"This really sucks... Can you believe it?" Black deeply sighed, her face looked tired and ready to throw a tantrum, but White's hand in hers helped her to keep the calm.
The city being attacked by monsters, again, could be tiresome but they were there to protect their city and their families. Luminous left on her own to help the other pretty cures, her light and her revitalizing energy was very helpful for everybody, her shield too. Her older friends let her go, Hikari was growing a lot.
Black and White finished the last monsters in their zone after a powerful Marble Screw. Black was cranky, White was amused because of that. Both girls knew they had to go to help her other friends, but a short break was necessary. Just a deep breath before keeping up with their battle.
"We will be fine, Black," said White with a sweet smile.
"I know... Because you're with me," Cure Black weakly smiled back at her partner. "But this is awful, you know? This was our day off," the warrior pouted, "I just wanted to have fun after this long week. High school is really hard... And I really, really wanted to go to the lake with you." Nagisa was ready to rant about more things, but her face changed when Honoka's hands cup her own hand. Her warmth, her energy, her calm... Nagisa could feel her through her hands. And then something soft and smooth against her cheek... That was Honoka's forehead. The girl blushed.
"Then let's finish this as soon as we can, okay?" Honoka rubbed herself sweetly against Nagisa. "We still can go to the lake, and we are big girls now, we can go home late. And we already finished our homework, all the weekend will be ours if we finish this battle soon."
"White..." Black sighed and finally was ready to continue. "Let's go!"
Bumping playfully against White, Black jumped with all her strength, taking her partner with her. White laughed.
"We can invite our friends to the lake, the more the merrier, right?" Honoka said, jumping along with Nagisa over the buildings. They could see more colorful blasts of energy in the distance, they knew that there were their fellow warrior friends fighting.
"Oh... That... Well..."
White looked at her partner, Black was doubtful for some reason. "Black?"
"I... You know... You know I love our friends, they're great and all and... Well..." the black clad warrior released her best friend's hand and ran forward. "Just... Just this time... Can we go alone? Just you and me... I..." Black was grateful that White could see her blush because of the distance. Sadly, her own voice gave her away.
Honoka was really amused and smiled even more. "Just you and me? I like your plan."
Nagisa nodded. "Great... Then... Ah... Let's kick some monster's asses!"
"Let's!"
Black and White held hands again and kept on, jumping one more time, ready to land on the battlefield. Their arrival on stage was with a powerful landing, a combined kick destroyed a very big monster into dark sparks. Their friends smiled and welcomed them with excitement.
"Time to win, girls!" Black exclaimed with a very big smile. "We must finish this now because I have a date with Honoka!"
And White furiously blushed when all her friends and even Luminous felt silent and looked at her with surprise, and then a big smile. "I... We..." The poor girl covered her face with both hands and growled. "Nagisa!"
Black blushed too when she was aware of what she had said... Out loud and in front of many people. All of them friends of her, but still... "I can't believe this!"
