Chapter1 Captain's Love Quest

Amanda had been at SVU for almost a decade through her time at SVU she had learned a lot about herself over the past a few months she had come to the realization that she was a lesbian.
As far as relationships went Amanda had been on a few dates during that time she had mostly done the bar and club scene, she had hooked up with her fair share of women which had taught her alot.
She learned she was a primary top and also, she found out she like taking charge in a romantic situation.
Over the past few weeks, she had openly flirted with her boss of course she did this in a way that wasn't overly obvious which didn't scare her off.
Amanda had been debating for a bit weather to finally go all in and ask Olivia out on a date, it wasn't until she spoke to Kat who convinced her that if she was into Olivia, she owed herself to at least ask Olivia out worse that could happen was she said no.
Luckily for Amanda both she and Olivia were on mandatory time off after having worked a joint case with VICE so it would just be the two of them without having to worry about the added element of their jobs.
Amanda looked at the time on her TV and noticed it was 6:35 so she thought of calling Olivia to see if she wouldn't mind doing dinner and a movie.
After a quick pep talk Amanda dialed Olivia in hopes that she'd pickup before Amanda chickened out.
The phone rang three times before Olivia picked up.
"Hello?"
"Hey Liv its Amanda."
"Hey Amanda what's up is something wrong?"
"No nothing's wrong I was just calling to see if you wanted to maybe grab dinner and a movie tonight my treat."
Olivia was only slightly surprised she had a feeling the younger detective was flirting with her but wasn't completely sure and didn't want to assume anything, truth be told there was a small piece of Olivia who was always curious about dating women especially since the Babs encounter all those years ago.
This felt like as a good a time as ever to venture out and see if there really was anything to her curiosity.
"Sure, Amanda I think I can get Lucy to watch Noah do you have a sitter for Jessie & Billie?"
"Yeah, I do so if its good with you I'll pick you up in about two hours."
"That's fine see you in a bit."
With that Amanda ended the call and headed to the shower.
After taking a relaxing shower Amanda pulled out and ironed her black button down and matching slacks, she wanted to give off only top energy for this date.
After ironing her outfit Amanda went to her black duffel bag and pulled out her flesh colored strapon and harness combo on the off chance she may hook up with Olivia tonight.
After getting completely dressed Amanda put in a call to Rey who was an old friend of hers from high school who she found out owned a steak house in lower Manhattan luckily for her she was able to secure a table without trouble with any luck she wouldn't be spending tonight at home.
Meanwhile over at Olivia's she had been trying to keep her cool this was her first time out in a while and for the most part she was flying blind she had showered and dressed in a black long sleeve shirt and a pair matching pants with heeled boots hoping she didn't come off as trying too hard.
After spraying on perfume, she called Lucy who was able to show up without a problem the two sat and made small talk until Olivia heard the doorbell.
Olivia was stunned at the sight before her in all time she had known Amanda she never would have pictured her looking so stunning in a button down.
"Hey Liv ready to go?"
"Yeah, let's go."
"Lucy I'll call if I'm going to be crazy late."
"No worries enjoy yourselves."
Once the couple were outside Amanda opened Liv's door and helped her in.
"Such a charmer Rollins thank you."
"No problem Olivia."
Amanda shut the door and went over to the drivers' side.
"So, Amanda what movie did you have in mind?"
"I was thinking "Godfather" its classic night at the plaza hope that's okay."
"That's great."
The pair spent the ride making small talk until they arrived at the cineplex.
Amanda held Olivia's hand as they entered.
"Liv go ahead get whatever my treat tonight."
Olivia ordered a soda and popcorn while Amanda ordered nachos.
Amanda paid for the snacks and the couple headed into the movie.
During the movie Amanda kept the flirting to a minimum meanwhile in a shocking twist Olivia unknowingly flirted with Amanda.
Olivia had tried to multitask by watching the movie and ever so often glancing at Amanda.
Even though she'd never admit this to anyone she was curious as to what a night with Amanda would be like hopefully tonight went well enough to find out.
After the movie Amanda and Olivia headed to the restaurant again engaging in small talk on the way making sure to keep work topics off limits.
Once they got to the restaurant Amanda gave her name in the front and the two were escorted to a private table that overlooked the city skyline.
Since Amanda had called ahead there was a bottle of champagne chilling on the table.
Shortly into their stay a waiter came by and left a fresh order of breadsticks.
Olivia looked at the menu and noticed instantly that the food prices were on the expensive side.
"Amanda this place seems expensive we could go somewhere else to eat."
"Liv no worries order what you want like I said before it's my treat."
Liv knew she wasn't going to win this battle so she just accepted it.
After a few moments a waiter came and took the pairs order.
Amanda ordered a steak with rice while Olivia ordered a lobster platter.
When the waiter left Amanda thought this would be the perfect time to let Olivia in on her intentions.
"Liv I wanna be up front about something before tonight ends."
"Go ahead Amanda."
"I asked you out tonight because I've had a bit of a crush on you and have for a while now and no matter how tonight ends, I needed you to know that."
Olivia was a bit taken back by the blonde's revelation and took a moment to process the information she just received.
Amanda if I'm being honest, I went into tonight not knowing what to expect but if there's one thing this job has taught me its that life is too short and I know this is moving fast but if you're willing to, we could give us a shot."
"Of course, Olivia we'll even go at your speed."
When their food finally showed up the duo feel into easy conversation about anything and everything and for Olivia if she was being honest being with Amanda was as close to a perfect date that she had been on since being with Ed.
After finishing dinner Amanda ordered cheesecake which they both enjoyed.
Once they finished desert Amanda settled the bill after which she sent a text to her sitter to keep Billie & Jessie for the night.
Once the pair left the restaurant Olivia walked to the lot with Amanda admiring the blondes figure she wouldn't admit this to Amanda willingly but for a while but she wondered what being fucked stupid by an assertive woman hopefully Amanda would allow her to find out.
Once they were in the car Amanda thought she had an opening to ask Liv for a nightcap.
"Hey Liv I don't wanna sound too forward but would you be open to a night cap?"
"I'm game Amanda tonight has been amazing."
The drive to Amanda's was an easy one both women were pretty much thinking the same thing throughout the ride Olivia allowed her mind to wonder to images of Amanda screwing her senseless something she was eager to try.
Once Amanda and Olivia made inside Amanda dropped her keys while Olivia sat on the couch.
"Liv want some wine?"
"I'm good Amanda thanks."
"I'll be right back make yourself at home."
Amanda left Liv as she headed to her room to change into sweats, she came back shortly dressed in a UGA shirt and black sweats secretly Amanda hoped Liv would make a move on her.
Amanda went and sat right next to Olivia and turned on the tv when all of sudden she noticed Amanda's sweats and thought that if Amanda wasn't going to screw her stupid by being forward, she may need to speed up the situation.

With consent established Amanda kissed Olivia roughly and began seeing Olivia just melt.
