After Peter and Sister Teresa got their super Powers. They became pro-wrestlers. The promoter refused to pay them the prize money. Angry, they allowed a pair of thieves to rob the Arena. The process allowed them to escape, resulting in Uncle Ben being killed.

The Web Warriors
Mary Jane Watson (M.J)/Spinnerette: The childhood friend of Peter Parker and next door neighbour of Parker, a budding news reporter that reports for the school that dreams of becoming a top class reporter for the Daily Bugle. MJ lives with her single mum who works as a NYPD Homicide Detective while older sister Gayle who is in the army serving in the US Marine Corp.
Gwen Stacey/Ghost-Spider: the daughter of Captain George Stacey, leader of New York city Precinct 52 where Mary Jane's mother works as a Homicide Detective. Gwen likes Peter, is a gifted scientist and dreams of becoming a world class scientist while like MJ and Peter she has an older brother who is also serving in the US Marine Corp.
Miles Morales/Spyder: the son of the step son of Officer Jefferson Davis and his new wife Rio Morales. A new student at Midtown after his parents moved to Queens New York City after his step father joined the Precinct 52. A fellow student who likes Peter and his friends that are constantly picked on by members of the high school Quarterback Mac Gargan and his circle of friends.
Barbara Gordon/Batgirl: The daughter of NYPD Homicide detective James Gordon who was recently transferred to the New York Police department from Gotham City USA after being transferred by newly appointed Gotham City Mayor Abigail DeSanto so she can appoint someone who doesn't support the Gotham Vigilantes Batman and his team and bring order back to Gotham City.
Cassie Sandsmark/Wonder Girl: the daughter of and the current head of New York City National History museum head curator An Archaeologist Dr Helena Sandsmark and getting to be the National History museum head curator she moved to with her daughter to after the death of her father Cassie soon discovered by that her father was demi god of greek mythology who was killed by Loki
Jessica Cruz/Green Lantern: She, her sister Sara and their moms moved from Metropolis to New York City after witnessing her best friend being murdered and her sister being parayzied from the waist down ending her soccer career. She also develop some PTSD over the incidents that her new friends are helping her deal with while mastering her new responsibilities as a Green Lantern
Michelle Jones/Firestar: the daughter of the Original Firestar and Justice before retiring from the superhero lifestyle and they did everything to keep her from following in their footsteps but becoming inspired by Spider-Man she decided to become a superhero using her mutant power to become the New Firestar.
Robert 'Bobby' Drake/iceman: A mutant with Ice manipulation and older brother Timothy Drake after their parents are murdered by members of the False Face Society they are put into the foster care system while in the foster care system his mutant power and he's runaway from the foster home and is taken in by Xavier Institute help with human/mutant relationships Professor Xavier sends a number students to Midtown High school.
Maria Bench/Aquagirl the daughter of estranged daughter of Hydro Man following a number of failed jobs for Kingpin he had kidnapped Michelle and her girlfriend and his chief scientist experiment Dr Landon experiment on and successful recreated incident that but created female version of Hydro Man and Sandman
Keema Marko/Sand-Girl: the daughter of Sandman and she was kidnapped by Hydro Man as a means to get back at her father for turning state's evidence against the Wizard and the frightful four as a result of the experiment she gains all of her fathers abilities
Dr Curt Connors/The Lizard:a former Oscorp scientist alongside his wife are on a serum that will allow people to regrow lost limbs after a mistake he made while driving tired which caused him to lose control of the vehicle he was driving with his wife and ten year old son Billy. Each of them were seriously injured with Curt losing his left arm, with his wife losing her right leg, while Billy lost both of his legs and their insurance company refused to pay for artificial legs for him which forced him to be confined to a wheelchair. He spent five years since the accident work on his project before been given a deadline Donald Menken to produce a work sample or they would be terminated from Oscorp employment
Dr Kirk Langstrom/Man-Bat: A former Oscorp Industries employee that along with the Connors was given a deadline to produce a working sample of their serum or have their employment with Oscorp terminated and their research handed over to more talented employees who would have more suitable results. Kirk and Francine hope that their research will allow a treatment that would prevent hearing loss which is starting to affect his blind daughter Rebecca who is slowly losing her hearing to a disease.
Dr Martha Connors/She-Lizard: A former Oscorp industries scientist and Curts loving wife and his lab partner in the project to create a serum that would regrow they become obsessed with create the serum after Curt started to blame himself for the car crashed that cost her Right leg and she secretly blame herself for convincing him they could get home in one day.
