Ash, Pikachu, Goh, Grookey, Chloe, Eevee, the Parrs, and Lucius are at a restaurant in Celadon City in Kanto, they eating garlic bread and pasta at a restaurant they mention how good the food is, they finish eating. The group order cake and ice cream, they decide to eat some of it, they enjoy it, they finish eating and leave the restaurant. The group are at the mall, The Parrs and Lucius find the mall to be quite nice, Ash, Chloe, and Goh tell them it's a huge mall. Ash gets a notification on his Rotom Phone he sees he will be having a World Coronation Series battle against Milo in two days which will be located in the Unova Region in Nuvema Town at a Battle Stadium, he's hyped. Milo gets a notification on his Rotom Phone and sees he will battling Ash, he is looking forward to it. Ash tells Chloe, Goh, The Parrs, and Lucius they're going to Unova, they become happy. The group are walking around the mall, they do some shopping and buy some books, clothes, and materials.
The next day, the group get on a plane, after some time, the plane arrives in Unova, Ash tells Goh he's happy to be back, Chloe agrees. The group are exploring Unova, they have coffee at a cafe, Team Rocket shows up, Ash tells Pikachu to use Thunderbolt, it causes them to blast off. Later that night the group checks into a hotel, they get some rest. Team Rocket are at their base, they see Morpeko has eaten some their food again, Morpeko switches to Hangry Mode it finds more food to eat and reverts back to Full Belly Mode. The next day the group arrive in Nuvema Town they head to the Battle Stadium, Milo shows up, he introduces himself to the group and they introduce themselves back, Milo tells the group he's the Grass-type Gym Leader of Turffield in the Galar Region. Ash tells Milo he sees he's gonna be battling him, Milo tells him the same thing.
