"Expecto patronus!"
"Tck, tck, not like that, Draco."
"Ugh this is useless! I don't want to do it anymore!"
"Hm? Weren't you the one who said wanting to learn Patronus?" Harry pushed off of the tree he was leaning on and walked toward Draco, five metres away.
"Well I didn't know there were so many rules just to cast a charm!"
"It's actually easy and simple, you know. You're just overreacting." Harry pulled out his wand and easily called out his Patronus. "See?"
Draco clenched his jaws. He envied Harry Potter who possessed a strong magic core. He had learnt to produce his own Patronus with Harry's assistance for three weeks, yet he only able to create a thin white mist. Still far, far away from a corporeal form like Harry's.
"Maybe it's because I'm practicing in the Forbidden Forest, too many negative energies. Unsuitable environment for practicing a white magic," Draco hypothesized.
"Wh-what kind of excuse is that?" Harry laughed loudly.
Draco was embarrassed. Indeed, it was a ludicrous excuse. He desired to hit Harry's head real hard with a fallen trunk nearby. He grabbed Harry's shirt and pulled him down.
~o~
"Harry you have to see WHAT THE FVCK?!"
A heavy thud sound followed.
Draco pushed Harry on the chest while Harry released his arms from Draco's body. Both turned around to see at the direction of the noise came.
"…Hi 'Mione…" Harry greeted sheepishly. While Draco only gave a slight glance at the fainted Ron on the ground.
"Enough for today. I'm returning to my dorm." Draco said his goodbye to Harry and left the three Gryffindors.
"'Enough for today'?" Hermione asked while giving Ron a friendly hex to wake him.
"Aa….oh it— it's a…. I'm helping him with learning Patronus," Harry replied clumsily.
"So that is the real reason you always disappeared on the weekends since we returned to Hogwarts. Not 'need sometime alone' you always told us?" Hermione put both hands on her hips, disapproving. She then looked at the still fainted Ron, tck-ed and gave him a stronger hex to wake the ginger head.
"Ow! Wh-wh- uugh…I had a nightmare, 'Mione. I dreamt Harry was kissing Malfoy in the forest," Ron rubbed his stinging arm as he stood up.
"…"
"…"
"…Ho—lly syeeeeet…" Ron fainted again after he realised that he was in the Forbidden Forest and saw Harry not far from him.

At dinner in the Great Hall, as usual since everyone returned to Hogwarts to retake their seventh year lessons, Draco sat across Harry at the same table. He noticed that Ron wasn't with Harry and Hermione like usual.
"Where's Weasley?" Draco asked while stabbing sausage on his plate.
Harry leant deeper into his own plate and Hermione was giving Harry an odd side-glance. Draco got no answer. So he enjoyed his dinner wondering what was going on with the Golden Trio. But not only that, he also wondered what was his mother doing at the manor.
Since post Hogwarts Battle a year ago, his mother was busy cleaning the manor (while his father was sent back to Azkaban). She and Draco agreed to donate all the dark artefacts kept in the manor to the Ministry to participate funding a program of helping the war's victims. Now that the manor was freed from the dark artefacts, it looked a lot less gloomy and the atmosphere felt lighter.
When the dessert was presented on the table, all students gasped delightfully. Some was laughing humorously. Only Draco hid his face on his plate. He kicked Harry's foot when he heard the Gryffindor followed the laughs.
The desserts were puddings and cupcakes, shaped like dragons. The Headmistress McGonagall found that dragon seemed to bring joy to the students and staffs after they returned to Hogwarts. The reason was none other than when the Battle of Hogwarts happened, they saw a dragon suddenly appeared at the courtyard where the main fight occurred. The green dragon looked so mighty.
But then, soon as the dragon appeared, they heard it said something like "stupid, do you want me to roast everything including you down there?" before it left the Hogwarts and never returned.
Everybody guessed that the dragon was summoned by a Death Eater to burn Hogwarts. But instead, they got scolded for being thoughtless. To them, it was completely hilarious scenery. So, to rid the negative atmosphere the battle brought to everyone, the headmistress told the kitchen elves to make dragon shaped desserts once a month in hoping to entertain Hogwarts. And she succeeded.
Oh if only they knew that it was actually Draco who summoned the useless dragon.
"So, um, where's Emerald now?" Hermione asked Draco. She must felt sorry for him, too.
"Yeah, I haven't seen him again since the last time before we went to Hogsmeade," Harry said.
Draco sighed heavily.
"At the Manor," Draco answered. Then added, "When he's hungry."
At first, the dragon planned to leave Draco after he told the dragon that there were a lot of dragon packs in Scotland and suggested Emerald to live there. But after a few days, the dragon returned in a foul mood.
