"He is right." says Mona, who actually think Emily is dangerous.
"Lucas, what's your opinion?" says CeCe.
"Not sure, but Spencer seems to be their leader, not Emily. All I've seen points to Spencer being the main threat to our goals." says Lucas.
"You're wrong. They're attempting to trick you, Lucas. It is Emily we need to defeat first." says Toby.
"I agree with Toby. Em is the one who's in charge of the liars so we should focus on her." says Mona.
"The opinions are sure divided." says CeCe.
"Yeah." says Mona.
"I stand by what I said. Emily is the major threat." says Toby.
"The tiny bit of info I got from Hanna confirms Toby's statement." says Mona.

Part of what Toby said is true.
