Chapter One: New Lamb
"Wilbur there you are." Alexis says as she is by a fence and sees Wilbur.
"Did Farley get a lamb?" Wilbur asks as he comes over.
"That's not what it is. Look. Poor thing. Nobody will play with him." Alexis says as she and Wilbur see it is a black lamb.
"I will." Wilbur says as Alexis looks at him.
"Huh? Wilbur wait." Alexis says as Wilbur goes over to the lamb.
"Always had a kind heart that Wilbur." Gwen says as she comes over.
"Yeah. Isn't it wonderful?" Alexis asks as she smiles
"My little ones have been born if you wish to see them." Gwen says.
"I'd love to. I think Wilbur can handle things from here without me." Alexis says as she smiles watching Wilbur play with Cardigan before leaving with Gwen.
*Timeskip*
"No I don't wanna go!" Cardigan shouts as is in a crate on the truck as Alexis is with him trying to get him calm.
"Cardigan it's okay. It's just a fair. They're lots of fun." Alexis says.
"Then how come you aren't going?" Cardigan asks.
"I'm a wolf Cardigan. Some folks aren't as fond of them as our farmer is. Even then I'm the only one he allows here. Besides Wilbur will be with you. Wilbur will look out for you. Plus if I could go I would. I love the food they have." Alexis says as she licks her lips thinking about the food.
"That's right. You're gonna love the fair." Wilbur say as he is in a crate and placed beside cardigan.
"Like it? That is the understatement of the year! My mouth is watering all ready." Templeton say as he comes over and gets in Wilbur's crate.
"A fair? A real fair? It sounds so great! You know what? I'm going too." Nellie says.
"Are you crazy Nellie?" Joy asks.
"You could get lost or squished." Aranea says.
"Or I could stay in the barn forever. I'm ready for action!" Nellie says determinedly.
"That's what we're afraid of." Joy says.
"Don't worry. I'll keep an eye on her." Wilbur says.
"Come on Alexis girl. You know you can't come as much as I'd like to have my faithful farm dog with me." The farmer says as he comes over.
"Bye guys. Have fun. I'll keep a watch on things till you're back." Alexis says as she leaves.
