A bright golden light filled the room as a giant winged figure appeared.
It was a giant mechanical bronze dragon.
It was the one and only Festus. Which meant...
A small Latino boy slipped of the dragon's nape with a girl of a similar age.
Her hair was the colour of cinnamon (similar to Hazel but that ended there) and her face was milky pale.
" Hiya Guys, LEO VALDEZ IS IN THE HOUSE" Leo whooped as Festus shot fire upwards
Everyone in the room was so confused and mesmerized at the same time. Piper cut the silence
"LEONIDAS ENGRIQUE VALDEZ WHAT THE ACTUALLY HADES" She shouted
Leo and everyone flinched at the sound of her voice. Leo hadn't heard his full name shouted in years.
"YOU HAVE BEEN GONE FOR WHAT, 3 MONTHS AND THIS IS HOW YOU COME BACK"
Piper slapped across the cheek. 'Jeez that stung' he thought
All the guys, looked at Leo with sympathy. The women they were surrounded by were scary.
Leo gulped, " Sorry Beauty Queen, we kind of got side-tracked with... well everything,"
"Getting off Ogygia took a while, and the whole sea of monsters... that was a total nightmare"
Leo then realised everyone was looking at him oddly. Not him, Calypso. He had momentarily forget the nymph daughter of Atlas was there. He also forget that she had a history with an old friend of his- Perseus Jackson
He looked back at Piper, before she flung herself at him with tears pelting down his shoulder. The rest of the Seven came over and had a massive tearful hug.
"Man, it feels good to be back" Leo whispered
" Its good to have you back Valdez" Percy said
The god of fire, forges and blacksmiths, his father Hephaestus came down form his son and embraced his favourite living son.
"I'm sorry my son, I neglected you for too long. Never again, I promise" the deformed god said as he gripped his son's shoulders. His bushy beard's fires seemed to be tamed for only a moment as if his brain and hear agreed on one thing.
"Está bien padre, te perdono" Leo replied with a few flaming tears but that was because of the dust
The father and son embraced ended as Hephaestus went back to his throne.
" What did I miss, besides the fact Nico is gay and dating Will" Leo said with a joyous tone
Nico perked up and looked t the Latino boy and calmed when he realises Leo was fine with it.
" Don't get your hands in a twist, I'm good with that whole LGBTQ+ stuff"
You couldn't see it, but Nico had an internal sigh of relief. He thought wit all the seven and the gods, no one would have the guts to say anything horrible to him about being a gay demigod.
Before anyone could answer, Leo's questions another golden burst of light filled the room.
A camrecorder and letter appeared.
The goddess Hera picked up the letter and said the following
" Hello everyone, this camrecorder is here to explain, well
a lot of things. It comes form an alternate timeline when Gaia and her brood won the war
and Olympus fell to the giants. We hope its helpful and strengths a few bonds"
