(AN: This is my first time posting so I would appreciate some constructive criticism to improve my writing)
Prologue:
Waking up, I was in a grassy clearing, which is strange because I swear that I was in my bed just a moment ago. As I was trying to process how I got here, a golden letter fell out of the sky. Picking it up, I found that it was addressed to me, opening it I started reading.
Dear John
I regret to inform you that you have died. Which may or may not be because of me. But fear not for I have decided to be merciful and using my awesome godly powers I have reincarnated you. Where you might ask, the world of Fairy Tail. I think that was really quite nice of me because I could have put you anywhere like Attack on Titan or a zombie apocalypse. But don't think I will just leave you without anything, inside the letter there should be a map that shows your current location.
From God of Reincarnation
I was confused. If this god was so powerful why couldn't he just bring me back to life? And why choose Fairy Tail, why not just reincarnate me on earth. Deciding not to think about it too hard, I looked for the map described in the letter and after finding it I determined my location. I was in a forest by Mt. Hakobe, the only problem was that had no idea what direction civilization was. So, I did the only thing I could think of. I picked a direction and started walking, I mean I had to hit civilization at some point. Right?
