Callie's POV:

Here we are almost all packed up ready to go. I mean before we left we definitely used our bed one last time and I can still feel the affects of it. I've never been in a more happier or healthierrelationship than with Arizona. I truly love her more than I've ever loved anyone. Which is why when she told me she got the grant to go to Africa, i decided to go with her. She doesn't do long distance and I was determined not to let Africa break us up. I'm so proud of her I mean normal people don't win that! It's like a one in a million chance. So here we are all packed up and ready to go at the airport. We're walking and fixing to board the plane when Arizona stops

"Oh my god did you forget your passport?" I ask her turning around

"I won the Carter Madison Grant, I won the Carter Madison Grant do you know how rare that is? Do you know how special that is? This is the biggest opportunity of my professional career. I..I..I get to go to Malawi with unlimited funds and help children, tiny humans who might otherwise never see a pediatric surgeon. I get to change lives. That's the dream. I am living the dream and I am over the moon about it or I..I..I would be but you are ruining it for me. You are ruining Africa for me."

"I'm not" I try to say

"You are!" She yells out

"Okay fine I don't want to go Africa but I do wanna be with you. Okay? So i'm really trying here. We're gonna miss our plane lets go" i say turning around going to walk awayrealizing she's still standing there I turn around "Oh my God okay you wanna fight? The flights eighteen hours lets fight on the plane." I say trying to get her to come on

"You're ruining this for me and I don't want to do this."

"What..what..what does that mean? What you suddenly don't want to go? Or?" I see her shaking her head no fighting back the tears

"I don't want to go to Africa with you"

All i can so is stare at her as I feel my heart breaking

"Arizona..no...no"

"I'm sorry...I'm so sorry"

"You're sorry?! It's three years!"

"I'm going to miss my plane. You take care of yourself."

I stand there in disbelief. i can just feel my heart shattering.

"No...No!" I yell at her getting her to turn around "Please...please I can..we can do this. We can..we can figure this out"

She shakes her head no "You stay here and be happy and I'll go there and be happy"

"If you get on that plane, if you go without me we are done do youhear me?! We are over!"

"We are standing in the middle of anairport screaming at each other. We're already over" she says as she walks away and I just stand there watching the love of my life leave while my heart is breaking into a million pieces.