Dr Francine Langstrom/She-Bat: A former Oscorp scientist and loving wife of Kirk Langstrom and his lab partner in the project and when they are given a deadline to provide a working sample of their research to find a cure to prevent hearing and possible as her Rebecca daughter is slowly losing her hearing that they fear could completely isolate her being born blind.
Villians:
Dr Carter Caligan: The New Midtown High school science teacher, an undercover Hydra mad scientist that is seeking to create Light's next supersoldier army that will be able to take down both the Avengers and JLA. He uses his daughter Dollface as a recruiter to recruit people who could be used as test subjects for twisted father inhuman experiments.
Helen Caligan/Doll Face: the daughter of Dr Caligan one of his first successful test subjects from the experiment of her twisted she invulnerability and super strength and is the Midtown high school cheerleader
Brodi Walker/Jock: the former high school quarterback before getting kicked off the team by the coach after a number of teams caught him abusing MGH and after being expelled from the school for injuring most of the school football team he then turned to crime to pay for his MGH supply.
Flint Marko/Sandman: Flint was a career criminal and former members of Hammerhead crews after being caught by a number of different superheroes when his employer Hammerhead decided have him and Morrie to The Jackal to use in his experiments giving him while his buddy Morrie gain the abilities
Morrie Bench/Hydro Man: a former Navy washout after he was caught selling drugs to his fellow cadets and was sent Ryker Island where he became friends with his cellmate Flint Marko eventually convincing him join Hammerheads crew eventually after there constant failures to increase Hammerhead territories gets Jackal to turn them into metahuman enforcers with Morrie get water manipulation.
Miles Warner/Jackal: a former Oscorp bioweapons specialist who offers his services to the criminal underworld to help the Maggia create metahumans that are able to go toe-to-toe with the Avengers if they need to.
Dr Herman Shultz/Shocker: unlike Tabitha he was former junivinal criminal who earned his engineering degree in prison and once out jail he hired Brocker to create new identity that will fool even SHIELD/ARGUS and joined Wayne Enterprise who with his engineering girlfriends Dr Tabitha Jones create Sonic gauntlets but when the head of the Wayne Enterprise department Lucis Fox discover Tabitha father criminal conviction enrage Tabitha murdered Lucis and stole her research she became the New Tremblor while he became career criminals.
Dr Tabitha Jones /Tremblor: the daughter of the original Tremblor and thought to create a more positive name for herself but when Lucis Fox discover the dangerous of the sonic gauntlets and discovered her father criminal conviction and fired her but before she left she stole the prototype and killed Lucis Fox and three Wayne Security guards
Mac Gargan/Scorpion: The Midtown High school Quarterback and longside his fellow teammate Alex O'Hire spends most of his time at school making Miles life miserable and would constantly beat him up every chance they got and after Miles gets his superpower he accidently uses his super strength spends and spends both Alex and Mac flying into and causing them to be seriously injured and possible ending their football careers, turning to Dr Jasper Stillwell
Alex O'Hirn/Rhino: The Midtown High school Quarterback and longside his fellow teammate Mac Gargan and Brodi Walker spends most of their time at school making Miles life miserable and would constantly beat him up every chance they got and after Miles gets his superpower he accidently uses his super strength spends and spends both Alex and Mac flying into and causing them to be seriously injured and possible ending their football careers, turning to Dr Jasper Stillwell
Olga Sullivan/Copperhead: a former Midtown high school cheerleader and girlfriend of Alex O'Hirn and after miles accidently use his Spider-Power and cripples Alex 'The Rhino' O'Hirn she join her boyfriend in becoming apart of Dr Jasper Stillwell and Spencer Smythe Spider Slayer Project she had
Eliane Colls/Scorpia: a former Midtown High school cheerleader and girlfriend of Macdonald Gargan and after Miles crippled her boyfriend she saw him approached by Spencer Symth and Dr Jasper Stillwell take part in project Spider Slayer and she like Oliva, Alex and Mac are flushed with cybernetics enhanced battle suit and go for revenge against Spider-Man and Miles Morales
Francine Fry/ Voltages: A fellow low level employee of Oscorp industries engineering department that were made scapegoats for the incident that happened to Peter and his Twin sister Teresa during the tour of the Oscorp industries during a routine matentices of Oscorp Arc reactor they are trapped by Donald Melkin claim there was a hazard chemical leak inside the reactor and transformed into electric power villains Voltage
