The gavel went BANG!
"I hereby end this trial," said judge. "In a surprising turn of events, the defendant was guilty all along."
"YES!" shouted Winston.
"WE DID IT!" shouted Gaspen.
"THE POWER OF TEAMSHIP AND FRIENDWORK PREVAILS!" shouted Flynch.
"EAT SHIT JOHN PHOENIX!" shouted Taketsuchi because they were facing John Phoenix and he had been left speechless.
"I declare the defendant... GUILTY!" said the judge and he ended the trial.
The next day the judge was in his chambers sipping tea and was reading about the loss of John Phoenix in the newspaper.
Then the door broke down and John Phoenix was there!
"God dammit John Phoenix can't you open these things normally? Now I've gotta get that door fixed!"
"You deserve to, you stupid old fuck! Didn't you realize the blantant contradiction in that trial? I couldn't have lost!"
"Why?"
John Phoenix presented the curse of the Auchi clan, Kazuma Asogi had placed a curse on Taketsuchi so that neither he nor his descendants could ever defeat Ryunosuke or his descendants therefore as a descendant of Ryunosuke it's impossible for John Phoenix to lose to the Paynes, least of all all of them at once!
"But then how did you lose?" said the judge.
"Simple, that John Phoenix was an IMPOSTER!" said John Phoenix. He took out his fingerprinting kit and tested the desk where the fake John Phoenix was slamming it, then he followed the scent and it took him to Tender Lender!
"Furio Tigre you're under arrest for impersonation!" shouted John Phoenix.
"GRAAAAAAAAAAARGH!" Furio Tigre went to jail.
The next day the defendant was retried and John Phoenix won.
"Heh heh heh, thank you John Phoenix," the defendant shook John Phoenix's hand... and then he squeezed it so hard John Phoenix nearly died because it turned out the defendant he'd just saved was Dylan Fitchar!
Dylan Fitchar ran away and John Phoenix stood up. John Phoenix smiled because he was happy his nemesis was free to attempt to fight him once again. Some things should never change.
