''W-What am I doing? How did I even make it this far?''

Sean Kenneth. Age 16. Height: 5'11. Light blond hair and Light blue eyes. Quirk: Rot, Breakable Capsules grow out of his knuckles, The capsules contain a gas that eats away organic material. While it sounds cool it comes at the cost of hurting himself and allies since he can't control it.

Sean sat there, in the boys locker room having a mental crisis. His breath fogging the lens on his plague doctor mask, A mask he's had since he was little, A mask he almost never took off in public since he was too scared of others and it was the only thing keeping him somewhat stable and calm. His thoughts lingered back to the fight he was about to have, The fight that will probably kill him. The thing is, he didn't not want to be a hero, he just never thought he could, I mean what kind of hero never shows their face, to say he was nervous was a understatement.

''Heeey Kenny!''

He jumped at the sudden call of his name, well Nickname before turning to greet them.

''O-Oh Hey Hagakure.''

He didn't need to look at her to know she plopped down beside him. Hagakure was one of his best friends and one of the few girls he could talk too, since she was invisible and he couldn't see her face the fear if talking face to face was gone.

''Whats wrong? You've been gloomy all day, Whats been bothering you?'' She asked in cheery yet Sympathetic tone.

''Its just... My last match, I was barely able to stand after Denki attacked. I only got him because he fried his brain with that attack. I got Lucky.'' He responded with a disappointed tone.

''Aw Come on don't be like that you won because you were determined to win.'' She said with a soft pat on the back. He was just about to respond before the announcer called him for his next round.

''Well this is it, Wish me luck'' He said as he got up to leave, Nervous of his next opponent.

Quirk: Soul

She can Channel and gain quirk of a soul for as long as shes able to. Her left eye allows her to navigate through quirks/souls of the deceased.

Sean would be lying if he said she didn't scare him, All girls scare him but this was different. She had a scary aura about her and since he's never talked to her before for all he knew she could be like a female Bakugo or something, and that thought scared him. He didn't even know how he would fight her given his ability, he wanted to beat her not kill her.

Sean Finally got to the arena where he saw her on the other side, It might of just been him but he could feel her menacing aura. He was brought out of his thought by the announcer yelling Start and seeing death approach, He ran.

After about a minute of them running in circles Sean felt his shirt get grabbed and pulled back. He stumbled back before turning to face her.

''You know this is meant to be a fight right'' She told me, Slowly nodding he replied ''Y-Yeah!'' More aggressively then he would have liked. But he knew she was right they had to fight, so he got ready to fight.

The fight consisted of mostly punches and kicks. Yuri Landed a harsh blow right in the side of Sean face breaking the lens of his mask, His eyes widened in fear.

''I Suggest you give up and stop trying. Perhaps your soul will end up with someone who's actually capable of wielding it's Quirk.'' She stated giving off that menacing vibe again.

Thoses words, they rang through Seans head. ''Capable of wielding my quirk, But my quirk is too dangerous, How can anyone wield it properly?'' He thought to himself, and He knew he had to get over this, even if he cant use his quirk he could still fight. He took a deep breath before getting in a fighting stance. They both ran towards each other, Sean letting loose a high kick which Yuri ducked under before sweeping his other leg and bringing him to the ground. The two scuffled a bit on the ground soon leading to Yuri being on top holding Sean hands down. ''So your still scared of using your quirk.'' She semi asked. ''I-I just don't want to kill anyone.'' He replied in a loud whisper. She gave him a questioning look, Which Sean used for his chance to escape. He gave her a hard, but not to hard headbutt dazing her enough for him to push her off and gain his footing. Once he got up, he got ready to pin Yuri down, but as he approached her he noticed his knuckles, His capsules were gone. He looked up in panic only to see Yuri throwing one at his feet shattering, releasing the black gas that reached up to his knees. He screamed in pain as the gas ate away his flesh and some of his muscle. Yuri saw this and pulled him away from the small Gas cloud watching the gas cloud slowly disappear. ''What a fascinating Quirk.'' She thought.

The round was declared over, Yuri Merei was the winner and Sean was rushed off to Recovery girl.

Sean Lied in the infirmary bed, he woke up not that long ago and recovery girl told him he would need to rest a day for his leg to heal. Sean Sighed and closed his eyes only to hear the door open and the chatter of his 2 best friends. ''Hagakure, Denki, Im assuming you saw the fight...'' he asked ashamed of it. ''Are you kidding it was awesome!'' Hagakure replied a little too loudly while jumping for joy. ''Yeah you did pretty well man.'' Denki said with a pat on the back. ''Besides, I think a certain someone was pretty impressed'' Denki teased while mimicking horns on his with his fingers, which perked Toru attention. ''Wait you not implying what I think you are, are you?'' She asked, excitement rising in her voice. ''Please... Hagakure don't... Don't blab to anyone about this, especially Ashido...'' Sean Pleaded quietly. ''Awww I wont tell her. You two would be soo cute together!'' She said clasping her hands together, Sean Groaned.

The Next Day.

Sean was sitting at his desk eating lunch, he always enjoyed eating lunch with his friends back in Canada but here, Even Kaminari hangs with Jirou, and he wasn't to comfortable around her so he would just come to his desk since the classroom door was often unlocked he would enjoy his lunch in here. Sean was pulled out of his thoughts when he heard a knock on the door, it was Yuri. 'Oh no...' Sean Thought before speaking. ''Um C-Come in?'' He said making sound more like a question then statement. She nodded before coming and taking a seat in the desk next too him. ''W-Why are you here?'' He asked. ''Since our fight has ended, I've been wanting to ask a few Question regarding your quirk, since it seemed...interesting, How does it work?'' She asked. ''O-Oh, I don't think there anything I can tell you that you don't already know...'' he replied. ''I Don't mean the basics, I mean how does it work on a deeper level?'' She clarified. ''Oh...Well These capsules on my knuckles are full of gas that eats away organic Material that's all there is too it.'' He answered. She seemed unsatisfied. ''M-My Mother has a similar quirk, only instead it creates organic matter...She told me I might be able to do that as well, but I just haven't got the hang of it.'' He said somewhat reluctantly. ''I see, Interesting.'' She said clearly in thought. ''Thank you for your time.'' She said as she got up and left the classroom before Sean even get a chance to say goodbye leaving him in his thoughts and tuna sandwich.
