Chapter One: Too Much Of A Crowd
A/N: So just to clarify on genderbent names here Mandy is Manny, Miguel is Michelle, Fiona is Fin, and Jackie is Jack.
"Guys I still don't think I should just flat out say anything." Alexis says as she is walking with Jack and Manny at the mall.
"Why not? He won't know unless you tell him." Jack says as he looks at Alexis.
"It's not telling him that worries me." Alexis says nervously.
"Hey Loni." Manny says as the group sees Loni with a girl and boy.
"What a fun surprise. These are my two best friends at school Jack, Alexis, and Manny. And these are my two best friends at work Michelle and Fin." Loni says as the group looks at each other.
"Hey." Alexis, Manny, and Jack say in union.
"Oh hi." Michelle says.
"Loni we bought so many cool shirts and stuff." Manny says excitedly.
"With money to spare for the pop-up sale this weekend." Jack says.
"We're bound to make out like bandits at the sale." Alexis says happily.
"Yes! Pop-up sale!" Loni shouts happily.
"Sounds like you guys have a lot to talk about. I should mosey." Michelle says.
"Yeah me too. But we'll see you tonight Loni?" Fin asks.
"See you at seven!" Loni shouts as Michelle and Fin leave.
"Wait. You're hanging out with them tonight?" Alexis asks as Loni looks at her.
"Well yeah. Is that bad?" Loni asks.
"No! Of course not." Alexis says.
"It's fine. I mean I can't remember the last time we spent a Friday night together but it's fine." Manny says.
"No... No it's not fine. If I'm not making enough time for you guys I need to fix that. I'll come over after I'm done at Fin's house okay?" Loni asks.
"Sounds good." Manny says.
"See you later." Jack says.
"Bye Loni." Alexis says as she leaves with Manny and Jack.