Emerald told Draco that all dragons it found there weren't as respectful to elders as the dragons of his era. They didn't give even a glance to Emerald, a centuries aged dragon. And now, as compensation for its ego, it demanded special attention from Draco. Her mother once gave the dragon Shepherd's Pie and from then on it only wanted to eat Shepherd's Pie.
Draco had no problem feeding it twenty kilograms Shepherd's Pie every once a week. What annoyed Draco was, it only wanted pie made with lambs that eat clovers and daylilies. If not, the dragon would eat the peacocks at the manor. Draco once tested the dragon, giving it a shepherd's pie made with ordinary grounded lamb. The dragon spat it immediately when its tongue touched the pie.
In the end, Draco bought a large farm and planted only clovers and daylilies in it for the lambs to eat. Emerald only rolled its eyes when Draco told him about that. Draco got nothing from the dragon for taking care of it, of course. Draco didn't know what was Emerald doing when he's not at the Malfoy's manor to eat. Draco didn't even know why he still kept that dragon.
The dragon truly stressed him.
"Why not bring it to Hogwarts? I mean, Hagrid won't mind if—"
"And let everyone knows it was I who summoned that useless dragon?!"
Draco cut Harry's word by kicking his shin and rant at him through their bond connection. It was great that they could talk to each other that way, even though their voices were blurry and there's a static radio noise-like came with it.
Harry couldn't hear what Draco said clearly, but he caught a bit and understood.
"Ahem. Never mind, bad idea. Anyway, let's go to Sweet Bean tomorrow! I heard they have new variant of jellybeans."
"Ah yes, I've heard. Let's," Draco replied cheerfully now. He loved sweets, after all.
Draco and Harry continued with their desserts chatting this and that, oblivious at their surrounding. All other students (and some professors) stealing glances at both of them once in a while. It was still a bizarre thing for them witnessing the once-archenemies were getting along now, like best friends.
Promoting house unity, Hermione told them when they asked about that to her.
"Ron, are you going to Hogsmeade tomorrow or helping Ginny with the Quidditch?" Hermione asked Ron, who were sitting not far from them.
"Hogsmeade, of course!" Ron answered. He was still maintaining distance from Harry because his shock concerning Harry-Draco since last week hadn't disappeared.
~o~
Saturday morning came and all students were already filling the Great Hall, eating their breakfast in hurry. Everybody was so excited to visit Hogsmeade that day. Many new stores opened and good old stores were finished being restored.
"Harry, come on! What are you waiting for?" yelled Ron impatiently from the courtyard at Harry who was still standing at the door of the entrance hall.
Harry was waiting for Draco. The blond hadn't returned from the bathroom since ten minutes ago.
"Uh, you guys go first. I'll catch up with you later!" Harry told Ron and Hermione.
"'Kay, see you there!" Ron waved his hand and immediately dragged Hermione to Hogsmeade, mouth already watering thinking about those new sweets on sale.
Harry tried to reach Draco through the bond. When they tried to communicate through the bond, sometimes it worked and mostly not. They still needed to learn much about their bond. It's sad that Snape had left them. If not, they could ask for help from him. They hadn't told anyone else about their bond, because they still didn't know anything about it themselves.
Harry started to get curious of why Draco hadn't returned from the bathroom. So he decided to go there to see what the blond's doing.
"Hi, Harry. Draco is chasing Hermes to the west wing," Luna informed when she saw Harry.
"Oh, hi, Luna. I- uh, what? Why did you- Draco's chasing who? Where?"
"Hermes. To the tower at the west wing, last I saw them," Luna replied and then left the bewildered Harry alone, skipping happily while humming an unknown song.
"This can't be good," Harry said as he ran to the west tower. Hermes, the little pixie, became popular since Hogwarts reopened. There's not a day when it didn't cause ruckus. If not stealing someone's belonging, it annoyed students or professors and wouldn't stop until they chased it to no avail. That little blue devil possessed very high agility. That's why everybody at Hogwarts decided to call it Hermes.
Harry ran to the west wing tower. But he didn't know to which area he should search. He then closed his eyes, focusing his mind to the bond. Draco had taught him how to see the string of their bond. And when he found it, Harry opened his left eye a bit to see where he walked. He could only saw the silver string when he closed his eyes. So that's why Harry walked slowly with only a bit sight from his left eye to see. Ludicrous, Draco once told him. But Draco also could only saw the string in his mind. So Harry laughed harder at Draco for that.
Harry kept walking until he reached the deserted chambers area at the fifth floor near the Ravenclaw common room.
