Authors note: This fanfiction is a sequel to a previous fanfiction I wrote called Gungan: Sith Lord so I highly recommend that you read that first.

Chapter One

Jar Jar Binks could barely sleep that night. Even though he had defeated his clone only a few hours earlier, the death of Lucian Bystander was still fresh in his mind.

"What's wrong?", asked Palpatine who was flying the ship.

"This ship belonged to Lucian Bystander", Jar Jar said sadly, "he helped me defeat my clone but was ultimately killed in the process."

But before he could hear Palpatine's response, some mysterious force forced Jar Jar into a dream.

When Jar Jar opened his eyes, he realised that he was in a dark, freezing cave. In front of Jar Jar was a mysterious glowing light with an orange tint. The light grew bigger and bigger until he could see that it was coming from a torch which was being carried by an older looking woman.

"Jar Jar Binks", the woman said slowly, "we have heard many stories about you. We have heard of your incredible force abilities. We have heard about your allegiance with the Sith."

The women then held the torch near Jar Jar's face.

"What a shame", she said, "all of that incredible power, all put to waste. You could devote that power to helping the forces of good but instead you devout it all to helping the dark side. What a shame."

"What do you mean?", Jar Jar replied angrily, "The Jedi are the scum of the galaxy. Nothing they do is for good."

The woman looked at him with a blank face.

"Come with me", she said.

The woman lead Jar Jar Binks into the next room in the cave. In the centre of the room was a fireplace. It brought a strange sense of comfort to Jar Jar. Around the fireplace were three other woman that seemed to be doing some sort of ritual with the fire.

"Jar Jar Binks", the woman addressed, "did you know that if you hold a Sith lord's head near this fire for at least forty seconds, they will transform into a Jedi knight?"

"No", Jar Jar replied worriedly.

The woman then grabbed Jar Jar's head and placed it near the fireplace.

"Today is the day", the women all said collectively, "that Jar Jar Binks, one of the most powerful Sith Lords finally becomes a Jedi Knight."

Jar Jar attempted to move his head away from the fire but the woman was just too strong. He could feel his thoughts slowly begin to alter. He was afraid that this was the last day he would ever be a Sith Lord.

Jar Jar suddenly started hearing echoes of a familiar voice in his head.

Suddenly Jar Jar Binks woke up from his dream to see Palpatine staring him in the eyes.

"I heard what was happening in your dream", said Palpatine, "I saved you in the nick of time!"

Jar Jar sat up and had a deep breath.

"I know who those people in your dream are", Palpatine said seriously.

"Who are they?", Jar Jar asked curiously.

"They are an ancient Jedi cult", said Palpatine, "they are not associated with the Jedi Order but they follow their beliefs. They are so devoted to the force that they have discovered many force abilities that both the Jedi and the Sith could only dream of. These include wishing people out and back into existence."

"Wait", said Jar Jar, "that means that if I go to them, I could potentially learn how to bring Lucian Bystander back to life."

"No", Palpatine said angrily, "its too dangerous. We simply cannot risk you being brainwashed to become a Jedi. You are too important to the Sith."

"Think about it", said Jar Jar, "imagine how powerful the Sith would be if we could simply wish our enemies out of existence. We would finally be able to eradicate the Jedi from the galaxy."

"And this Lucian Bystander guy?", Palpatine asked curiously, "does he also follow the ways of the dark side of the force?"

Jar Jar knew that he could not tell Palpatine that Lucian Bystander was a grey Jedi as he did not want to get a negative reaction from him.

"Lucian Bystander did instead follow the ways of the dark side of the force", lied Jar Jar.

"Anyway", said Palpatine, "it may not be another few years until we visit that cult. Remember, the clone wars are still going on. The Jedi are probably wondering where I am."

Meanwhile on Coruscant, a small but mysterious portal opened. Out of the portal popped a man wearing green metal armour with a helmet that covered his face. The man then looked back at the portal but it vanished right before his eyes.

"No no no no", the man said worriedly, "come back!"

One thing was certain, this man was trapped in an alternate universe.
