placed the octopus down and listen to what was being said.
"I don't want her to find out who I am" Gabriel hissed.
Who is he talking to? Adrien thought.
There was no one else down with him.
"Give her what she wants, I don't care how much it cost! Shut her up with money!" Gabriel screamed. "This is what I pay you to do, take care of my problems like that stupid girl I didn't want in the first place!"
What little girl? Adrien thought.
He picked up his squish and back to his room. Once he was in his room, he looked at his octopus.
"Is she the same little girl who used to live here?"
He stood there facing the octopus for a few minutes.
"She can't be the same little girl dad was talking about.
10 years later
Current day and time in Paris. Adrien forgot about the little girl and what his dad said.
"Good morning my lady" Chat Noir said as he handed Ladybug a single rose.
She sighed.
"Not the time for this?" she said.
"What don't you like roses?" Chat said.
"Can you not do this right now?" Ladybug said. "Oh, right I forgot who I was talking to."
"I'm such a sweet kitty!" he said.
He smiled at her.
"Lets just get the akuma!" Ladybug said as she hopped from the roof to another one.
"We are going to be together forever!" he said as he turned his head to look at her. "Right Lady- "
He looked every where for her and then he saw her hopping from one roof to another one.
"Wait for me!" he called out.
He hopped to the other roof in front of him. Ladybug disappeared in front of him.
Where did she go? He thought as he kept hopping from one roof to another. He looked down below as he hopped to see if she was down there.
Where did you go?
He kept on hopping from one roof to another until he fell into a fountain.
Chat Noir climbed out of the fountain and saw her. She was around a lot of people.
The people were thanking her for saving them.
"What fantastic team we are" he said.
Once the crowd died down Ladybug made her way back over to chat Noir. She stopped next to him. Chat Noir has his arms crossed over his chest. He looked over at her.
"Oh, so you see me now?" he asked sounding a little pissed.
Ladybug was taken aback by what he just said.
"What do you mean?" she asked. "What no cat puns or roses?"
"I should head back home." He spoke. "It looks like you don't need me here"
"But I do need you" she said.
Chat noir uncrossed his arms. He sighed.
"It's quite clear you don't need me at all!" he said.
He pulled out his stick and used it to get away from her. He did not hear her call after him.
Nobody really talks about me he thought. It is all about Ladybug. No one really gives him a single thought.
Chat Noir hopped down to empty area to de transform. Plagg flew out from the ring.
"Do you have what I ask for?" he asked demanding it.
Adrien rolled his eyes.
I am going to play around with him he thought.
"No, I don't" he said as he crossed his arms.
"That's-wait what!?" Plagg freaked out.
His tone changes from happy to mad.
"How could you not have my cheese!" Plagg screamed. "How can I live without it!"
Adrien stood there watching the little flying kwami freak out.
"How can I go on living without my cheese?" Plagg flipped out.
Adrien held out his hand holding a small box. Plagg stopped freaking out and looked down.
"It was a joke?" he asked.
Adrien nodded.
Plagg flew down to pick up one of the slices of chese and stared to eat one.
"When you are done eating, we are going to this café" Adrien said.
Plagg nodded as he eats.
Adrien walked into the café. It was a small warn down place with lots of plants all over the place. The café looked like it came from a different era in time. Everything in the place was worn out.
"This is not the best idea you've had this week" Plagg said.
Adrien sat down at an empty table.
"What do you mean?" He asked as he held his phone to his ear like he was talking to someone.
Plagg dug himself deeper into the bag.
"Don't get upset if someone finds you and puts it on social media!" Plagg said.
Adrien sighed and turned off his cell phone. As he was putting it away a maid walked over to him. Adrien looked up at her. She smiled at him.
"How can I help you?" she asked.
"Oh, hello I will have green tea" he said.
Plagg poke his head out of the bag and spoke to him.
"Get the cheesecake" Plagg said.
Adrein heard the tiny voice talking.
"Is that all?" the woman asked.
"-and I will get the cheesecake" he said.
She nodded and walked away leaving Adrien alone.
"Get out your friend I want to talk to you!" Plagg said.
"Why I thought you were done with talking to me" he said.
"I'm not done with talking to you" Plagg said.
Adrein sighed and took out his phone and pretend to talk to another person over the phone.
"Why do want me to call you?" Adrien asked sounding a little pissed.
"Once you are done with this little tea party you should go home, you are going to get into trouble" Plagg said.
"I just need a break" Adrien said.
"I get that you need a break from your life but just don't disappear!" Plagg said. "You are a famous model, and everyone knows who you are!"
'What am I going to do?" he asked.
The door to the café opened. Plagg turned to look at who came in. The look on his face changed.
"What?" Adrien said complete unaware to what is going on.
"Its him!" Plagg said a hush voice.
"Who?" Adrien said.
Mr. Ramier walked and sat down at the nearby booth.
"Its bird boy!" Plagg said.
"What?" Adrien said sounding confused.
"I get that you are a model but turn off the stupid!" Plagg said.
Adrien turned to look at Mr. Ramier.
"He's not hurting anyone" Adrien said.
Before Adrien could do anything Plagg flew out of the bag and went right for the man.
Adrien dropped his phone and watched the tiny kawmi fly to the other side of the café. The made stopped and looked at Plagg fly. She dropped the tray she was holding along with the stuff on it. It shatters to the floor. Many people looked up due to the noise.
Mr. Ramier looked up at the tiny kwami. He did not seem surprised by seeing a tiny flying cat talking to him.
"Look here bird boy don't get upset and get akumatized!" Plagg snapped. "Everyone is sooo done with you!"
A new maid came out and place the tea and cheesecake down on the small table. She did not seem to have seen Plagg screaming at Mr. Ramier. Then she walked away from the table.
"So, keep your damn emotions under control!" Plagg said still screaming. "Find or better get a life!"
Adrien looked around the place. It seems no one knew who he is.
This is bad! He though.
Plagg was still screaming the poor man.
No one saw Plagg come out of my bag Adrien thought. I just hope's he stopped this soon.
He sat there watching this unfold along with everyone else. At least the cheesecake was good.
"Look here buddy! I don't want to see your ugly but akumatized this week!" Plagg went on.
Adrien took a sip from the tea. The maid came back to him. It was the same one who took his order. She was now backing to her job.
"Do you need anything?" she asked.
Adrien looked up at her.
"Cumber sandwich" Adrien said.
She smiled and took off.
Adrien turned to look at the booth. Mr. Ramier was gone and so was Palgg.
Where did Plagg go? He thought.
"I'm back!" said a tiny voice.
Adrien looked down at him.
"I did my job!" Plagg said like he did something amazing.
'What is wrong with you?" Adrien said.
"What?" Plagg said as he hopped into the bag. "Now hurry up and eat so we can go home!"
"I order a sandwich we are staying here till I'm done" Adrien said.
Plagg sighed. "Don't come to me crying when you get into trouble with your father"
'We will leave as soon as I'm done here" Adrien said.
Then the maid came to the table with the food.
"Fine" Plagg said.
Adrien stood outside of the café.
"That was good." He spoke.
"I'm glad you had fun and now we can go home!" Plagg said.
"Fine we are leaving" Adrien said.
Adreian started to head home. Plagg poked his head out of the bag.
"I'm surprised you didn't say anything about Ladybug" Plagg said.
Adrien stopped in his track.
"that's right!" Adrein said sounding happy. "I love her!"
"I fucking hate my life!" Plagg sighed as he pulled his head back into the bag.
