Set after episode "Maut ka Vehem"
After Acp sir ordered Daya to disguise himself as Shokhi's lover he went back to home to get ready while releasing his frustration on his closet.
Daya: Yeh kya hai yaar humesha inn pyaar vyaar ke chakkaro mein sir mujhe phansa dete hai jab pata bhi hai ki yeh sab mere bas ka kaam nahi hai phir bhi yeh kaam mujhe dena hai aur mana karo toh kyu nahi kar sakte jaise khud toh jaante hi nahi hai. Baaki ek line toh sir ki copyright hai hi(imitating Acp sir) "Order Daya duty first karna toh padega".
(Throwing a shirt on floor and making cry baby face): Nahi karna mujhe aur bade miyaan ko toh dekho mauka milte hi raavan ki team mein chale gaye baap bete ne milke achi band bajayi hai meri waise ulta kehna jyada sahi hoga kyunki yeh khurafat toh Bade sahab ke dimaag mein hi aayi na aise masoomiyat se mere taraf Ishara kiya jaise koi chota bacha chocolate dekh ke indirectly apne parents ko convince karta hai aur Acp sir ko bhi dekho apne ladle bade bete ki team mein shamil ho gaye hai sab mile hue hai pata hai mujhe.
Arey iss pyare se bache ko gundo ke piche bhagao, mission pe bhejo, gang mein include hone ko bolo, mujrimo ke daanto se piano bajane ko bolo aur kuch nahi toh(with glittering eyes) Darwaza todne ko bolo main karunga na pura din karunga lekin nahi inhe toh yeh sare mushkil mushkil kaam mujhe dene hai hunhh!!
And he again engaged himself on his search the clothes mission. Finally he got what he was looking for. Taking his clothes he went inside bathroom to get fresh and change in his new look. Soon he came after getting ready and stood in front of mirror to adjust his clothes.
Daya while closing his shirt's buttons: Waise galti toh meri hi hai jab pata hai ki aatankvadio se khatarnak bhai rakha hai maine toh sambhal ke rehna chahiye na, jab usne yeh baat shuru ki mujhe tabhi pata chal gaya tha iske dimaag mein kuch khichdi pak rahi hai tabhi mujhe wahan se gayab ho jana chahiye tha lekin nahi Daya ko toh Big B ka plan sunna hai aur plan suna toh suna phir toh Nikal jana chahiye tha na wahan se lekin nahi aise kaise agar apna dimaag laga le toh iss Daya naam ki naacheez ki shaan mein gustakhi na ho jaye. Ab khud chara bane ho toh ho jao shahed.
With this he left to pick up Shokhi to execute their plan.
Though he was not at all comfortable in all that but still he was a dedicated cop so he was doing that as thodi bhut acting toh unhe bhi aati hi hai. But his care and concern was real. Because he has to do it now so he was seeing all this with another aspect now, he was doing all this to save a life by catching the culprit and that's what his job is.
More than that it was important for him to make Shokhi comfortable with him. As being a girl she should believe that she is safe with him and he will neither himself do something wrong with her nor would let it happen then only they'll be able to execute their plan. So he tried it in every way he could.
Their plan was going on smoothly and as per their plan Daya was to be attacked. The team had taken every security measure but Daya was not attacked. They knew that danger is not gone till now and each and every minute is dangerous for Daya right now.
But still this attack was something not at all expected...
Everyone was waiting for Daya in the bureau when Suddenly Abhijeet's phone rang and he picked up the call after seeing the caller ID which was of Daya's informer while thinking why he is calling him.
Informer: Hello Abhijeet Sahab apun ballu bol raha hai
Abhijeet: Haan Ballu bol
Ballu: Sahab woh aap City hospital aa jao
Abhijeet's inner instincts started working with a high speed.
Abhijeet: Kyu kya hua
Ballu: Sahab woh Daya sahab...
Before he could complete the call got disconnected.
Abhijeet got worried for his bear and without wasting a single second he ran towards the door. But he collided with Acp sir on door who held him so that he couldn't fall.
