Hot Rod dodged another blow from Clobber's super-powered fist.
" Clobber stop! We can talk about this! "Pleaded Hot Rod but Clobber wouldn't listen.

"I'm so sorry!" Apologised Clobber who sent him flying towards a wall. Hot Rod groaned and held his side. Clobber raised her fist to strike Hot Rod. He decided to close his optics and hope for the best.

Clang! The sound echoed but he wasn't feeling any pain and opened his optics to Clobber who had hit the wall instead.

"I can't do it. I can't deactivate my best friend" Clobber quietly said. Clobber removed her fist from the wall and her hands started to shake.
"Clobber" Began Hot Rod but was interrupted.

"I can't disobey orders but on the other hand I can't deactivate my best friend" Observed Clobber. Hot Rod stood up and placed his hand on Clobber's shoulder.

"Clobber I understand that you fear Soundwave but what can he do to you? He can only do sound attacks and you can cause tremors with your fists" Said Hot Rod trying to comfort his Decepticon friend.
"That's right Hot Rod! I'm going to stand up to him and tell him that he's a piece of" Began Clobber but music in the distance began to play. The two were confused for. A few moments later they realised something and said in unison.

"Soundwave!"

The two Cybertronians ran towards the source of the music.

Soundwave's visor began to flicker back to life forcing him back into life. He turned around to see the gathered Autobots and Decepticons and Maccadam. He saw Hot Rod who was supposed to be deactivated.

The two exchanged a glare and before Soundwave could march over to the Autobot a hand gripped his shoulder. He turned to face Shockwave the former Decepticon mad scientist who had joined the Autobots as implied by the Autobot insignia on his chest plate.

"Soundwave a word" Coldly said Shockwave. The two Decepticons headed into the back of the building. The remaining Autobots and Decepticons shared a look.

"Why did you order Clobber to kill Hot Rod?" Shockwave asked crossing his arms.

"He was uncapable and weak-willed" Said Soundwave like it was the most obvious thing on Cybertron

"Asking for help is not a sign of weakness Soundwave "Coldly scolded Shockwave. Soundwave was taken back as Shockwave only worked with others when he needed to.

"Those weak-minded Autobots have damaged your circuits Shockwave but there will be other times to get rid of the Autobots. Tell Dead End and Clobber we're leaving in a minute" Soundwave growled and turned to walk out.

"No" Shockwave simply said. Soundwave paused and turned around to glare at Shockwave.

"What was that" Soundwave dryly asked. Shockwave replied with the same answer.

"We are not leaving. We are going to help the Autobots. It's safer to stay together as a group" Shockwave said.

"Remember the chain of command Shockwave. I am one of Megatron's top commanders while you're just a mad scientist" Soundwave said poking Shockwave in the chest. Shockwave responded by grabbing Soundwave's hand and slightly twisting it.

"And that chain of command is non-existent as our fellow Decepticons are trapped in the Loop, so experience outranks everything and since me and Hot Rod have been free since the beginning of the invasion, we're your commanding officers and I command you to be a team player and shut you damn voice-box unless you have something useful to add or is that too hard to understand Soundwave?" Finished Shockwave who then let go of Soundwave's hand.

Soundwave rubbed his sore hand as Shockwave marched out of the room passing the shocked Autobots and Decepticons. After a long moment of silence Hot Rod opened his mouth.

"Did anyone record that? Because I want to watch that moment until the day I deactivate" Stated Hot Rod. Soundwave just groaned.
