There's never been an episode of the two heroes getting turned into 7 year old kids from an akumatized villain. But I made one up known as Youth Maker.

(Adrien's POV)
Just the same as usual, getting photoshoots outside at the park like last time with Stormy Weather incident. Only this time, I'm wearing the fashion that Marinette designed for me and herself when it was supposed to be for Juleka. But when my father saw the fashion clothes that my friend Marinette made for me, he liked them, in a scornful way.
"Marvelous, Mr. Agreste. One last pose. A blow kiss" the photographer instructed me.
"Okay." I pretended to blow a kiss for the ladies. Like Cat Noir would do but not flirty in my civilian personality.
"Excellent Mr. Agreste." the photographer gave thumbs up as I sighed in relief that it's done.
"Thanks, sir. I'll see you next time for the next photoshoot" I said as the photographer crew packed up their gear and left in the van.
I see Marinette sketching something in her sketchbook. Such a sweet selfless friend I have that is the best designer. That got me an idea as I ran into the alley to transform.
"Are you stalking her?" Plagg came out from his hiding.
"No Plagg. I'm just gonna talk to her as Cat Noir. Besides, whenever I talk to her as Adrien, she stutters. Plagg, claws out!" I transformed into Cat Noir in a green flash and pole-vaulted to the roof and jumped down next to the tall tree. Very ironic that cats don't like being stuck on trees.
Okay, kitty cat. Time to see what she's sketching. Ah, she's sketching a Ladybug dress and a Cat Noir prom suit. Must be the inspiration of me and my lady.
I quietly jumped down to the lower branch and hung upside like a bat.
"Hey purr-incess" I startled her and she fell off her bench along with her sketchbook.
"God almighty! You mangy alley cat! You nearly gave me a heart attack!" She got up with an angry pout, "But it's nice to see you looking at me upside down. What did you do? Evolve into a bat?"
"Maybe, but this cat can climb down the trees and not get stuck. Were you sketching tributes of me and Ladybug?" I got down and helped her up and handed her sketchbook.
"We're you spying me in the tree, Cat Noir? How dare you" She playfully glared at me.
"What? I'm a curious kitty cat, my purr-incess" I gave her the cute baby doll eyes to look innocent.
"Fine, I'll let you live. And yes, I was sketching tributes of you and your lady" She sat down with me, "But not just you two, I was also about to sketch other animal heroes too"
"Okay like Rena Rouge? Carapace?" I guessed.
"Sort of. There's many of them." Marinette said.
"Something to come with fashion designs? I like that. I imagine you wearing a cute black hoodie with cat ears and a green paw print logo" I chuckled as I observe her drawing her inspirations.
"Hilarious, kitty cat. Maybe someday I will if you're a good boy, I'll let you have your favorite macaroons the next time you come to my balcony" She stroked my chin that made me purr.
"I'm lonely like a street cat, princess. You know I do" I pretended to feel sad and hurt.
"Well, I'm happy that you and Ladybug keep this city safe," Marinette replied.
I scooped her in my arms and hop up to where her balcony is, "Indeed we do, my princess. But this cat still feels lonely like a street cat. No matter how many times my lady rejects me, I still love her" I sighed but still kept a smile.
"There there, kitty" She stroked my cat ears and I purred in happiness, "Someday she might return her feelings." She added.
"I sure hope one day," I said.
My ears twitched at the sound of child laughter and that is no laugh of joy, it sounded like a laugh of evil.
Marinette and I saw what looked like Manon as puppeteer again but instead of blue, she's now pink and black. She casts her wand on adults and teenagers, turning them into kids.
"Stay here, I'll take care of this threat," I told Marinette and jumped off to face Puppeteer.
(Marinette's POV)
"Looks like Manon probably had mommy issues or something," Tiki said.
"Manon can be bratty sometimes but she's just a kid. Tikki, spots on!" I transformed into Ladybug and swung my yo-yo to follow Cat Noir who is battling the new puppeteer.
"Come on! I'm not your puppet slave this time!" Cat Noir is being cocky as usual.
"I'm not Puppeteer you cat! I'm Youth Maker! And from now on, no more meanie adults or meanie teenagers controlling kids this time!" Youth Maker screaming like a whiny child.
"Well, you'll learn respect from this cat!" Cat Noir made his staff into batons.
"That's enough Manon! Whatever got you like this, this is not the way! Kids like you need adults! Childhood doesn't last long when growing up!" I came in and posed with Cat Noir.
"I don't care! Adults have the power to do whatever they want with children!" She blasted her wand at me and Cat Noir.
We didn't dodge fast enough but Cat Noir tackled me as we tumbled to the street and he ended up on top of me. What the?! Cat looks….younger?!
"Huh? What happened to my voice?!" Cat Noir stood up and then looked at himself, "I'm a seven-year-old again!" He cried out.
I stood up and felt my pigtails are high up my head instead of lower to my back neck, "It seems we are kids again!"
"Hahahahaha! How does it feel to be a kid again?!" Youth Maker laughed.
"Hey! Real-life means we can only be a kid once, not twice!" Cat Noir yelled.
It seems we still have our maturity with us. I guess once you passed your childhood, you can't go back.
"Why not?! It's so much fun!" Youth Maker taunted us.
"You got a lot to learn, brat!" Cat Noir being so small and young, still has his 14-year-old personality.
"Less talk more fight!" I rushed spinning my yo-yo.