Acp(while holding Abhijeet): Arey aaram se Abhijeet abhi chot lag jati
While seeing him sweating with worried expressions on his face Acp sir got worried and asked him
Acp: kya hua Abhijeet tum itne pareshan kyu ho
Abhijeet: Sir wo...woh... Da...Daya... hos... hospital mein hai
Acp: Kya... kyu kya hua usey
Abhijeet: Pa..pata nahi sir us...uske informer ka call aa...aaya tha
Acp: Acha tum ghabrao mat woh thik hoga chalo jaldi hospital chalte hain
Abhijeet just nodded and both of them ran towards their heart who was in the hospital.
On reaching the hospital they were about to ask for Daya when they saw Ballu coming towards them with some medicines in his hand.
Abhijeet was not in state of asking something so Acp sir asked
Acp: Haan Ballu Daya kahan hai
Ballu: Sahab Daya sahab ko abhi doctor dekh rahe hain unki halat kharab hai
Listening to this father-son duo ran towards the emergency ward where their precious relation was lying in unconscious state.
On reaching there Abhijeet slowly moved towards the door and placed his hand on the glass while looking for his chote who was lying on the other side of the glass with a oxygen mask on his face while Acp sir asked Ballu
Acp: Tumhe Daya kahan mila
Ballu: Sahab apun apne ghar jaa raha tha jab saamne Daya sahab ki gadi dikhi. Apun ne socha salaam krta chalu isliye apun gadi ke pass gaya lekin wahan jaa ke dekha ki Daya sahab ki gaadi ka kanch toota hua tha aur Daya Sahab gadi mein hi the.
Sahab apun toh Daya sahab ko aise dekh ke darr hi gaya tha woh behosh the aur unhe saans lene mein bhi taklif ho rahi thi bas apun jaise kaise karke unhe yahan le aaya aur aap logon ko phone kar diya
Acp: Tumhara bhut Bhut shukriya Ballu
Ballu: Arey kaisi baat karte ho sahab Daya sahab ne apun ki bhut madat ki hai apun ki zindagi badl di unke liye toh jaan bhi hazir hai.
Acp sir patted his back
Acp: ab tum jao hum Sambhal lenge
Ballu: Thik hai sahab lekin ek baat kahu jisne bhi Daya sahab ke saath aisa kiya hai na usey shodiyega nahi khub saza dijiyega.
Acp nodded his head in yes and Ballu left. But a rage could be seen present in Abhijeet's eyes he just caressed the glass as if promising Daya something and left from there without even a word.
Acp sir understood what he is upto so he didn't stop him because there was no benefit of doing so. So he started waiting outside the room to listen something good for his son.
After 2 hours he was allowed to meet his son though he was unconscious but was looking much better because his oxygen mask was now removed.
Doctor came for his check up and said: He is fine lekin agar unhe yahan laane mein thodi der aur hoti toh inhe bachana mushkil hota.
A shiver ran across Acp sir's spine after listening this for his younger son.
After Shokhi's statement he said: Shokhi chinta mat karo kuch nahi hoga Daya ko
More than Shokhi he was trying to convince himself that the danger is gone and now his son is with him that too completely fine.
He was able to listen few voices and his brain started processing. Yes he can recognise this voice this is his father, but who is this girl and why he is not able to listen HIS voice, most importantly where he is and why he is having problem in breathing with a hammering pain in his leg.
Daya's brain began to work fast signalling that he was gaining consciousness. He slowly opened his eyes and with this his every confusion got clear about where he was. His eyes were searching his buddy but he couldn't find him and got that where he could have been. He sighed. This is what he didn't want to happen. Now only God can save the culprit because his Shaktiman is not gonna spare him.
Then he looked at his father's face who was having worried expressions which were turning into relaxed ones now.
It was the time when he paid attention to Shokhi's words and asked her to co-operate with the team in order to catch the culprit to which she agreed unwillingly.
Finally the case was solved and the team was successful in catching the culprit. Now Acp sir ordered Abhijeet to take Daya home as their working hours were complete. Also Daya was not yet fit n fine and needed rest.
With this Duo left for their house. On reaching home Abhijeet helped Daya in going to his room and made him sit on his bed.