This region at the west wing was rarely used. According to the book of 'Hogwarts, A History', the region was formerly used for Hogwarts' guest chambers. But since the main building of Hogwarts became broader inside, thanks to magic expansion which allowed them to expand room spaces, this region was no longer favoured to host guests. It had become deserted for hundreds of years. Not even staffs nor students visited or used the area nowadays.
Harry, staring at the closed entrance door of the deserted chambers, hesitated to go in. He had never visited that area before. What if Draco wasn't in there? It gave Harry goosebumps. Who knew what lurks inside? Harry pushed the huge wooden door and was about call Draco. But he felt a mild vibration in the bond, telling him that Draco was indeed inside.
"Draco?" Harry's voice echoed around the empty hall. Of course there's no answer. The hall was dark. There was no source of light inside.
"Lumos," Harry put his wand before his body and started to walk deeper into the hall in search for any windows. Finally he found one! He threw a spell to open the window. When Harry turned around, he gasped and was petrified.
He was in the hallway that appeared to be some sort of common room. On the walls, attached clear glass prisms that refracted and dispersed natural light from the window into waves of crystal-clear illumination. Standing there, Harry felt like he was inside a diamond. The sight was so wonderfully beyond words to describe.
Above the wooden doors, Harry could see two words were carved elegantly on a cherrywood plank that said "Secretus Prisma".
Harry was awakened from the trance by a familiar voice.
"Draco?" Harry moved to the source of the voice. He arrived before a chamber.
"Dammit don't run away!" came a yell from the other side of the door. A moment later a little blue pixie came out from a gap between the door and floor. It flew out of the cambers in a flash.
"Draco? You're in there?" Harry knocked the door.
"Harry? Oh Merlin get me out of here!" Draco banged the door. "I can't open the door. That nasty pixie took my wand and dropped it somewhere."
Harry looked around.
"Accio Draco's wand!"
Whoosh! Draco's wand was flown into Harry. Then Harry opened the door.
Draco quickly ran out from the pit dark chamber. He exhaled in big relief.
"Fecking dark in there! That damn pixie!" Draco swore. Then he realized there was light now. And it was a beautiful sight one. "How…?"
"Pretty isn't it! This place is so awesome! We should just stay here than merged with the seventh years," Harry admired his surrounding once again.
"Yeah…But how did you know I was here?" Draco examined the source of the colorful fairy-like lights.
"Luna told me. Don't ask why," Harry told him.
Draco was going to say something, but he seemed hesitated. He paused. Harry raised his eyebrows in question. And Draco tilted his head in answer.
Harry, "?"
"Hello, Harry," Draco said.
"…um, hello to you, too…?"
They were in a deserted —probably forgotten— area anyway, and nobody else was there.
Draco moved forward, cornering Harry until he leant against the cold stony wall and put his arms around Harry's waist before Draco kissed him. Happily, Harry kissed back and looping his arms around Draco's neck.
Secluded space combined with a couple of lovers; everybody knows the simple math to this formula. Both eight-year students were making out until their lungs ran out of air. They took some deep breaths before claiming each other's mouth once more.
Slowly, Draco's right hand moved upward and buried his fingers into Harry's unruly hair. While his left hand moved down and slipped beneath Harry's brown T-shirt. Draco made a mental note to buy Harry deep green shirts. Those colour would make Harry's emerald eyes stand out.
Harry tugged Draco's hair when the blond's hand wandered wildly beneath his T-shirt.
Draco detached himself from Harry, then. Harry's face became pale in mere second, thinking he must have done something that offended Draco.
"I-I'm sorry I didn't mean to pull your hair WAA—"
Draco grabbed Harry's wrist and dragged him running into the chamber from where he had emerged minutes ago.
"I think we should retire to bed," Draco pushed Harry unceremoniously onto one of the single beds in the chamber.
"What the- what are you doing, Draco? It's so dark here!"
"Colloportus!" Draco threw the locking spell to the chamber's door. Then, "Lumos."
Draco's wand tip shone warmly, enough for him and Harry to see each other's body. He put his wand on the nightstand next to the bed and threw himself over Harry.
"Oof! Draco, you look slim but damn, heavy!" Harry tried to push Draco off his body but Draco grabbed Harry's wrists and kissed him.
Draco's kiss tasted like blueberry. Did they have blueberry dessert on breakfast, Harry thought. But he didn't mind the taste. Harry felt his whole body tingled when Draco explored his mouth with his warm tongue. He clenched and unclenched his hands, cueing Draco to let his wrists go.
Draco immediately released his grips on Harry's wrists and slipped his arms beneath Harry to embrace him tightly. Harry encircled his left arm around Draco's neck and put his right hand on Draco's head, pushing down to get the kiss deeper.
