For the first fic on this account...this one that I have started a few days ago. I will be slowly migrating my other digi fics over here and perhaps updating the chapters or something. Anyways, enjoy!
Summary: Ganseki moved to Shinjuku when he turned twelve along with his partner, Armadillomon. They didn't really just how crazy their adventure was going to get.

Prologue
When I met my partner, it was a year before I had moved, on my eleventh birthday.
It was during the evening, after my birthday party when I was putting in my newest game that I had gotten a few hours before, Digimon Adventure 02: Tag Tamers, into my Wonderswan. It was after I booted the game up and went to the main menu screen that I noticed that some sort of...fog or mist was coming through my TV screen and it had brightened considerably. Then, something yelped and came tumbling out of the screen and landed right in front of me as I sat on the floor.
Its green eyes slowly blinked opened and the owner of the eyes sat up, shaking its head.
"Well, wasn't that a trip." It- he- stated. His voice sounded slightly childish but had a slight deep edge to it.
"Wh-wha- w-who-" I stammered as I stared at the very obvious Digimon in my room. He looked at me and grinned.
"Heyya! The name's Armadillomon, it's nice to meet ya!" The Digimon stated cheerfully.
"Uh...my name's...Ganseki...it's...nice to meet you too?"
Armadilomon walked straight up to me before putting his front paws onto my knees with a big smile on his face. I hesitantly reached my hand up and placed it on top of the Digimon's head and he pushed into the touch, his eyes slipping closed. Then, a light came from under my hand, making me jerk it away. The light formed into a shape before it dispersed, leaving a device in my hand.
It had a silver body with a screen in the middle and around the screen was a sage green colored ring with a matching strap that was attached at the top of the device. Two of the buttons were also the same color.
It took me a moment to realize what the device was and what it really meant. "Whoa...no way…."
I looked down at Armadillomon who was looking up at me.
"I don't believe it...I'm a tamer and you're my partner!" I stated, excitement coloring my voice. It was like a dream come true. Armadillomon seemed to be of the same opinion since he practically tackled me to the floor, rubbing his face against mine. I laughed until I heard my mom knocking on my door, asking what all the ruckus was about.
"Uh, nothing mom. Just playing my new game." I answered her. She seemed to be satisfied with that answer and walked away to go back to do whatever she was doing. I let out a sigh before sharing a grin with my new partner.