Abhijeet caringly: Daya Tum yahin baitho aur rest karo main fresh ho ke aata hu phir kuch khaane ko banata hu
Daya: Boss tum thak gaye honge aaj bureau mein qafi kaam tha hum ek kaam karte hain bahar se khana manga lete hai
Abhijeet: Sahab ki jaankari ke liye bata du ki agar main Himalaya ki yatra pe bhi hota toh bhi tumhe ghar ka khana hi khilata doctor ne kuch light sa khane ho kaha hai na abhi
Daya: Agar tum Himalaya jaate toh wahan se aadhe raaste se aake mere liye khana banate kya?? Kya Abhi tum bhi he said while laughing.
Abhijeet glared him hard which made him shut
Abhijeet: Daya ek taang khud todi hai dusri mujhse na tudwa lena ab
Daya: Hunh!!
Abhijeet smiled internally on his antics
Abhijeet (softly): Acha tum aaram karo main aaya.
With this he left.
Now Daya was left alone in the room, in the room only or he was alone in his life also?? a question arose in his mind.
The moments he spent with Shokhi has really sprinkled salt on his unhealed wounds of the past.
Those lil things had really reminded him of some unforgettable moments he had spent in the past with his past.
He closed his eyes and began to think about today especially the moments he spent with Shokhi.
He remembered the hotel scene where Shokhi had come to request him to not risk his life. A similar memory flashed in his mind when he was again in a hotel room to catch a culprit but the girl was different. This unknown girl was showing so much concern for him even after her own life was in danger. But what did she do?? She planned a danger on herself and trapped him. He has started liking Sonali but she betrayed him and even risked his life consciously just for the sake of her selfishness. Did he really deserve that?? he thought.
Another incident that flashed in his mind was that of resturant with a memory associated with. He remembered Purbi and the time spent with her. How they used to go for movies, lunch and spent time together. He really liked her but what she did?? Instead of being his strength at his difficult time she made him weak and also blamed Abhijeet how could he tolerate this?? so he left Purbi but didn't he love her?? Ofcourse he did even may be he still loves her but the girl who can't respect his feelings, his loved ones don't deserve to be in his life.
Then he remembered the hospital scene and recalled how Shreya had taken care of him. She didn't even leave him alone for a single second and also kept fasts for him when he was in coma. He recalled beach scene and remembered his last meeting with her on the bank of the river where they used to always meet. From the restaurant incident another beautiful memory flashed in his mind when Daya Shreya and Sachin has gone to cafe where Shreya narrated the story of senior junior who fell for each other. He remembered Sachin has remarked on that script: " Maine ab tak toh aisi koi film nahi dekhi lekin haan aisa lagta hai ki jaldi hi aisi koi film banne wali hai. He smiled sadly and thought: Ho sakta hai Sachin ki aisi koi film sach mein bane lekin meri zindagi ki film toh adhoori reh gayi. With this a hurtful memory flashed in his mind; the day when he saw Shreya getting engaged to Siddharth.That day he for the first time felt that something inside him had broken into small pieces. A tear rolled down his eyes
He thought: Mujhe samjh nahi aata ki mujhme aisi kya kami hai jo mera koi rishta lambe samay tak mere sath nahi rehta. Kyu humesha mujhe pyaar mein dhokha milta hai, jinhe bhi main apna maanta hu woh kyu mujhe shod ke chale jate hain kya main sach mein kisi rishte ke layak nahi hu.
And his trance broke with door opening sound. He looked in that direction to find Abhijeet standing there with their dinner. He cleared his eyes and a smile appeared on his face automatically
Abhijeet came towards Daya and asked: Kya hua Daya tumhare ankhon mein aanson.
Daya while thinking of an excuse: Kuch nahi Abhi woh bas taang mein thodi pain ho rahi thi
Abhijeet: Arey toh tune mujhe bataya kyu nahi main tujhe painkiller de deta dikha mujhe main ointment laga du
Daya: Boss relax itna bhi pain nahi hai aur main khaane ke baad dawai le lunga hmm
To this Abhijeet just nodded
After setting the dinner forwarded Daya his plate who didn't hold it.
Abhijeet: Kya hua Daya lo na
Daya(like a kid): Uhunn!! tum khilao
Abhijeet ( lovingly): Aww mere bache ko mere haath se khaana hai aaja main khilata hu.