They kissed until they're out of breath several times. Then Harry hooked his legs around Draco's hips, eliciting moans from both of them.
Draco stopped in sudden. He licked Harry's bottom lip, then slowly swept Harry's body with his right palm from chest down to below stomach before he slipped his hand into Harry's pants.
"Draco what are you doing," asked Harry. But he already knew the answer before Draco gripped his very flesh and started to stroke it. "Oh my— fvck!"
Draco liked it very much hearing Harry's moans and gasps. He licked Harry's neck while kept stroking. But he stopped when Harry was about to cum.
"Ugh…" Harry complained, tightening his legs around Draco to encourage Draco to continue.
Draco distracted him with bites on Harry's collarbone. He discovered that collarbone was one of Harry's erogenous zones. The other zones, Draco would find them very soon.
While Harry was busy moaning with pleasure, Draco grabbed his wand and with a swish, Harry's clothes vanished.
"Wha…" Harry felt something was missing from his body but he was too distracted to figure it out. But then he felt a foreign touch down his south. "Draco? What are you…?"
They had never done anything far beyond make out and handjob. Harry wasn't sure he was ready for the next step. But, seeing the lascivious face Draco made, Harry was willing to try it.
"O- okay. But, it's my first time. A warning…"
It would be Draco's first time, too. But he had prepared himself for such opportunity long ago. He did his research on books. With the right mood and three spells, they could do it safely and pleasure was guaranteed for both of them.

The Secretus Prisma was so quiet, except for gasps and moans that vaguely heard from one of the chambers. One hour passed and the noise in that chamber had quieted down. Two young wizards laid on bed, cuddling sound asleep. This was the scenery that met a pair of ruby eyes emerged from the shadow, waiting patiently.
Some minutes later, a movement was seen from the young wizard on top of the other.
Draco blinked his sleepiness away. Then he nuzzled Harry's neck. Harry woken up by the tickle on his neck. He giggled but moaned instantly when Draco sucked his neck. Harry grabbed Draco's hair and brought him to meet his face before devouring Draco's mouth with his tongue and teeth. And Harry was raising his legs to encircle Draco's waist when the shadow decided it was time to announce its presence.
"Hmm humans nowadays are so vulgar," a purr echoed in the dim room, "Back in my era—"
"WHAT THE FUCK?! … … … EMERALD?!"
Draco rolled and grabbed the sheet to cover both he and Harry's naked form.
"WHAT THE FUCK?!" Harry's eyes widened at a black shadow in shape of dragon emerged from the dark in front of him. "That's- that's- Emerald?!"
"Oh, did I forget to tell you that I have the ability to shapeshift?" Draco's dragon flew over another bed.
"You are a shapeshifter?" Draco studied Emerald, still in shape of shadow with the size of a deer. It was the first time he heard dragon could shapeshift. But, this was Emerald. Nothing odd if it concerned Emerald. "Never heard dragon could shapeshift. But, WHAT THE FUCK EMERALD?! WHY ARE YOU HERE? HOW DID YOU GET IN HERE?!"
"You can talk?!" Harry gaped. Finally he witnessed with his own eyes that Emerald spoke human's language.
"I'm hungry. Your house elves did not bring me my Shepherd Pie," the shadow dragon told Draco in irritation.
"But why come this way? Why didn't you just ask Mother? Don't you know privacy?!" Draco threw a pillow at the dragon.
"Urr, humans' intercourse is so disgusting. You two made funny noises." The dragon scrunched its nose.
"EMERALD! DID YOU- DID YOU WATCH US?!" Draco asked in disbelief and disgust, and embarrassment.
"Eek," the dragon made a gag face, "Do not flatter yourself. I heard you outside the chamber."
"How did you enter this chamber? Wasn't the door locked?" Harry asked curiously.
"Can't you see I am shadow?" Emerald's red eyes rolled. He then said to Draco, "And I came to you because you are my caretaker. Feed me now!"
Annoyed, and very embarrassed, Draco denied the dragon and told it to go back to the manor and wait for the house elves to serve the giant pies.
The dragon, upset at Draco, broke its promise to not make appearance at Hogwarts, and returned to its true dragon form and flew a few rounds around Hogwarts before went back to the Malfoy Manor. But not before it roared above the Hogwarts sky at noon, letting every single soul at Hogwarts heard it, "Do not forget my Shepherd, Draco."
Draco, oh poor Draco, cried soundlessly as chatters and laughers exploded in the entire Hogwarts.
"…Four months, Draco. Only four more months until our graduation." Harry stroked Draco's hair in pity and suppressed laugh.
Draco accepted his tragic fate.
That useless Dragon was a pure bully.
