Today im going to analyze there weapons armor and skills to find out who would win a death battle(p.s. Yes wendy-m is the daughter of dream in gravity verse im not just saying that)

Despite growing up in one of the most crime rated neighborhoods ever Virgil Hawkins was a pretty chill guy and of corse the school bully gave him a hard time then one of his few friends convinced him to join his own gang bla bla bla long story short he was exposed to some radioactive quantum juice gas stuff and he developed electric powers,although turning super-human over night caught him off guard he used hes new powers to become static,he can make electricity orbs called nova bombs,infuse his punches with electricity,make electromagnetic force fields,make people light up like a christmas tree,control metal,and use his favorite ride 'the static sauser' to fly or use it as a buzz saw.all and all he is a really 'shocking' opponent

Wendy marvell was orphaned at a young age and adopted by grandeena the sky dragon eventually she joined fairy tail and well… if you've seen the anime than you already know the rest then she found out she was related to dream!sans and sense then has been training to perfect the monster magic she inherited from dream,she can summon gaster blasters and bones,use blue magic and she can use her sky dragon slayer magic to her advantage in battle,she can send opponents flying with any of her sky dragon abilities and if she needs to she can go into dragon force where her eyes and hair turn pink and her dragon slayer magic gets a insane power boost,she can also focus her sky dragon slayer magic to her arms and legs to move faster and attack faster(im taking a wild guess on the attack one) and if she ever runs low on magic she can eat air...somehow,ok can someone tell me how thats any different from breathing or how that makes any sense?but despite not making any sense wendy is a force to be reckoned with.

Wendy-m is walking around looking for static because he's wanted for 'causing trouble' in mongolia,soon she finds him flying around at high speeds wendy focuses her dragon slayer magic to her legs and runs after him at high speeds,soon she caught up to him "hey buddy,your coming with me"says wendy "ugh,seriously?another person trying to catch me?*sigh*i just can't catch a brake"(play:fairy tail ost-battle/epic music mix) wendy summoned bones to knock static off the static saucer then she used blue magic to make him crash into the ground so hard it cracked wendy then proceeds to attack with a series of punches and kicks eventually static jumps back and chuckles to himself knowing whats about to happen wendy soon hears a buzzing noise from behind looking behind her she sees the static saucer thinking fast she jumps over it,the static saucer goes past static only for him to grab it using his electric powers and throws it at wendy who dodges it,the static saucer then turns sideways and starts cutting the ground in a circle,as soon as it's done wendy uses blue magic to lift the area throwing static into the air,static then lands on the static saucer and looks around only to see wendy is gone "where are you kid?"asked static "sky dragon's roar!"wendy yelled from behind static catching him off guard and knock ing him off the static saucer again wendy then used blue magic to grab the static saucer "no more flying for you"says wendy as she slams it into the ground "shoot!that was my ride"says static as he gets ready to throw a nova bomb at wendy only for her to teleport behind him and summon blue bones from the ground rendering him unable to movie "scattering light:sky drill!"yells wendy and static is soon killed by a shard of sone flying into his skull from wendy's attack.wendy then walks away her job completed

So let me explain before the static fans try to kill me
Wendy had more than enough power to keep up a prolonged fight and static although he was strong all wendy had to do was summon blue bones to keep him trapped than finish him off