And Abhijeet started feeding him his food sidewise taking his own.
While having dinner again Daya's thinking process started: Boss tum mujhe kabhi khone nahi dete na jab bhi aisa lagta hai ki main akelepan ke andhere mein kahin khone wala hu tum jhat se mujhe apne pyaar ke ujale mein le aate ho. Main tumhe kitna pareshan karta hu, bhut baar toh tumhe bhut bura bhala bhi kaha hai lekin tumne humesha mujhe samjha aur humesha mere saath rahe. Main bhi pagal hu jo yeh sochta hu ki main akela hu mere pass rishte nahi hai balki main toh duniya ka sabse lucky person hu jise ek hi insaan mein sabhi rishte mile hai. Ek tum hi toh ho mere iklauta sacha rishta jisne mujhe meri sari kamiyo ke saath apnaya hai lekin main bhi kya karu rishton mein itne dhokhe khaye hai ki yeh sab bhule nahi bhulta. Par agar yeh ek sach hai toh yeh bhi ek sach hai ki tum meri duniya ho main chahe jo bhi kahu mera na tumhare bina koi hai aur na hi tumhare bina mera gavara hai.
Again Abhijeet's voice took him out of his thinking world.
Abhijeet: Kya hua Daya kahan khoye ho thik ho na
Daya: Haan main thik hu
Abhijeet: Acha thik hai main yeh rakh ke aata hu
Daya: Abhi...
Abhijeet knew the meaning of that call so said: Haan mujhe pata hai aaj tere saath hi sounga main
Daya smiled: Thank you
After completing his work Abhijeet came back to Daya's room with his medicines and ointment.
He gave Daya his medicines then after applying ointment on his leg he sat on bed while attaching his back with headrest and shifting Daya's head from pillow to his lap.
Daya: Boss tumhe kaise pata chal jata hai ki mujhe kya chahiye.
Abhijeet smiled and while ruffling his hair said: Tere dil ka ek taar na mere dil se juda hai, isliye tujhe jab bhi koi takleef hoti hai ya kuch chahiye hota hai toh mujhe pata chal jata hai kyunki hum dono dil se jude hai.
On listening this Daya smiled sweetly
Abhijeet: Tujhe pata hai Daya mera dil keh raha hai ki tu abhi bhi kuch soch raha hai
Daya: Arey nahi Abhi main bas aaj ke case ke bare mein soch raha tha
Abhijeet: Waise Daya mujhe tumse maafi maangni thi yaar yeh sab mera plan tha aur meri wajah se tumhari yeh halat ho gayi.Agar tujhe kuch ho jata toh... and he stopped with tears in his eyes
I'm sorry yaar
Daya: Kya yaar boss tum bhi, tumne toh sab case ki wajah se plan kiya tha aur tumhe thodi pata tha aisa kuch ho jayega aur waise bhi yeh sab toh hona hi tha
Abhijeet(confused): Kya matlab
Daya(seriously): Ladki ka chakkar babu bhaiya ladki ka chakkar
Both buddies looked at each other seriously and then broke out into laughter.
Daya cleared Abhijeet's eyes and said
Daya: Aisa kabhi mat sochna ki tumhari wajah se mujhe kuch ho sakta hai samjhe.
Agar kabhi mere seene pe goli chalne se tumhara plan successful hota ho ya khooni pakda jaata ho toh bhi main piche nahi hatunga kyunki mujhe pata hai tum kabhi mera bura nahi sochoge.
Abhijeet smiled after listening this and kissed on his forehead.
Abhijeet: Sach mein mera bhai bhut samjhdaar hai
Bas ab jaldi se tere ghav thik ho jayein main tujhe aise nahi dekh sakta.
On listening this Daya buried his face in his brother's lap where two tears made their ways through his eyes and got absorbed in the lap of his only earthly relation, his life. He thought:
Daya pov: Boss shareer ke ghav toh bhar jaayenge lekin dil pe lage ghavo ka kya woh toh humesha dard dete hain aur chahe jitni koshish karo kabhi bharte hi nahi bas dukh dete hai The Wounds that never heal