"Watch out!" Cat Noir moved me out of the way from the blast, "If we get hit, we'll be useless toddlers!" He held my hand as we ran to find a safe place to hide.
"We need a plan Cat Noir. Let's see if my lucky charm got one. LUCKY CHARM!" As I summoned my power, I caught a laser pointer in my hand.
"A laser pointer?" I looked at it.
"Oh great. Don't tell me you think I'm gonna chase that like a kitten" Cat Noir groaned in annoyance.
"You will but we need a place to do that. The TV station! Let's go!" I yo-yo to the roof from building to building with…..well….Kitten Noir, "Watch your claws, Kitten Noir"
"It's not funny, bug eyes! My age is 14, not 7!" Kitten Noir having no sense of humor.
"Well, now it's time to embrace being a kid again for the moment and be useful," I replied.
We got to the TV station and saw the news crew as kids. At least they still maintain their adult maturity the same way kitty and maintain our teenage maturity.
"She's coming! Hurry up!" Kitten Noir grabbed my arm as we hurried upstairs.
He was right, I heard Youth Maker coming from behind the entrance door.
"Okay okay let's see." I looked at the laser pointer and Cat Noir himself how I'm gonna use it on Youth Maker.
Something is missing as we head into the TV studio room while Youth Maker chased us. Ah, the lights! Nobody can see in the dark but Kitten Noir can.
"Nowhere to run, meanies!" Youth Maker cackled.
"We don't intend to" I smirked and dodged her blasts.
"How can you still be brave?! You're supposed to be scared like a big baby!" Youth Maker shouted.
"Because we are still mentally grownups! You can turn everyone into kids but you can't change their grownup behaviors" I said.
"Just like I have my puuurrrrrfect heart for you, milady" Kitten Noir flirted at me.
"Just shut up and turn off the lights, please?" I chuckled at him that he's still the same, even for a young kid. He ran to the buttons and shuts the lights off one by one.
(Cat Noir's POV)
I used to be scared of the dark as a kid but not anymore because I passed my childhood fears. I can still see in the dark due to having my night vision. Youth Maker can't see in the dark and is freaking out a bit.
"Kitty, follow the dot!" Ladybug giggled at me.
She turned on the laser and I just groaned in annoyance that my cat instincts are making me chase the red dot as I run on all fours.
"I'm seriously gonna kiss you when this is over, bugaboo!" I said as I chased the red dot.
"Come get the dot." Ladybug giggled.
I kept chasing the dot but Ladybug kept moving it away until I suddenly pounced on someone.
"Hey! Get off me bad kitty!" It was Youth Maker.
"You know what they say. Kittens like to pounce. Playtime is over for you" I grabbed her wand and jumped off of her, "Cataclysm!" I summoned my destruction power as the wand turned into coal as the akuma butterfly was released.
Ladybug turned on the lights and did her thing to capture the akuma, "Bye-bye little butterfly" she released the purified butterfly.
"Heh, even as a kid you still look cute like a princess, milady. Seems I'm your prince char-meow-ing" I leaned in but she pushed me away.
"Keep on dreaming when you grow up. Miraculous Ladybug!" She tossed her lucky charm in the air as the magic ladybugs scattered around to fix everything back to normal, including us getting turned back to teenagers.
"But you look better as a teenager," I said once we're back.
"Wait until we are fully grown up in the future" Ladybug teased.
"Perhaps you'll become Mrs. Noir" I teased back.
"Very funny" Ladybug rolled her eyes.

After returning Manon to her mother, I de-transformed in the alley due to using my power and fed Plagg his cheese.
"What? I'm admiring my cheese" Plagg looked at me.
"I wanna be sure Marinette is okay. Now please hurry up and digest" I said, getting impatient.
Plagg ate the whole cheese and I transformed again into Cat Noir. I leaped from building to building until I found her place as I landed on her balcony with a grunt. Going to the trapdoor and gently knocked.
Soon Marinette opened up, "Oh hi Cat Noir." She greeted me.
"Hi, you okay Marinette? Did the Youth Maker get you?" I asked her.
"Yeah, I stayed safe in here." She said.
I sighed in relief that she's okay. She lets me climb down to her loft bed and I hugged her, "Your favorite cat is here, purr-incess"
"You poor kitty. Do you need to be petted?" She asked as I nodded since Ladybug barely ever has time to pet me on my head.
"Hmmm yeah." Her touch was so gentle between my cat ears.
*puuurrrrrrrrrrrrr*
I let out a purr with my eyes closed. I was enjoying this from my princess. My tail belt swished slowly due to how I'm feeling like a cat.
"Awww…when was the last time Ladybug petted you?" Marinette asked as she lets between my head and my cat ears.
"She barely does but I remember when she landed on me in the subway I purred like a cat," I said.
"Really kitty?" Marinette couldn't contain her laughs.
"Yeah. She heard me purr but then I lied that I didn't. That was the first time I purred in front of her" I blushed and accidentally slumped since I'm too exhausted as she continues to pet me on the head as I purred.
"Awww…..like a cat. The battle got you tired, huh?" Marinette didn't mind that I lied down on her loft bed.
"Yeah, do you mind if I took a cat nap? It's been a long day and I got nowhere to nap" I asked since my eyes are getting too heavy.
"Go ahead kitty," Marinette said.
I closed my eyes having my nap while she pets my ears.
An hour later, I woke up and headed to the balcony.
"Thanks for visiting me Cat Noir," Marinette said.
"You're welcome, thanks for letting me in too." I smiled at her and ran on the rooftops.
